I'm currently a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) and PhD student at North Carolina State University, where I focus on animal health and welfare. Every walk is to bring happiness to the animal. Every drop in visit is to bring an animal a peace of mind an happiness. About: I have been caring for animals my entire life as a child, wildlife rehabilitator and as a wildlife biologist. For the last year and a half I have built a very nice reputation as a dependable and loving pet sitter. I have watched dogs, cats and birds! I have taken care of many senior dogs as well as a few puppies. Needless to say I’m not afraid of a pee pad or pill bottles! I work remotely and choose my hours, meaning, I can be with your animals at all time if need be. I do not mind staying with them 24/7 while you are away. It also means you can contact me any time that you need too. I live on a dead end road with very low traffic and have a very large yard. We will also go for nice walks down to the river where our road ends and a trail leads out to the river. My two main borders often do not want to leave or they want to come back home with me. It’s a great spot for dogs, whether they need to be leashed or not. If I am staying at your house I will always follow their normal routine. I really like for my clients to leave a note with food instructions, treat instructions, medicine, and daily routine. I also like to have a just incase number (neighbor or family member in the area) and the veterinarian. This is all just incase of an emergency and to make sure your pet stays safe and has the best time possible with me.

With my current seasonal position coming to an end, I expect to have a wide open schedule for the next few months. I am a pretty early riser, but can be flexible It is priority to make sure that your pet is as comfortable as possible while missing you! I choose to not use a crate with my dog, but can with yours if you prefer that. I'm very active and like to ensure that animals get as much activity and enrichment as they like. I am very big on sending lots of photos and video updates on your pet throughout the day!

About: I’ve taken care of multiple animals throughout my life, such as dogs, cats, lizards, snakes, ducks, and chickens. I’m very reliable and will make sure to follow directions on how you want your animal taken care of. I am currently a student and have a part time job, but I also have a lot of free time on my hands making this type of job perfect for me. I grew up around cats and dogs growing up and care deeply for animals. For animals I board I like to do a meet and greet to let your animal get to know an unfamiliar place with you there. For dog sitting I like to do a meet and greet at the house or a nearby park to get to know your pet and so that I’m not a stranger to them when hanging with them.

About: I helped trained animals, aided in births of new pups, bathed all different types of breeds, House sit animals when people go on vacation, I walk their animals and feed them when needed. I only work on weekdays on weekends I go to Virginia to visit and Tuesday it is on and off, I’m still in high-school I got one semester left to go so I would only be able to do night shift I have a black German Shepard I would take her to the park every week and I would give her bath 1-2 time a month and I would feed my dog 2 times a day one in the morning and one at late evening
About: Have had dogs all my life all different breeds. Care for them all like they are my own! My golden is my best friend and I give him my full attention all the time I work when I can/ want so I have full attention for your pet. Can be week days or weekends. I take my Dog on 3 walks daily and lots of outdoor time. We have a 1 story house no stairs. Huge back deck/ yard and front yard.
