“We were very pleased with the care for my fur baby. Charlene is an extremely loving caregiver. I highly recommend her to care for your dog. Pictures and video's send every day and great updates. Charlene took him to the park and kept him active. She is a truly master to take care of dog. My dog had a fantastic vacation. She is also very flexible for the changes of our flight time. EXCELANT, I just can’t say enough thanks to Charlene.”

“Reily had such a great time with Connie and Ron, I don’t think she wanted to come home. We enjoyed the pictures we received through out the week. Highly recommend”

“Chino was well taken care of while I was away. Chino is shy and when I picked her up she did not seem shy at all with them, especially with Shannon's lovely daughter. I would recommend her and she also has a privacy fence surrounding her backyard, which put me at ease also.I would definitely ask for her services again!”

“Top tier stay! This was our first time EVER having to drop our Kenzie off and Megan made us feel so comfortable! I checked in constantly and she never made me feel like a bother! She loved on our fur baby just how she is loved on here at home! Megan will definitely be our forever go to person whenever we are in need! We appreciate you so much!”

“Toni is fantastic. She went over and above to make sure that our senior dog had the best care - giving her meds and lots of extra snuggles. She provided lots of updates and photos throughout our time away. We highly recommend Toni!”

“Jharesen was AMAZING!! I was very nervous about leaving our pup with a new person (our usual boarding place was booked up) but she was so communicative and helpful and made our Luna feel right at home. I’m pretty sure Luna wanted to stay with Jharesen instead of coming home with us, she had so much fun!!! Highly recommend. I could not be more pleased.”

“Carlina did a great job with our dog, Maddy. She checked in and sent pics. I really appreciated that it was just our dog and Carolina’s dog there - I think too many make it a stressful stay. Maddy said she was a 10/10, bed and treats were great.”

“My dog seemed to really enjoy her time with Marnette, David, and Gouda. This was the first time we had our dog stay with someone who we didn’t know personally. I was nervous, but Marnette and David took very good care of our dog. They are trustworthy and kind. We appreciated check-ins and pictures in the morning and at night. Highly recommend!”

“Megan was very responsive, kind, and took great care of our 6 month old puppy Ralfie. He got to play a lot and enjoy their beautiful space they have in Asheville. We got lots of photos and updates along the way. Thank you, Megan!”

“I was so very pleased with the way Kharen took care of my baby. She sent me photos and even a video showing Daisy playing. I would trust her with Daisy completely and because of her attention to Daisy I would gladly use her again. I I gave her five stars because of her set up and her attention and the fact that she was concerned about how I felt leaving Daisy. It’s a wonderful place to leave your baby!”

“Michelle and her husband took great care of Lucille! They sent plenty of pictures and took her on vacation to the lake. Thanks again for everything. Lucille was so happy with you!”

“KaLynn was awesome! She kept sending me pictures of my Yorkie during her stay. I felt very happy and confident she was having a great time. KaLynn is very attentive and punctual. I definitely recommend her for this job.”

“Mason and Christian were very accommodating, even when we needed to come back one day late. Hermione seemed to thrive in their care. We will use them again!”

“She did such a great job and went above and beyond!!! When I had an issue with wildlife critters getting in the pet door, she went there and checked on everyone right away!!! All of my cats that are normally antisocial love her!!!”

“Kristine is an excellent Rover sitter! She is incredibly reliable and professional. Kristine responded quickly to messages. She provided reports with photos for each and every drop-in visit that she was scheduled to make. As a bonus, she provided helpful advice on managing the older cat's arthritis. Both cats were comfortable with Kristine from the moment she arrived. They loved being cared by her and appreciated the attention she provided.”

The litter and food areas were clean as well. It was great to come home to. Thank you for everything and we will definitely be working with you again!”

“Holly did an amazing job taking care of my dog, Buddy, while I attended a special event in Union Mills. From the beginning, she was extremely responsive and offered helpful suggestions to make Buddy feel more comfortable, especially since he suffers from separation anxiety. I was concerned about how he would cope, as he typically howls, pants, and shakes until I come home. Holly was very kind and gentle with Buddy, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about the animals she works with. She kept me updated on how Buddy was doing throughout the evening and even sent me a few sweet photos, which helped put my mind at ease. I feel confident recommending Holly to anyone in need of care for their pet!”

“Jharasen is truly wonderful with dogs. Ours had never been left in a stranger's home before and can be really nervous. She took her time introducing him to the others and was really patient. The photos showed that he did great.”

“We were initially apprehensive about leaving our anxious pup at doggie daycare, but upon meeting Jaren, our worries melted away. Their fenced-in, lush green yard, complete with a variety of dog toys, immediately reassured us. We were warmly greeted by their adorable mini Aussie Shepherd, Bowie, who quickly became fast friends with our dog, Dale. Meeting Ann and their other two friendly doggies only reinforced the welcoming atmosphere. The easygoing nature of the household made drop-offs and pick-ups effortless. Dale returned home pleasantly tired from a day of play, without feeling overwhelmed.”

“Alyssa was absolutely amazing with my pup, Biggie! She took care of him while my family and I went to the Biltmore and out to dinner, and I couldn’t have felt more at ease. She sent so many pictures and videos throughout the time he was with her, which made me feel so comfortable and reassured. She was incredibly accommodating, and it was clear from the moment we picked him up that he had the best time! Biggie went straight to sleep when we got home, which tells me he was happy, loved, and well played with. Alyssa and her family treated Biggie like one of their own, and it truly meant so much to me. About: First and foremost, I absolutely adore animals! Even as a kid, I would only accompany my mother to visit her friends, who had dogs or cats in their home. I appreciate, respect, and can relate to the bond humans have with their pets. They are very much family and there's nothing more satisfying than seeing your fur baby comfortable, relaxed, and content, in our home or yours, while you're away. We only board 2 dogs at a time, to ensure a quiet, calm, and more relaxing stay, and have a large fenced in backyard for playtime. Dogs staying with us must be house trained. We also have a cat, who loves to play with dogs, so to ensure his safety, any dogs boarding with us must be cat friendly. Some of my previous work experience includes 4 years as a veterinary assistant and I'm comfortable with administering medication, if needed. I have dog training experience and have even trained two of our own to become registered therapy dogs. Together, we serve our community by providing pet therapy in shelters for domestic violence victims, assisted living facilities, our local university, in elementary schools, and wherever she's needed. I currently work with German Shepherd Rescue organizations, assessing temperaments/behavior, conducting home visits, and fostering. We live near the airport, which makes it ideal for dropping off and picking up when traveling for work or going on vacation. Several of my clients leave their babies with us when leaving the country. In addition to dog sitting for many friends and family members over the years, I've also taken care of cats, horses, goats, and even iguanas! I can't wait to provide extra love, play time, and affection for your fur baby, too! I work from home and we have one dog and a cat. I closely supervise any dogs that are our guests here and can provide potty breaks as frequently as needed. Any pets staying with us are supervised inside and out. Our yard is large and fenced in, so it's a great place for play sessions. For drop in visits, I customize it to the owner's wishes and dog's needs.
“Stephanie was very sweet and patient with my baby and I am so appreciative. She sent me updates throughout the day which I enjoyed. She was accommodating to my hectic schedule.”

About: https://www.rover.com/sit/kaitlr39001 I have about 4 years of experience with medically fragile dogs as my dog is a diabetic and takes insulin and requires a prescription diet with frequent potty breaks as well as one other dog who is on daily medications. My other senior pup has discospondylosis so daily medications are something I am very very familiar with as well as being more careful and slower with pups. I currently do part time work from home so I am almost always available to pet sit or board or in home pet sit or even walk your animals. I am a HUGE advocate for animal safety regardless of breed. I love all animals and would never put my dogs or any other animal in harms way.
About: I have been caring for fur babies for half my life. I love getting to know every individual, their personalities and little quirks. Small, big, young or old I love them all. I have worked with clients assisting in puppy training, administering medication when needed or offering special care to our more senior pets. I have also owned and/or worked with birds, fish, small caged animals, poultry and horses. Our animals are at the heart of our homes. I am here to provide loving care to those hearts or yours. I currently work part time remotely from home and have a very flexible schedule. I am available morning, noon and night and can easily work with your timetable. I am not currently offering boarding or overnight care at this time. I am available for drop in visits and walks whenever needed. If transportation is needed to get to a place for exercise like a park or trail I can accommodate that as well.
About: Hey there! I’m Katelyn. Thank you for considering me to take care of your furry companion(s). I have ample experience caring for and loving on: dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, birds, rodents, turtles and rabbits. This includes pups and kitties of all sizes, temperaments, ages and health statuses. I am Fear Free certified through my continued volunteer work with a local humane society. Fear Free is a nationwide initiative across the animal welfare community that offers online educational courses on handling fear, anxiety, and stress in dogs and cats through evidence based strategies. My time at the humane society consists of but not limited to: walking dogs, providing enrichment opportunities for the animals, assisting the staff with adoptions, and staying behind the scenes to tend to the back of the house tasks that keep the facility up and running. My approach is to treat each animal as an individual and get to know each other according to their unique personality and preferences. Positive reinforcement and enrichment opportunities are my jam! My experience ranges from dog walking to extended period pet sitting to fostering both dogs and cats to assisting behavior teams at animal shelters/rescues. I am also well versed in daily upkeep tasks required for barn animals. I’d be happy to elaborate upon request. I split my time between the Tryon and Greer areas. I am currently taking the summer off from working in healthcare full time. Until then, I am working in the hospitality industry and my schedule is rather flexible- leaving plenty of time to care for your furry ones! ***For house sitting bookings, I am able to watch your pets in your home only at this time.*** I believe animals thrive on routine and keeping their days as normal as possible when their person/family are away. Whatever their typical day to day looks like is how I will care for them! Safety is something I take very seriously and is of utmost importance.

Dogs love me because I take such great care of them and treat them as if they were my own

About: I have worked Animal Rescue, Fostering, Rehabilitation, and Adoptions the last 6 years! I understand pet parents, can easily follow instructions, and will stay alert to your pet needs! I will value your pet as I would my own! I currently work remotely, so I am extremely flexible. If not house sitting, I can make as many or little stops at your house as needed. I prefer to not board animals at my home. I do not have a fenced in yard, so it is not very suitable for a dog.
“Our dog took to Ashlee like she was family. She was always there when she planned to be and the communication was excellent. We are so grateful for her professional approach and hometown kindness. Well done!”

About: With many years of experience as a veterinary technician in both shelter and clinic settings, I bring a deep understanding of animal behavior, health, and care to every pet I work with. My hands-on experience ranges from administering medications and handling emergencies to comforting anxious pets and supporting their emotional well-being. I’ve worked with animals of all sizes, temperaments, and medical needs, making me exceptionally well-prepared for pet sitting, dog walking, and providing attentive, professional care. Your pets will be in the hands of someone who treats them with the same compassion, patience, and expertise that I’ve developed over years in the field! I love being able to meet other people's fur babies and make them feel safe and happy when under my care.❤️ I am currently only working two days a week at my veterinary clinic, which leaves me with a fairly open and flexible schedule. This allows me plenty of time to dedicate to pet sitting, dog walking, and providing reliable, attentive care for your pets when you need it most. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I prioritize their comfort, safety, and routine. I make sure to follow any specific instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, and behavior. In my home, I provide a clean, pet-friendly environment with plenty of attention, playtime, and a calm atmosphere. When caring for pets in their own home, I maintain their regular routine to reduce stress, keep their space tidy, and make sure they feel secure and loved while their owners are away. My background as a veterinary technician means I’m also confident handling any special needs or medical situations that may arise.

About: I am a 27 year old husband and father of 2 boys. I am a veterinary nurse who works with dogs and cats everyday. I love what I do and consider myself lucky to be able to make a living working with animals. I know that most owners feel the same way as i do about their dogs/cats when they have to leave them in others hands. Owners are going to worry when they are away and it is up to the person responsible for their pet to make them feel at ease. When your pet is with me you can know that they are in good hands and that I will do everything I can to make them feel safe. I know all dogs are different and some are more frightened when their owners are away. Some dogs need more affection than others while some just want you to throw them the ball. I take pride in making them feel safe and as if they were with their best friend. I promise you i will keep your pet safe and sound. Even more than that i promise you that them and I will have fun! Thank you. I work Monday through Friday with Thursdays off. I can always come by in the mornings, on lunch, and afternoon and nights. I can be as flexible as needed. “David and April were amazing with my 2 year old golden-doodle, Trooper. A very beautiful house, a big fended in yard, lots of walks, he had his own vacation while I was away out of state. He was very cared for the week I was gone and I never had to worry. I got photos and updates! Troop was so happy! Their dog Joey played so well with him from the very beginning. He was cared for like family. Highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back!”

“Tara did a great job Recoil loved her He was very happy with her and in excellent shape when we picked him up. She came through at the last minute for us. I would recommend her to anyone. You can tell she really loves animals.”

About: I have been a veterinary nurse at an AAHA accredited hospital for the last 6 years, and prior to that, worked at an additional hospital as well as a pet store with exotics. I am more than comfortable administering any method of medication, and taking care of your medical needs, special needs, or senior fur babies. I own two friendly dogs, two sassy cats, and a baby ball python myself- variety is the spice of life. If you’re looking for a medically experienced caretaker for your kids, I’m your gal! *also have grooming experience with medical needs animals I just moved to the Asheville area, so Im excited to explore around. I have just taken a M-Th veterinary position, but I still plan on working Rover into my schedule! I have two friendly dogs, who will play with dogs that want to play, ignore the ones who don’t, and will be gentle with the young and little ones. I do not have a yard, but I am very active and used to taking my large dogs for >3-4 mile walks daily.

“Shawna was great with Ollie. He can be a nervous dog when away from his mama, but Shawna reassured me with texts and pics/video that Ollie was doing ok! I really appreciated her willingness to help me out on pretty short notice.”

“We had a unique boarding situation request, and Breanne was SO sweet and SO accommodating and was nothing but amazing to our dog. She sent photos and updates on how our pup was doing. Communication was great and she responded quickly. Would definitely recommend her!!”

“My dogs were well cared for and seemed very happy! We were sent lots of photos and updates. I felt very comfortable leaving my dogs with Alyssa, even my super anxious smaller guy.”
