The dogs were allowed on the furniture at her house which they are not at home (she OK'd it with us) and so it was special for them. “She is the one if you have a cat/cats! So this was my first Rover experience and I didn’t have anything to compare it to other than having a friend check on our cat while we were gone. I haven’t gone away longer than a couple days since having Hunter because I worry about him being stressed and confused. If you love a cat/cats, you know how it is. We want to take them with, but it is even more stressful and sometimes dangerous for some of them. As far as Victoria goes, she has set the bar really high and I only want her to pet sit for us for as long as she is on here. Our meet and greet went well and her energy was very pet friendly and warm. My cat can be a weirdo about changes and new people, but he did approach and smell her during that initial meeting. While we were away she took great care of him and sent photos which helped us to relax and enjoy our time. We really lucked out and I hope good people continue to sign up to do this service especially for us cat owners. Rover itself was easy to use and I think the fee (separate from the daily rate) is fair as of 10/2024 because the ease of finding someone, reading reviews, entering payment info, messaging, and photos. I would absolutely use this provider and Rover again.”
About: As a kid we always had indoor and outdoor cats. As an adult we have elderly dogs who are not cat friendly but when we purchased our home, a cat came with it. The cat is dog smart and we are very careful about having them outside together. The cat is an outdoor cat but has his own “home” areas on our front and back deck.

About: My name is Carlee and I’ve been pet/house sitting for about 6 years now. I have experience taking care of small and medium sized dogs, I’ve taken care of both senior dogs and puppies as well as cats! I’d love to grow my experience and am willing to learn just about anything! I currently work 30 hours a week at my regular job, but my schedule is never consistent. I have still been able to work around it and do stop ins regularly for my clients. Typically I work 6-8 hour shifts so I would not be able to stop in during that time. But I am always able to stop in immediately before my shift and directly after. Aside from that, I am able to stay either full time with your pet or do stop ins however often you would prefer. If you have questions feel free to ask! I am very easy going and understand the importance of a solid routine schedule for your furbabies. I’m a stay at home mom of 2 kids so I’m available 7 days a week; the only time I leave the house is to go food shopping so the dogs are rarely left alone. Whether you allow your dogs on your furniture is a preference I’d love to learn, we allow them on our furniture as long as it’s something that they already do at home. I know most dogs are on a potty schedule so in order to maintain that I’d want to know how frequently they’re let out. Above all else they’d be spoiled with love and treated like family! Pups that only receive dog walking would be shown the same kind of love as all the other pups despite the small amount of time! I have two children ages 6 & 3 that I have at home with me and I homeschool them. This is my only source of income, so I’m always available to tend to animals that are entrusted to me! Your furry friends would fed according to their normal feeding schedule. I love what I do and consider myself lucky to be able to make a living working with animals. I know that most owners feel the same way as i do about their dogs/cats when they have to leave them in others hands. Owners are going to worry when they are away and it is up to the person responsible for their pet to make them feel at ease. When your pet is with me you can know that they are in good hands and that I will do everything I can to make them feel safe. I know all dogs are different and some are more frightened when their owners are away. Some dogs need more affection than others while some just want you to throw them the ball. About: I have taken care of dogs for over 36 years now. Fed, housed, and taken them to the vet when needed. I walk them also. I work part time at a retail store approximately 15 hours a week. “We are repeat clients of D's. We think our 3 dogs are a handful, but D acted like they were angels. The pictures she sent (we treasured -- they made us feel very relaxed while away) -- we studied the body language in each to make sure they looked happy and relaxed. They did :) My goldendoodle, who can be aloof, RAN to her when we got there and in one of the pictures she is laying on D's feet. This is reserved for people she feels comfortable with. I hope she is available every time we need to go out of town. I want her to be our regular. The dogs were allowed on the furniture at her house which they are not at home (she OK'd it with us) and so it was special for them. After our trip, she brought them to us, which was such a welcome gesture after a long trip. We heart her.”

About: I’m a really friendly person and my husband and I treat dogs like family. I’ve had dogs my whole life growing up. I’m a stay at home mom of 2 kids so I’m available 7 days a week; the only time I leave the house is to go food shopping so the dogs are rarely left alone. I do request that the dogs are friendly towards kids! I have a huge fenced in yard for dogs to run around and play! We also have 3 goats with their own house and fenced in area. Whether you allow your dogs on your furniture is a preference I’d love to learn, we allow them on our furniture as long as it’s something that they already do at home. I know most dogs are on a potty schedule so in order to maintain that I’d want to know how frequently they’re let out. Above all else they’d be spoiled with love and treated like family! Pups that only receive dog walking would be shown the same kind of love as all the other pups despite the small amount of time! I have two children ages 6 & 3 that I have at home with me and I homeschool them. This is my only source of income, so I’m always available to tend to animals that are entrusted to me! Your furry friends would fed according to their normal feeding schedule. We allow our dogs on the couch and our bed, so if that’s something you allow as well (or don’t allow) let me know so we don’t deviate from what you want for them! If they need to be crated at night let me know.
