About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds, and sizes since I was 15. Whether it be weeklong stays or drop by visits for friends. I am a full-time teacher and full-time pet lover! I am available Monday through Friday for afternoon walks after 4 o’clock and all day during the weekend. About: I have multi-dog household experience. There has always been at least two dogs in my house growing up, they’re my favorite animals. I have a chocolate Labrador named Whiskey, and a Schnoodle named Max. My chihuahua sadly passed away. I love to meet and have other dogs in my house. About: I grew up with dogs as a kid. As an adult I’ve owned 2 dogs for a total of 4 years. The first I had for 3 years and had gotten him from a friend due to PCS. My current is a GSD that I got as an 8 week puppy who is currently over a year old that I trained myself. I currently work about 6-8 hours a day but have a short commute to work so if needed, I am able to check in on pets on a more frequent basis. I take my dog outdoors pretty frequently since he’s high energy whether it be on walks or for play in the yard. At least once a week, I take him somewhere public to work on his socialization and training with distractions. We train pretty frequently as well and have to say he does pretty well so if you’d like, I can assist in anything you’re trying to train. Disclaimer though, I’m not a professional trainer, only dogs I’ve trained are the ones I’ve owned. I live in a house with a pretty large fenced yard. I’m a big advocate for dogs getting activity, whether that’s physical like a walk or play outside or if it’s any kind of mental stimulation. My dog is crate trained and stays in his crate while I am not at home. I would prefer the same of your pet to ensure safety of your fur baby while I am away. Once I’m home, I allow my dog to free roam the house and will do the same for yours. My dog has been around several dogs and cats and is very friendly, social and playful, however, if needed, I have the ability to separate animals that don’t get along to ensure their safety. If there’s any questions on care I provide, please feel free to reach out! I’m pretty flexible and will do my best provide the care your pet is used to/needs.

I work part time at a grocery store. I mainly work nights so I get off anywhere between 9 and 11pm. So when trying to schedule check ins I would recommend scheduling the first check in later in the morning so there is less time in between each check in. I place a pad down in the shower when at work for dogs to use if needed as dogs are 12 & 16 1/2. Dogs are walked every morning & evening, more often on wkends. They get occasional car rides as a treat. They are fed twice a day & Bre gets her thyroid medicine twice a day as well. We play inside with various toys. Cats are treated the same except outside walks. Monthly grooming for dogs & brushing for cats. I also kept Gizzy a dog who's parents had orders to Okinawa & he couldn't go due to age & being quarantined for 6 mths going & coming. He stayed with me for almost 3 yrs.

I’ve spent my life around animals and have worked professionally in nearly every area of pet care, including animal hospitals, boarding facilities, grooming salons, and in-home pet sitting. These experiences allow me to confidently care for pets of all ages and temperaments, from playful puppies and kittens to senior pets. Including administering medications and providing extra support for pets with medical or behavioral needs. I’ve had the privilege of caring for a wide variety of animals, from dogs and cats to hamsters, bunnies, reptiles, chickens, goats, and horses. I am very flexible and able to provide your pets lots of quality time. 30 Minute Drop in: This is a quick visit to check in on your pet. I’ll let them out for a potty break, refresh food and water, give any needed meds or treats, and spend time playing or cuddling. I’ll send you photos and updates along the way. Perfect for a midday break or some company while you’re away. Overnight Stay: Your pet will have company and care throughout the night. I’ll follow your evening routine with dinner, a potty break, any meds, playtime, then stay overnight for supervision and comfort. In the morning, I’ll handle breakfast, another potty break, and fresh water, while keeping you updated with photos and messages. Light home care, like checking mail or plants, can also be included. Ideal for pets who need extra comfort and prefer staying in their own home. When caring for others pets I treat them as my own. Whatever your pet needs, I'll happily accommodate them to the best of my ability. I always triple check doors are locked when I leave, and that there is nothing in reach that could be harmful to your pets. (human food, dog treats, toys etc)
