I have a whole house generator so in case of storms, there will be no interruption in service. I am a very active individual and typically walk at least 3-5 miles per day with my little toy fox terrier. I am a nature lover and frequent the area's hiking trails and love to get out on the beach. I prepare my dog's meals using all natural ingredients (whole foods) and make a very healthy bone broth and organic barley. With parental permission I can use this as topper for your dog's kibble. I am a retired school teacher and am available year round. I am basically home all the time when I am not out on the nature trails. I would prefer sitting for dogs that weigh 30 pounds or less. I’ve been working on and off through rover for about 8 years now but have much more experience pet sitting aside from rover (if you’re wondering why there are only a few recorded sits on my profile). If your animal needs special care such as medication, diaper/pad changing, extra exercise, etc, it’s no hassle at all on my end and I’m experienced with all of these and more! I’m comfortable sitting any animal and I’m comfortable with pet/house sitting that requires me to stay over at the house or visit the house. About: Updated: 09/04/2025 I’ve always owned multiple pets and have taken care of neighbor’s pets since I was 11. I’ve been working on and off through rover for about 8 years now but have much more experience pet sitting aside from rover (if you’re wondering why there are only a few recorded sits on my profile). If your animal needs special care such as medication, diaper/pad changing, extra exercise, etc, it’s no hassle at all on my end and I’m experienced with all of these and more! I’m comfortable sitting any animal and I’m comfortable with pet/house sitting that requires me to stay over at the house or visit the house. I completely understand any requirements that ensure the pet’s comfort or your peace of mind :) Feel free to ask me any questions! I care for pets in my own home which gives me more insight to both caring for the pet and understanding the perspective of an owner. This also unfortunately means I can’t board pets at my own house. About: I am a certified, licensed, and insured dog trainer and the owner of Chaos To Clarity K9. I work with dogs and their families on obedience, leash skills, everyday manners, and behavior challenges. I am set up to care for dogs of different temperaments and preferences and have multiple fenced in yards to allow for play times and potty times in small groups or individually as needed. In the summertime, morning bathroom breaks are longer to allow for plenty of playtime before it gets too hot outside. I provide at LEAST 4 bathroom breaks throughout the day. During peak heat hours, outside breaks are shorter but indoor play is prioritized. Once things cool off in the evening, I provide another longer playtime outside. Not every dog cares for or does well with other dogs so temperament testing will be done before they are free to play with the others. All dogs are supervised when out at all times. Dogs in my home will be kenneled for bedtime or if I need to run a short errand (groceries, doctor appointment, private training lesson with a client, etc.) Care in the client's home will be discussed before the job starts.
