Personalized care for your dog or cat - Milwaukee

“My Cane Corso, Misty, had a great boarding stay at Shelly’s ranch. Misty stayed in her own room with a dog door, and had nice runs around the farm with Shelly who rode along on her golf cart. 😎 I also received lots of photos and updates. I’ll definitely be boarding Misty with Shelly again. Highly recommend.”

About: I love to care for dogs and cats. I’ve taken care of dogs of different breeds since I was 4 years old. I have friends and family asked and relied on me to walk, feed, and/or bathe their pets. I’m a retired veteran, so I’m fortunate enough to have the time to attend and care to your fur babies’ needs. I’ll be able to visit your pet anytime of the week with a proper notice. I can visit your home to care for your pet. I’ll be able to take them on walks or dog parks. I also have a personal companion dog (morkie) that can provide a perfect playmate.

About: I’ve grown up around animals and had several throughout the last 33 years. I really only have experience with dogs and cats, I currently have 5 cats and 2 dog. As a pet caretaker with a flexible schedule, I can easily adapt my day around each pet’s needs. I’m able to plan feeding times, walks, play sessions, and check-ins at times that work best for both the pet and their owner. My flexibility allows me to provide consistent, reliable care—even if the owner’s routine changes—while making sure the pet maintains a comfortable, steady daily rhythm. This approach helps me give attentive, personalized care throughout the day. I have a fenced in yard and a friendly two year old female German Shepherd loves to play. And also a male rat terrier mix. I can also crate if needed. Also lots of treats and toys!

“I can’t recommend Kaylan enough! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond, not just checking the boxes, but truly caring for my animals like they were her own. Her updates were the perfect mix of hilarious and helpful (seriously, I looked forward to them like a mini comedy show), and they gave me total peace of mind while I was away. The real magic? My skittish barn cat, who usually acts like humans are a myth, actually walked past her like she belonged there. That’s a miracle in itself and says everything about her energy and patience. She clearly has a genuine knack for animals, even the tough cookies. If you’re looking for someone who’s not only responsible but has a true gift with animals (and a great sense of humor), Kaylan is the one!”

About: I’ve had the joy of caring for dogs and cats for over 16 years, and I treat every pet like family. I’m experienced with pets of different ages, personalities, and needs, and I understand how important it is to provide them with patience, love, attention, and a safe environment. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles, or simply some companionship while you’re away, I’m here to make sure they feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for. 🐾❤️ I currently work part time running my own business and I choose when I want to work, so it gives me more time with our pets and children. I have a fenced yard, and we are looking at adding a play area for the dogs to enjoy their time outside. The fenced portion is about 1/2 of an acre.
