I have been able to follow feeding instructions and if needed have followed giving medications. About: I have two dogs at home. I have taken my oldest to puppy kindergarten when he was little and trained him and also trained my other dog as well. They are well trained and behaved. I am currently out of school and am looking for some side work while I try to get a other job. I have house and pet sat and babysat in the past so this would be easy. I’m comfortable administering medications in any form, from pills to inhalers, and my own pets are on daily medication routines so it’s second nature. My background in farming gave me hands-on experience with animal health and handling, and I’ve worked with my own dogs on training from puppyhood. I’m home all day, every day, so your dog gets constant attention and care, not just a place to play and sleep. I work from home Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, with a flexible schedule that gives me plenty of time in the mornings, evenings, and throughout the day. I have lots of time for walks, potty breaks, and playtime, and my job allows me to step away whenever your pup needs attention. I can work from my office or the couch, wherever your dog is most comfortable. On my days off I tend to stay close to home, and if I do need to run an errand I won’t be gone long and can always accommodate you and your dog’s needs. I share my home with three animals who are very well loved. Haddie is my 7 year old spayed terrier mix, about 22 pounds, and my two cats are Zuzu, a spayed senior, and June, who is 4 years old and also spayed. Each of them has their own dietary and medical needs, so I’m already in the routine of specialized diets and medications. Your dog will fit right into that level of care. Haddie goes out every two to four hours and we walk together every day. There’s also plenty of backyard playtime. The backyard is not currently fenced, but a fence is going up soon. In the meantime I have a post with a long leash line in the yard and keep Haddie on a harness. I am always outside with her when using the leash line and never leave her unattended, and will do the same for your dog. My home is clean, open, and pet friendly. The furniture and beds are fair game for your dog. I do have a dedicated cat room with a gate that only the cats can fit through, so they always have their own safe space. All of my houseplants are pet safe as well. I also live at the end of a dead end street near the cul de sac, so it’s a quiet area with only local traffic and no busy roads nearby.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was five years old. I still distinctly remember the breeder of the first dog I ever owned - a chocolate lab named Ginger - looking me in the eye after seeing I was apprehensive about the dogs and telling me, "Son, some day this dog will be the best friend you ever had." Ginger and I went everywhere together. I've had dogs and cats virtually my whole life, and the animals love me. I aim to please - if you'd prefer for your fur baby to be crated at night, then I will make sure s/he does that. My only job, other than to make the babies' experience as smooth as possible, is to follow the directions laid out by the owners.
About: Animals have always been a big part of my life, I grew up with dogs, cats, pocket pets, birds, horses, chickens, ducks, goats, pigs. I feel like I’ve had it all, I am also a very seasoned Vet tech. I am expierenced with giving animals medication as well. If I am watching a dog I will be sure to make sure they get enough exercise, and any other pets I will make sure they all get love and cuddles! My own pets are super spoiled, and I would treat your pets just like they were my own. I don’t care about breeds, from working in a vets office I do have experience with animals that can sometimes be moody. I sure hope I get to talk to you soon! I do currently work 3 days a week, so pets that will be staying in my home will be taken care of before and after work by me. My partner is also at the house throughout the day and treats any animal that comes into our home like his own. I will take your pups for walks/hikes, and to the dog park if your pet is dog friendly. I believe allowing them to get their energy out is very important.

About: I have been a veterinary nurse at an AAHA accredited hospital for the last 6 years, and prior to that, worked at an additional hospital as well as a pet store with exotics. I am more than comfortable administering any method of medication, and taking care of your medical needs, special needs, or senior fur babies. I own two friendly dogs, two sassy cats, and a baby ball python myself- variety is the spice of life. If you’re looking for a medically experienced caretaker for your kids, I’m your gal! *also have grooming experience with medical needs animals I just moved to the Asheville area, so Im excited to explore around. I have just taken a M-Th veterinary position, but I still plan on working Rover into my schedule! I have two friendly dogs, who will play with dogs that want to play, ignore the ones who don’t, and will be gentle with the young and little ones.
