About: I connect with animals of all kinds! I've had several dogs & cats, rabbits, pigs, turkeys, snakes, chickens, lizards, and a chinchilla. My love for animals is limitless & my goal is to improve the life of every animal I can reach. I am currently taking courses online to sharpen my skills pertaining to grooming, learning different breeds, training, diet & health. I have acquired many different brushes, supplements, flea combs, scissors and other supplies to keep your pet clean & tidy. I keep lots of treats in my kit including cat treats, cat nip, dog treats, calming pheromone spray & highly digestible bones. I enjoy cooking for pets when I can, making it feel more like going to Grandma's house instead of day care 😉 I am very attentive to moods and behaviors, while also going above and beyond to make sure they feel safe. I have treated sick animals, given medications, assisted in giving injections, and followed food regimens. I've been bitten by several different kinds of animals, so I know how to deal with the not-so-fun parts. I have plenty of energy to walk and play, toys, and my own reliable transportation. I’ve worked with many pet owners who are apprehensive to leave their pets with anyone due to the pet’s nervous temperaments, and other various quirks, and every single time the animals have surprised their owners by completely settling in with me. I prioritize play, love, and connecting with each individual pet I watch however they specifically need. I’ve looked after animals of all breeds, ages, & temperaments- from anxious & fussy older pets to energetic young puppies. I have experience administering medications to sick animals, hand feeding injured puppies, walking several pets at once, and managing dogs & cats that are a bit wild.
