About: My wife and I have always through the years had some variety of dogs and cats, male and female. Small and not so small 😊At times even birds, rabbits and Guinea pigs. We have taken care of my our grand dogs and grand kitties. We have chosen not to have our own animals friends in this season of our life because of the freedom it gives us to visit our children , grandchildren and great grandchildren we have in different states now. But feel we would enjoy helping others with their friends in our retirement. Our yard has a white picket fence and is a decent size for someone to run around in, but it is not completely fenced in. We are retired. We do not have any daily obligations anywhere. We go to church and we visit our children out of state on some of the holidays. Of course we would keep a close eye on them and see that they have water and ther food and a place to rest and as many potty breaks as needed. Also feel like they should be able to get the exercise they need with fresh air outside. Between a porch and deck that they can enjoy with us. Walking with a lease around the yard and their lease attached to an outside chain for their individual walking/running 😊

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes including my own Great Dane who is 6 years old. We also had a pit mix who passed away last year unexpectedly. I trained both of my dogs myself and I am comfortable around any breed! I have experience giving daily medication as well as walking multiple dogs at a time! I currently work from home so I am home all day and mostly on weekends unless I run an errand or two. We love taking early morning and late evening walks to avoid this summer heat! I have a fenced in yard with a doggie door to provide free access to being indoors or outdoors. I keep large bowls of ice water available at all times. I can also provide a fairly large crate if need be along with food bowls. Your dog must be child friendly or have shown no aggression towards people as I do have a 10 month old who is on the move but always monitored!

Don't forget to send any special care instructions your furkid may need. Someone is always at home! Your furkid will have all of the care and attention they need while you are away on your trip. Furkids are family! I have large outdoor spaces for leashed walks and playtime. All furkids eat separately so everyone feels comfortable at meal times. We send daily pictures, videos, and texts to keep you up to date.

About: I have had both cats and dogs almost my entire life and have worked as a Veterinarian Technician in an animal shelter and for a small family owned Vet. I strive to bring my knowledge and love for animals to my community so that pet care can be more affordable for regular people (such as myself). With the knowledge I have gathered from both working in office, having pets, sitting family pets, and my many years of pet grooming I hope to make my home a safe haven for your pet. About: I’ve taken care of all sorts of animals. In my house we had two dogs, a cat, a fish, two birds, and a lizard all at once. i took care of all of them and loved it :) I’m new to the area and have a part time job. i had to leave my dog with my family back home and am really missing that bond, I am very available to pet sit or even just take them on walks. My dog always slept in her crate because it was her safe space. I love to take dogs outside and let them run around and be happy, but i am also comfortable with having them inside and following any rules you may have.

I always make sure that they have the option to use the bathroom and always have access to water so they never get dehydrated. If they take any medicine, I make sure I have an alarm that lets me know it's time for them to take it! I always make sure that the dog feels comfortable at all times, and I always keep the owner updated to keep them comfortable and relaxed. I know your dog is your best friend, but when you can't be there with them, let me take care of them until you can! I do have base access! I have a very open schedule throughout the week and would love to play with your fur baby while you are away! So don't you worry, they will definitely get loved on until you get back! One way I ensure your baby is safe is by always going outside with them even when it's bad weather! I try to always make sure that your fur baby feels calm and safe no matter the situation. Another way I make sure they are safe is ensuring they are not in an area they are not normally allowed in alone. If we were to go on a walk or an adventure, I'd make sure they have on their collar and leash and of course send you lots of pictures while we're out!

I've taken dogs on walks, bathed them, given them medicine, and played with them. I am currently in the Air Force reserves, with that I work 1 weekend a month and 2 weeks out of the summer.
