“Highly recommend Kyle, he was very communicative and took very good care of our dogs. Our dogs were happy and tired out by pick up time, we will definitely be booking again in the future!”

“Lovey & Louie enjoyed another great stay with Joe & Celeste and their babies! Thank you for taking such great care of our babies! We appreciate you guys and they will see you again!”

“Lara did a outstanding job with our little dog Izzy. She kept us informed on how Izzy was doing with photos, videos, and text messages since we were gone for two weeks to visit our family in Anchorage. We will definitely use her again. I was afraid that our Izzy wasn't going to want to come back home. I highly recommend that you give her a try. Very reasonable compared to other sitters.”

“Harlie knows the minute she pulls into the neighborhood where she is and the excitement begins! She LOVES staying with Kaylah and her family and all the pictures that I receive during the stay show it! Thank you so much for carrying for our puppy girl the way you do!!”

“Danielle and her husband were awesome ! We left our two pups with them while on a trip to the beach and they constantly kept us updated and send lots of pics of them playing. We were at ease knowing they were in good hands and we will definitely go to them again for another beach trip !”

“Katelyn made us feel very comfortable by meeting us in advance and showing us where Ladie would stay. She also sent us pics and updates to keep us posted on how Ladie was doing. Excellent experience and we will definitely use Katelyn again!”

“Jennifer and Matthew kept our Lab and Golden doodle for 3 nights and I'll have to say I could not have been happier with their stay. Jennifer was great about answering any questions or texts right away and sent a picture of how they were doing. I will definitely be booking with them again!”

“Amanda and her family were incredible with my dog Jax! Amanda was pleasant and kind to work with. I was afraid he would be scared, staying with new folks, but he fit right in! They made him feel welcome, and made me feel comfortable about his first ever sleepover. She always kept in touch, made sure to send pictures, and let me know how things were going to ease my mind. If I had a question, she was ready to answer. I know with 100% certainty and he was loved, cared for, and adored. When I was picking him up, he hardly wanted to leave! I would absolutely put any one of my animals in the trust of Amanda any day of the week. Thanks again!”

“Cheryl was great with Buffy! Made her comfortable, made sure she introduced Buffy to her Dogs slowly so they would get along. She has plenty of space inside and outside for dogs to play. I was very pleased with the everyday updates and pictures. I will definitely use her again. She was very accommodating for me. Very nice lady.”

“Our dogs were well cared for and we felt so safe leaving them on our trip. Aunna was consistently communicating and sending photos of the pups. She is a wonderful sitter and we are grateful we found her.”

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and have always enjoyed being around all kinds of pets- from cats and dogs to farm animals. Caring for animals has always come naturally to me, and I’ve dreamed of having the opportunity to spend more time with them. My husband and I moved to Wilmington about 10 years ago, and for much of that time, life kept us so busy that having a pet of our own didn’t feel fair. Since I haven’t had pets of my own during this time, I’ve happily gotten my animal fix by pet sitting for friends and caring for their cats and dogs whenever they’ve needed someone they trust. I work away from home (Registered Nurse since 2016) just one day a week, which gives me plenty of flexibility and time to give your pets the attention, companionship, walks, playtime, and love they deserve. I have a fenced in yard, a nice neighborhood for walks and no other pets to care for. I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pets in someone else’s care, and I’ll treat them like they’re my own.
“Stella took great care of my girls (a Boston terrier and a “Velcro” Dalmatian) for a week. It was a last minute booking and she communicated so promptly and professionally. She even offered a meet and greet which made me feel even more comfortable leaving our fur babies with her. Stella had a great yard for them to play in, and updated us with pictures and videos nearly everyday! I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a sitter that they can trust and feel like their babies were made feel right at home! Thank you Stella!”

“Andrea is great! I never worry about my boys when they are with her family. She is super flexible and incredibly helpful. We left the boys with her while we moved homes and I had no concerns about their safety or well being. Strongly recommend her. =)”
“She was so awesome! My dog ended up having to stay longer because the hotel that we stayed at wouldn't take dogs. Skyla was very accommodating. 5 star ask day highly recommend she text me every day with updates abs pictures of my dog.”
“Laura was great. A pleasure speaking to and quick with responses. Received lots of updates and pictures. I knew my dog would feel very comfortable with her and her pup. He was welcomed as part of their family and had the best week, went on lots of adventures, and was taken great care of. Thank you!!”

“Janet was absolutely wonderful to my elder Chihuahua Pork Chop and my new addition to the family Nacho. She took Wonderful care of them and kept me updated with photos. She has been my pet sitter since 2018.”

“Debra was fantastic! She took such great care of our dog when we went on vacation for the week. She sent us pictures to keep us updated. She has a fenced in, private backyard which was perfect for our dog. We would definitely use her again in the future.”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Hazel’s 8-day stay! From the moment we dropped her off, it was clear she was in caring, capable hands. We received regular updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Hazel came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It was obvious she received plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and was treated like part of the family rather than just another dog. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire stay, and every interaction was professional, friendly, and reassuring. Knowing we can leave Hazel with someone we completely trust is invaluable. We would recommend John without hesitation to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate, and attentive sitter. Hazel is already looking forward to her next visit, and we’ll absolutely be booking again. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our girl!”

“Clare is wonderful! She has such an adorable and sweet family She sent lots of pictures and updates. I couldn’t have asked for a better fit to care of our pup while we traveled.”

“Cheryl was a wonderful pet sitter, she took very good care of my dog that has separation anxiety. She only takes one dog at a time which I love, I know that my dog is going to get the attention that she needs. Sheryl is very thoughtful caring and made my dog feel very comfortable. She took her on long walks, and made her feel comfortable. I will definitely use her again whenever I am in town. She is the best dog sitter in this area.”
“Amanda was GREAT!!! First time doing doggy daycare and I was highly satisfied. As I pulled into the driveway both her and her daughter was outside waiting on Luna. Throughout the day she messaged me on how Luna was doing and also sent pictures. She enjoyed so much she slept from the time I picked her up til the next morning. Definitely booking on the regular.”

About: I treat my dogs like my children. My dogs are living with my ex husband and I want to share my love for dogs with yours. My biggest fear was a dog sitter would not recognize if my dog got sick while I was away. My vet does not believe in kennels and we have followed his advice. It makes me much happier knowing they are not in a concrete cage all day. I had been looking into opening a dog day care but this is more rewarding. I will treat your pet like my own. I am pretty much available 24/7 in my home. Your pet will have the run of my house. Your pet will be part of my one person family. It will be just me and your pet. No other dogs will be in the house. I only take in one dog at a time and have great references. I do Rover at my home in New Hampshire over the winter and CT over the summer and you can see my great reviews. Your pet will have the run of my house, and will cuddle on the couch with me and/or sleep on my bed. I will walk your pet personally.

“Joe and Celeste helped me out in a pinch. Needed a care giver for our little fur baby last minute and they without hesitation accepted our request. Our little guy was so tired when he got home he slept later than normal the next day. They are friendly and very professional in all aspects of the care they provide. They accepted our little guy and treated him like he was one of the family. Highly recommend Joe and Celeste to watch our fur baby in the future. Would also highly recommend them for doggie daycare to anyone looking for excellent care for their fur babies.”

“Andrea introduced her two dogs to Solo upon arrival. From there it sounds like Solo had a great day with her new friends . I will definitely use Andrea again. I really appreciate the short notice also.”
“My Benji boy lovedddd going to Aunna’s house for daycare! He would run right up to her and not even look back as I was leaving. I definitely felt at ease leaving him with her! Highly recommend!”

“Kayla is an amazing care giver. Such care and detailed updates. Complete with pictures. We had her watch Ivar, Saxon, and Peta. Very different dogs with very different needs. We are so thankful that we could go enjoy downtown Wilmington without a second thought of concern. We hope to visit again!”

“Left our fur baby with Skyla while we were visiting from out of town. Skyla was great and loving! She made Luna feel comfortable and provided her with lots of activities and play time. She kept us informed throughout the day which made us feel at ease. So thankful we were able to count on her to watched Luna while we vacationed!”

“Digo loves being at daycare! Janet keeps him active and assures that he is socializing with other dogs. She takes him outside often and keeps him inside when weather is not conducive. She introduced him to kiddie pool and she reinforces training including housebreaking and simple commands such as “sit”. Janet is also very flexible with schedule - I’m a nurse and my hours are very early and long! We are very fortunate to have found Janet!”

“Jennifer and Matthew are fine people!!! I think their hearts are the same shape as milk bones! Finny had an excellent time with them and came home happy and tired. He was even tired the next day too! Good people, I’d trust them with anything.”

She was very communicative the entire time and sent me lots of pictures and updates, which made me feel so comfortable knowing my dogs were happy and being well taken care of. 🐾❤️ She also went above and beyond by helping me with a very last-minute need the following day, even though I hadn’t originally booked her for that day. About: I have taken care of animals for the majority of my life whether that be nursing stray kittens back to health, assembling special meals for my dogs specific health requirements, or pet and house sitting for friends and family members so they could take a well needed vacation. I have always held a deep love for animals and a career where I can be around them all day sounds more like a dream than a job. While not a certified dog trainer I do have experience with training puppies for small tricks such as sit, place, stay, down, etc. and would be happy to teach your fur baby as I take care of them. As a full time student I have a very open schedule with asynchronous classes that allow me to be there when your fur baby requires. I make sure to keep my pets on a regular schedule with grooming, food, vet visits and play sessions so they may have the best experiences as they grow and develope.
About: I’ve been both a dog owner and dog sitter ever since I was young! I love to take a spontaneous trip so I don’t have any pets of my own but I do enjoy pet sitting for others with my free time! My days and most nights are wide open due to my remote job. I am currently working part time and remotely so I am free most nights and days and available on short notice. Please give at least one day heads up. I am very respectful and quiet. I can stay at your home or come check in on the pets- whichever you prefer. I don’t have any pets currently.
About: I am a young adult with lots of experience with taking care of cats and dogs. I have grown up around them and I love to take care of them. My daily routine includes emptying litter boxes and sweeping litter off floors. I often accompany my dogs outside to make sure they did their business. I also feed each of my pets daily. While I do not have much experience outside my own home taking care of my pets, I know how to do so while making sure my clients and their pets are happy.
About: I am a certified, licensed, and insured dog trainer and the owner of Chaos To Clarity K9. I work with dogs and their families on obedience, leash skills, everyday manners, and behavior challenges. Many of the dogs I help are everyday family dogs who need guidance with things like pulling on leash, barking, jumping, reactivity, or learning how to settle in the home. I also enjoy working with puppies and helping owners build strong foundations early through clear communication and consistency. I have a strong interest in behavior modification, especially helping dogs work through fear, stress, and reactivity at a pace that keeps them comfortable and learning. My husband is a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) and a combat veteran and former military police K9 handler who trained civilian police dogs. Because of his veterinary background, I’m also able to consult with him when behavior questions may have a possible medical component, which can sometimes play a role in behavior. I also understand that dogs live in real families with real challenges. I live with multiple sclerosis and am raising an autistic four-year-old, so I appreciate how important it is for training to be practical, realistic, and supportive of the household environment. My goal is always to help create calmer, safer, and more enjoyable relationships between dogs and the people who love them. One thing that’s very important to me is paying attention to canine body language and stress signals. Dogs communicate constantly through subtle changes in posture, facial expression, and movement, and recognizing those signals early can prevent many behavior problems from escalating. During training, I help owners learn how to recognize what their dog is communicating so they can respond in a way that builds trust, confidence, and better behavior over time. Dog training is part of my regular weekly routine, and I intentionally keep my schedule structured so each client receives focused attention. My current training availability is: • Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Sunday: Afternoon appointments available by request Closed: Monday and Friday Because each dog and family has unique needs, I limit the number of training sessions I take each week so I can provide thoughtful, individualized guidance and follow-up support between sessions. Safety, trust, and clear communication are always my top priorities when working with dogs and their families. I pay close attention to canine body language and stress signals to make sure dogs remain comfortable and able to learn during training. Training sessions focus on creating a calm, structured environment where both the dog and owner can succeed. I work at the dog’s pace and help owners understand what their dog is communicating so they can respond clearly and confidently. My goal is to create training plans that are safe, practical, and sustainable for everyday life, helping dogs feel more secure while helping owners feel supported throughout the process.

About: I've been around well trained and untrained dogs alike for most of my life. I am capable with strong dogs, aggressive dogs, and dogs who just have tons of energy! I am currently doing gig work in the film industry, so in between gigs I have plenty of time to care for our furry friends. I care for other people's pets same as I care for mine at home. Simple basics are essential, but the magic happens when you build a bond and enrich each other's time together.

Pet care fits easily into my daily routine because my schedule is open and flexible. I can provide consistent attention, walks, feedings, and playtime whenever needed. I care for pets like family. At my home, they enjoy my fenced in yard, playtime and attention. In clients homes, I follow rountines, give exercise and provide loving care.

“Jennifer was wonderful from the moment we reached out to see if she was available to watch Clark. She responded quickly, took the time to ask about his care needs, and genuinely wanted to know how she could best support him during his stay. From the very beginning, she gave us confidence that he would be in excellent hands. When we dropped Clark off, Jennifer was warm, welcoming, and made sure we felt completely at ease. She kept her promise by sending regular updates and photos throughout his stay, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. It was clear that she treated Clark like one of her own and made him feel right at home. Jennifer truly followed through on everything she said she would do, and we could tell Clark had a wonderful time with her. We highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and dependable sitter who communicates exceptionally well and provides outstanding care.”

“Shannon provided exceptional care, affection, and understanding to my rescue Beagle, Milo. This marked our first separation in the two and a half years he has been a member of our family. I initially experienced considerable apprehension regarding the prospect of leaving Milo; however, upon meeting Shannon, I was immediately confident that he would receive outstanding attention. Shannon consistently provided photographs and updates on Milo's well-being. Upon my return to retrieve Milo, he demonstrably expressed his affection for Shannon and her mother through repeated embraces prior to his departure. Witnessing the bond that had developed in merely two days was both heartwarming and profoundly reassuring.”

“If I had more than five stars I would gladly give Melissa more! This was our first time using Rover and our Lizzy’s first time overnight for a whole week with a stranger. Melissa was amazing from the start. Made sure Lizzy (and we) were comfortable there. She provided me with regular updates and pictures all week. She has a few sweet little dogs of her own and they became fast friends with Lizzy. She gave Lizzy free rein of her home, took her for walks and gave her lots and lots and lots of love!! I would hire Melissa again in a heartbeat!”
