“This was my first time using Rover and am so incredibly pleased with how well it went and how amazing Geysi was with my dog. I was super nervous to leave him with someone, mostly because he is an 8-month old puppy with a TON of energy, still working on potty-training, and very little interaction with strangers. Within the first few hours of his stay with Geysi all my worries were washed away. With frequent photos and updates I saw that he was being well taken care of and having a great time. Geysi was super reliable in responding if I had any questions or wanted to check-in. She was even able to get him to sleep outside of his crate, all four nights, without an accident, which is something that we have not been able to quite accomplish prior to the stay. Geysi has been absolutely amazing and I am sure my dog would love to stay with her again. He seemed to be enjoying himself so much that I was afraid he wouldn't want to come home (hahaha). He came home without any weird transition period or other common issues found when moving puppies to different environments. Simply, wow!”

About: I recently moved here but grew up on a large agriculture/cattle farm in Wa state. I’ve shown all animals growing up, and competed in rodeo throughout most my high school years. I have had many dogs and many cats throughout my life as well as rescued more animals than I can count. I have a masters in mental health counseling but worked alongside a veterinarian throughout college. I currently have 6 dogs and 4 cats of my own, which most of them were strays I found. I truly believe animals are our children and they deserve to be loved and cared for as such. I am detail oriented and can ensure your baby(s) will be well taken care of. I currently am not working, so I am home full time. I recently got engaged, and my fiancé is military so I have lots of free time to help with whatever it is you may need! I have personally never crated my animals, but if it is what you prefer I will do that. We do have a very large yard with no neighbors, but I don’t even let my own dogs run around unsupervised. I did build a small fenced area in the back that attaches to a dogggy door in the house just so they can go out in emergency situations. My animals are allowed on furniture and of course sleep in the bed to get all the cuddles. I’ve been lucky to never have issues with chewing or accidents but I know all animals are different. I can truly accommodate to anything to make sure your pet is well taken care of.

About: I have access to Ft. Bragg😊 I have taken care of friends and families animals since I was a child as well as two cats of my family's. I've had a family dog for about 10 years who loves to go on walks and play fetch. I've previously worked at a doggy daycare, where I've become familiar with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and needs. I have a part time job at a restaurant where I work anywhere from 4-9 hour shifts (mostly nights). I am in a sonography program, but in between schoolwork and taking care of my dog's wants and needs, I like to knit or do anything artsy related. While walking any dog, I always make sure their safety comes first, and secondly I make sure they're having fun, they're comfortable, and they're enjoying their walk. I will let your dog use their senses to lead us on the walk but I will make sure we don't get too far or get lost.

My goal is to keep pets relaxed, happy, and safe by making their day-to-day life feel as normal as possible, whether I’m stopping in for a visit or staying longer.
About: I am an active triathlete, so your pet will have plenty of exercise and entertainment! My own dog is a pitbull mix, so I have experience with aggressive breeds and large breeds. My family dog I take care of when my parents travel is a senior, so I have experience with senior care. I work a hybrid schedule, and days I am home are very flexible as well as weekends. For a typical home sitting job I will do a morning walk and breakfast, midday walk during my lunch, and evening meal and walk. If your dog cannot sleep alone, I can bring them to my home to sleep in a large crate with a clean bed. I am very active, so whether you have a fenced in yard or a neighborhood or would allow me to drive your dog to a nearby trail, they'll have engagement while you are away. I am also proficient in belly rubs, so your dog will have cuddles and comfort. If your dog comes to my home, I have a fenced in yard they can run in while my dog enjoys his sunbathing. In my home dogs are crated while I am away for their safety.
About: I have a lot of patience with our furry friends and recognize all of their own unique personalities and needs. Taking care of animals is very effortless & second nature to me. Maintenance such as dog walks, baths, nail trims, ear cleanings, keeping a clean litterbox, shots, vet visits, simply making time to play, all of these are very essential to a happy and healthy furry life, which I'm incredibly happy providing. Pet care is absolutely incorporated into my own self-care. My animals are my favorite part of my day, every day, and I don't think there would be much self-care on my end without them. I live down a dirt road with plenty of privacy and space to tread. Located in a wooded area far enough from the road so my dogs are off leash 99% of the time. Nearby access to water that we’ve have played in for years. Convenient fence as needed, with a shelter, kitty pools and plenty toys of course. I have plenty of space on my property to accommodate different needs at once. It's about catering to the animal's preference to me.
About: Hello! I have over 10 years of experience in ER Veterinary Medicine and studied Animal Science and Biology in college. I have always lived in a home with pets; from cats, dogs, birds and a hamster named Victor Newman. I currently live in a home with 3 dogs and a fiesty cat. My dog, Dez, is a senior pup with special needs. He has had IVDD for the last 6 years and requires specialized care. With that, I am versed in care for pets with special needs and medication administration. During the summer months, I have more availability throughout the day to care for our furry loved ones. Beginning mid August, my availability may be limited to just the weekends. I have a fenced in backyard for dogs with plenty of room for the zoomies. Proper leash/harness/collar attire will be applied to your dog if your home is not fenced in or there is a possibility for escape. I do not use retractable leashes due to the likelihood that they break or fail. If necessary, I may require a non retractable leash for any future bookings with me. Cats are not allowed outside at my residence under any circumstances.
About: I have been caring for animals ever since I can remember. I am comfortable caring for dogs in any age and if they take medication or have any special needs. I love working with puppies and helping train them to what the owner is wanting them to accomplish. I am also comfortable with cats and any stage they are at as well and if medication is needed. “This was my first time using Rover and am so incredibly pleased with how well it went and how amazing Geysi was with my dog. I was super nervous to leave him with someone, mostly because he is an 8-month old puppy with a TON of energy, still working on potty-training, and very little interaction with strangers. Within the first few hours of his stay with Geysi all my worries were washed away. With frequent photos and updates I saw that he was being well taken care of and having a great time. Geysi was super reliable in responding if I had any questions or wanted to check-in. She was even able to get him to sleep outside of his crate, all four nights, without an accident, which is something that we have not been able to quite accomplish prior to the stay. Geysi has been absolutely amazing and I am sure my dog would love to stay with her again. He seemed to be enjoying himself so much that I was afraid he wouldn't want to come home (hahaha). About: I have had dogs, all my life, from Chihuahuas up to German Shepards. I’ve had dogs who have had diabetes and cancer from the time they were puppies up to adult seniors. My dogs are my family, and they are spoiled rotten! I am retired and stay at home most of the time. The dogs are allowed to roam through the house as long as they behave themselves and they get plenty of treats exercise when playing outside. The only time my dog is kennel is when I need to go to a doctor appointment. My dog is a Weimaraner and black lab mix. She is a very hyper and loving dog who loves to play fetch with the ball. She is longing for a playmate, since her best friend passed away a few months ago.
