About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have cared for four dogs of different ages, breeds, and sizes. I currently have an 8-year-old mutt named Tucker who is incredibly sweet. Tucker previously went through heartworm treatment, so I have experience following medication schedules and giving medication as directed. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playing, basic grooming, and giving pets plenty of attention. I’ve also owned and cared for parrots, iguanas, lizards, hamsters, and many other animals. I genuinely love animals and will treat every pet like one of my own. I’m currently in college and only have about three hours of class on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of free time to give your pets the attention they deserve. I’m available throughout most of the week for walks, drop-ins, playtime, feeding, and spending quality time with your pets. My apartment is very pet-friendly and comfortable, with plenty of places for dogs to relax. About: I’ve always been an animal lover, from horses to reptiles! I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, and some of the others throughout. We recently lost our dog to cancer at just shy of 13 years old, and I’m currently volunteering as a dog walker at the animal shelter to help fill that void. “Katy took care of my 5-month-old puppy, Bagel, for three days while I was in the area taking a painting class. Bagel is a very sweet, social and energetic puppy who loves people and other dogs, but he can become overstimulated around other dogs and doesn’t always know how to settle himself yet. Although I had explained that ahead of time, I don’t think either Katy or I realized just how difficult it would be for him to settle in a new home with another dog around. Katy really did try hard to make him comfortable. She took him on walks, played with him, worked on calming him down, and even made a trip to the pet store for a stronger harness, leash, blanket, treats and other things she thought might help. She communicated with me throughout the day and was very honest when she felt Bagel was becoming more than she could comfortably manage for a full day. After two particularly challenging days, we agreed to shorten his third day. Interestingly, he seemed to be settling in better by then, and Katy ended up keeping him until about 2:00 rather than the noon pickup we had planned. Bagel was always happy to see Katy and willingly went with her each morning, which meant a lot to me. I also really liked Katy personally and appreciated how much she cared about making the situation work. Bagel was simply a much bigger handful in her home than I expected, and I think being around another dog all day made it especially hard for him to turn himself off and rest. I’m grateful for the effort Katy put in and for how much she genuinely cared about Bagel during his stay.”

About: I currently have 12 dogs of all sizes, I love being around dogs and feel confident in my ability to handle any size or breed. I've worked around animals for over 6 years including at a dog grooming salon and animal hospital so I can bathe and brush any pup (or cat) who needs it as well as provide basic medical care needs. About: My family and I have fostered dogs and cats for the last 12 years. Through this I have gained valuable experience with working with a variety of dog breeds. Although, my experience goes beyond this as my love for animals is one of my greatest traits. While working pastime at a childcare facility, I have enough time throughout the day to check on your pet, let them out for a potty break, or just keep them company! Depending if I have any other activities or events to attend to, I’m pretty much free all the time. I currently have 3 dogs and 2 cats. For the dogs, we have a large, fenced in yard with plenty of room for them to run and play. All of our dogs have leashes and collars to ensure safety for us and our pets. As for the cats, they each have their own litter box which is scooped daily and their own food bowls.
About: I've taken care of animals since as long as I can remember! In total I have had 1 Beagle, 2 Golden Retrievers and 3 Cats to my name. I have fostered a total of 6 rabbits, 12 Cats, and 1 mouse that was pregnant and turned into 10 mice. I’ve grown up with dogs and have a strong understanding of their needs, from regular exercise and playtime to companionship and individual care. I also drive a minivan, which gives me the ability to safely transport pets when needed and provide opportunities for outdoor time and adventures. Whether it’s taking them for a walk, playing outside, going for a ride, or simply relaxing and keeping them company, I’ll make sure they get a good balance of exercise, attention, and love. I can also help look after your home while you’re away by watering plants, bringing in mail and packages, taking out the trash, and making sure everything is secure. About: Retired from workforce, former military, active person, daily walks with our dogs—neighborhood, parks, trails. Worked with certified dog trainer for our two dogs. Time on my hands. I am retired and have plenty of time when not playing with our own two dogs and exercising. They are the center of our lives. We have a fenced in back yard for our dogs. Since I am retired, and my wife works part time, I spend most of my time with our dogs. We will not bring client’s pets to our home nor will my wife be a caretaker.
About: I have been caring for pets since a very young age, rarely going any time in my life without a cat, dog, mouse or snake! I am currently staying home full-time with plenty of space to welcome furry friends into our little sanctuary while providing lots of love, care, patience and play! About: I have a long history of in house pet sitting over the last 15 years as well as caring for my own. I feel comfortable with puppies, older dogs, giving medicine and exercising hyper dogs. I have 15 year old super mutt (junkyard dog as we like to say) and a 1.5 year old chocolate lab who are both well socialized and love all dogs. I have an extremely flexible schedule currently. About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have cared for four dogs of different ages, breeds, and sizes. I currently have an 8-year-old mutt named Tucker who is incredibly sweet. Tucker previously went through heartworm treatment, so I have experience following medication schedules and giving medication as directed. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playing, basic grooming, and giving pets plenty of attention. I’ve also owned and cared for parrots, iguanas, lizards, hamsters, and many other animals.
