A month before, the previous sitter had to cancel due to family emergency which left me panicking. I’m sure as a sitter, knowing you can tolerate an unknown pet for a short time is bearable, but Courtney agreed to keep my Pierre for 10 days. After a brief meet and greet, to make sure that her pups and Pierre would get along, it was a go. About: I have always had a pet growing up. I used to have cats when I was little and then eventually turned to dogs. Currently back at home I have three dogs that I love so so so much. Here in Greenville I share custody of a dog, Saint, with my boyfriend. I love to walk so that is no problem for me when it comes to walking dogs. I also worked as an assistant for almost two years where one of my main priorities was taking care of her pitty :) I currently work part time so my availability is pretty open! I spend a lot of my time outside on walks, so it only makes sense that I open the door to including pets on my walk. I do stay in an apartment so I don't have yard space for pets, but I am willing to drive to dog parks or walking trails. I also don't mind going to other peoples home to care for their animals.

I do currently work full time, but am remote 3 out of the 5 days a week making it easy to check in on your beloved pets at any time! About: My experience with cat care started 8 years ago, and my time working with kittens is much shorter, less than 2 years. Learning firsthand at animal shelters as a kid how quick cats can go from loving and vulnerable to sometimes fearful and or/irritable taught me most felines have unpredictable emotions. Because of this I learned to approach and treat cats much differently from how I would a dog to get a better chance of bonding. I currently live with three cats and including them I have cared for almost every different coat color besides the infamously chaotic orange tabby.

I've had dogs my whole life, including two yellow labs who lived long, happy lives (15 and 12 years old.) I currently have a friendly 1-year old yellow lab who love's new friends to play with! I have another red fox lab coming soon- June 2026! Because I'm home full-time, your pup will get plenty of attention, supervision, and care throughout the day- no long periods alone. We have a large, fully fenced backyard where the dogs can run and play safely. Our days are filled with fun activities like pool time, agility play, fetch, and lots of love and interaction. Your pup will be treated like family in our clean, non-smoking home, with plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable. About: Growing up with a mom who was a vet tech, we always went with her to take care and play with the animals boarding at her work, so ive always played and loved on animals since I can remember! I only go into class tuesdays and thursdays, so I have a lot of time to play and cuddle with your pets! This is my only job at the moment, so I have a lot of free time! I have had fur babies in the past that require special attention. I work a full time job out of my home so taking in dogs during the week is super easy as I’m home all day everyday. We have underground fencing otherwise your dog will go on a tie out. We have 2 entrances that can accommodate. I can also take crate trained dogs. Pet care fits into my week really naturally. I'm in school with an easy schedule, so I’ve got the time that makes it easy to fit in morning walks, afternoon visits, or whatever your pet needs. Whether it’s dropping in to feed and play, going for a walk, or just keeping them company, I plan my day around making sure they’re happy and well cared for. Honestly, spending time with animals is the best part of my day—it never feels like a chore!! Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or at the client’s, I always try to make them feel as comfortable and safe as possible. In my home, I keep things calm, clean, and pet-friendly, with plenty of space to play and relax. I stick to their normal routines as much as I can—meals, walks, and bedtime, so it feels familiar to them. When I’m at a client’s home, I treat it with the same care and respect I would my own, making sure their pet gets lots of attention, exercise, and love. I follow any instructions closely and always leave the place just as I found it, if not better!

About: I genuinely love animals and treat every pet like royalty, even the dachshunds who judge from across the room! I’m big on play time, cuddles, walks and making sure your pet is comfortable while you’re away! I do currently work full time, but am remote 3 out of the 5 days a week making it easy to check in on your beloved pets at any time! About: My experience into dog care started 9 years ago, and my time working with cats started less than a year later. My experience of both dogs with a hyper or dissociative personality and felines with bad temperament was mostly gained while working at various animal shelters. Some shelter dogs and cats are not temperamental on their own but sometimes will instinctively react to those who are being the aggressors, as is their nature. it's often very similar at dog parks- A Gathering of many unknown dogs, some likely to be reactive to others and always a few having chance of causing a fight. Something I keep in mind for safety every time I have an interaction with a dog I don't know while walking someone else's that I was entrusted the care of, is that other animals I don't know will always be unpredictable. Outside my charity work for shelters, for an even longer amount of time I've taken care of pets of many ages and breeds for family/friends going on 9 years now. I have handled many large breeds; Labradors, Huskies, Great Danes, German Shepards, Mastiffs. I have also worked with various medium and small sized breeds. My total 2 years of experience with puppies was spread out caring for and helping raise pups my sister had gotten. Between raising puppies and trying to work with pets giving me a hard time during the course of my many dog sitting jobs I have seen and learnt countless things about our furry friends! To list a few; common dog and cat habits, nutrition, toxic foods for dogs, signs of aggressive body language in pets, and abnormal behavior alongside possible causes. Any and all pet needs such as sitting, walking, etc. I'm available to do every day of the week, as I have a clear schedule for the time being. When at a client's house, if instructions are not already given to me I will ask the owner's typical routine with their pet and see what they want or need done for their dog or cat. I'd Also ask general house rules like backyard access, and if I could entertain the fuzzy friends with toys for enrichment.

In my house we had two dogs, a cat, a fish, two birds, and a lizard all at once. i took care of all of them and loved it :) I’m new to the area and have a part time job. i had to leave my dog with my family back home and am really missing that bond, I am very available to pet sit or even just take them on walks.
