About: I’ve always been an animal lover, from horses to reptiles! I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, and some of the others throughout. We recently lost our dog to cancer at just shy of 13 years old, and I’m currently volunteering as a dog walker at the animal shelter to help fill that void. With the limited hours available there, I thought we could try this avenue as well. I work full time, but my daughter and I would love to find a dog to walk Wednesday through Friday evenings, or weekends! We are available some weekends for dog/cat care while you’re away as well. We love walking dogs, playing fetch, petting them, and providing lots of love. We enjoy playing with cat toys, and giving them plenty of attention as well.

About: Hi! My name is Jade and I am an avid dog enthusiast and college student. I currently own a 1 year old Australian Shepherd and boy oh boy does he have energy. Before him I had another Aussie (female) who acquired cancer around 7-8years old, because of this I have sadly become very skilled with working with sick/hurting dogs. I also love to train dogs, my current Aussie has a Novice Trick Dog title from AKC and we are working on his intermediate title while learning Conformation skills and Therapy dog skills. I am very patient with the pups and am a big believer in positive reinforcement. My Aussie is registered and I am very good friends with his breeder who is very knowledgeable in this field and is always happy to lend a hand. Currently I have no dogs at home, because I live in Tennessee for college and my Aussie is back with my family in Texas. Thanks for your consideration!! I currently work at a doggy daycare and boarding facility. i work 5 days a week less than 40 hours and i’m taking care of animals when im on and off the clock so it seems fitting to become a sitter and walker:) I live in a home with an unfenced 2 acre yard. we have a runner in case the dog isn’t leash or off leash trained.

About: I have had many different animals my entire life including cats, ferrets, chinchillas, chickens, ducks, hamsters, rabbits… In my 20’s I founded “Not Just Pets, Professional Pet Care”. In my 30’s I founded “Equine Specialist, Care and Training”. I had horses for over 30 years. I trained, showed, pleasure road, belonged to 3 horse clubs and eventually started my own 4-H club. I have bred and trained Boston Terriers and German Shepherds. Currently, I have 4 dogs that I rescued from a SC kill shelter. About: I've had animals since I was a child and have taken care of them all of my adult life. I have personally fostered over 75 dogs through to their adoptions! I'm a trusted caregiver who can handle animals of all sizes, ages, abilities and temperaments! I love getting to know each animal's personality and how to best take care of them! With several dogs and a cat at home, I am always in pet care mode (and know how important it is to find a trusted sitter). Whether it is a drop-in or a boarding situation, I treat each pet like they are my own. (Also, our cat has his own "wing" of our home so he is not interacting with any visiting dogs.) We have two friendly, large dogs, Tennessee & Tucky who have been foster brothers to over 75 dogs of all sizes and ages. About: I have had, rescued, and taken care of a wide variety of dogs from smaller malti-poos to a Dane who had been living on the street, was skin and bones, and ended up 188 lbs. Currently I have Pippa, a 7-year-old Labrador who is allergic to chicken, so I make part of her food. I am home most of the time, except when I host overly-complex board games at the Hickory Library or the Highland Rec Center -- and those sessions are at most 3 hours long. I am home most days, except when I am hosting 3-hour board games at the local library and rec center. Otherwise, I take care of our house and rental properties. I have a large fenced yard -- especially-so since my house sits along North Center Street. I also use carabiners to make sure that gates are locked.

About: I have nearly 10 years of experience with dogs. For the last 4 years I have been running my own business where I breed health tested and titled AKC Labrador Retrievers. All of my dogs live in my home. They are our “kids” and our entire world revolves around them. Prior to this I managed 2 different boarding/daycare/training facilities, one in Wilmington NC and one in Catawba NC. Due to this experience, I have learned so much about dog behavior, training, proper structure within a household and/or pack of dogs, etc. I take pride in how well behaved my own dogs are as well as how they are able to co-exist with all dogs. My entire life revolves around my dogs and any dogs that stay with us. I am home 24/7 with the occasional hour or two of running errands so you wouldn’t have to worry about your pup(s) being left for hours on end. I always make sure your dog(s) energy/training needs are met - mentally and physically. I also (as long as approved by the you/the owner) am happy to allow play time with our dogs under my supervision! We do require your dog(s) to be up to date on parvo and rabies vaccines or titer testing. About: Hello my name is Noah, I’ve taken care of many breeds of dogs and cats all ages for many years. I have dealt with all age groups with a variety of specialized needs from diets to health needs. I not only have my own fur babies but I take care of the dogs and cats at work by walking them, making sure they have food and water, and clean safe place to sleep. I work with kids in a group home and I work a week on a week off so on my weeks off I have open availability. I live in a house with a fenced in backyard. The pets will say in a large room in my home, about 700sq feet. I will care for the pets by making sure they go outside at least three times a day, following the proper feeding schedule and providing lots of pets and cuddles!
About: I have had many different animals my entire life including cats, ferrets, chinchillas, chickens, ducks, hamsters, rabbits… In my 20’s I founded “Not Just Pets, Professional Pet Care”. In my 30’s I founded “Equine Specialist, Care and Training”. I had horses for over 30 years. I trained, showed, pleasure road, belonged to 3 horse clubs and eventually started my own 4-H club. I have bred and trained Boston Terriers and German Shepherds. Currently, I have 4 dogs that I rescued from a SC kill shelter. I have worked with Aly from Coal Mountain and Karen from Arcadia Animal Rescue’s. Both have been amazed by how well adjusted the four dogs have become considering how terrified they were in which no one else would take a chance on. Animals are my passion and greatest friends! I am currently taking an online course to become a Certified Canine Massage Therapist. I work for myself taking care of Seniors and animals. Relocated 04.07.2025 from Maine. I make my own schedule and am flexible to care for your furry family! Every situation can be different. Meeting with the client and their animals is important. I like to know about any vices, medications, vet info, where supplies are at, etc. Taking notes and leaving daily notes for each client keeps communication open and I find is appreciated.
About: I have had pets since I was young. I pet sit for family members and friends regularly. My dog is my child and I treat other's pet the same way. I am currently working a full time job. During the week, I am available after 5pm. On Friday- Sun, I am available any time of the day. I make sure the pets have food and water. I like to walk the pets so they don't have built up energy. I also love to train dogs, my current Aussie has a Novice Trick Dog title from AKC and we are working on his intermediate title while learning Conformation skills and Therapy dog skills. About: I have 2 dogs of my own currently one is 8 and one is 10. I currently work at a doggy daycare and boarding facility. i work 5 days a week less than 40 hours and i’m taking care of animals when im on and off the clock so it seems fitting to become a sitter and walker:) I live in a home with an unfenced 2 acre yard. we have a runner in case the dog isn’t leash or off leash trained.
