Their backyard is perfect for dogs who love to run and play, so my pups got lots of exercise in addition to their walks. I also made the mistake of not packing enough food (our dogs usually don’t eat much when staying with sitters), but they ended up eating every meal. About: I became a dog mom at 19, and have been dog-sitting off and on ever since! While the extra income is always nice, I mainly do it to prevent coming home with a new puppy every week. I treat all the dogs I meet like they're my own and give them as much love as I do to my own babies - an 11 year old Lab mix and 6 year old German Shepherd! They both have loved every dog I've ever had staying at my house. I'm comfortable with all breeds and all ages, and have no problem giving medications if needed. I am available during the daytime for long walks and have a very flexible work schedule, which means a lot of play time for your pup! I’m currently working remote part-time and have the flexibility to choose my own hours, which means I have plenty of spare time during the day to spend with your pup! I treat your pets as if they are my own, giving them the same amount of love and attention if not more! I always make sure they are well cared for and that the client comes home to a clean house and happy pets!
About: I have loved animals my entire life, always love meeting and caring for new animals and I take pride in making the animals around me feel loved, safe, and cared for while their owners are away I currently am working roughly 3 hours daily for 3 days a week and would love taking in animals on a day to day basis I live near a road that doesn’t typically have traffic (major side road in the country), but even still I always make sure to take dogs out on leashes to ensure their safety. I do have cats but they can be put away to ensure your animal doesn’t feel threatened or scared. About: I've had experience in handling and providing care for cats of all temperaments from my own to working with boarding cats at kennels and the SPCA. I am comfortable adminstering medicine through food or using a pill pusher or pill pockets. Growing up one of my cats had issues with her kidneys and I administered her pills with a pusher as it was the only way to reliability know she received her life saving medicine every morning. I have a young cat of my own who is a bit on the spunky side but I love him reguardless of all the sass! At the SPCA I made sure all our cats in the facility were fed and had a clean kennel. I enjoyed free time providing enrichment through play or for the more shy cats sitting quietly and allowing them to come and go as they pleased.

About: January 2025, it was a crisp day with wearing layers of clothing to keep warm. I was on a walk around the neighborhood and saw two little kittens (less than nine months old). The nights were getting colder and I was not going to give up on finding these kittens. I ran into the family who was also feeding them. I took them in, and now they are part of my family. We need to do our due diligence on the stray cats to be fixed (VTNR).

I’m currently between jobs while waiting to begin graduate school in the spring, so I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your pets. Toward the end of August, I’ll begin substitute teaching, but my availability will still remain flexible outside of school hours. Whether your pet needs daytime visits, overnight care, or weekend attention, I’m happy to work with your schedule whenever possible Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my highest priorities. Having worked professionally in multiple doggy daycare facilities, I’m experienced in reading canine body language, preventing conflicts, and responding calmly in stressful situations. As a Dog and Cat CPR certified caregiver, I’m prepared to handle emergencies if they ever arise. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. Growing up I was around breeds such as Labradors, Cocker Spaniels, Chows, German Shepards, Poodles and Lhasa Apsos. The first time I became a dog mom was to Zoe, a Bichon Frise. I lived in Chicago at the time in an apartment so I had to walk her multiple times a day. Bichons also need a lot of maintenance with their fur, so I’m very familiar with grooming methods of that type of breed. After Zoe, I became a dog mom to a Pit Bull/German Shepherd puppy, Garner. I got him when he was 8 weeks old and had him for 13.5 years. I understand the level of care a puppy needs as well as a senior dog. I’m also very familiar with handling large breeds on a leash. I understand how a pet is part of the family and I will show your dog lots of love and affection, just like I would my own. I am available Monday-Friday 8am-2pm then from 6pm-8pm. I’m available 7am-10pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please contact me if you need help outside of those times and I can try to work with you. I’m not able to keep your dog in my home, but I will always make sure your dog is safe in your home. I will always follow your safety protocols.
About: I’ve taken care of every type of animal from cows, bunnies, and chickens to horses, dogs, and cats since I was born, very pet friendly. I’ve even had a chameleon and plenty fish. About: I became a dog mom at 19, and have been dog-sitting off and on ever since! While the extra income is always nice, I mainly do it to prevent coming home with a new puppy every week. I treat all the dogs I meet like they're my own and give them as much love as I do to my own babies - an 11 year old Lab mix and 6 year old German Shepherd! They both have loved every dog I've ever had staying at my house. I'm comfortable with all breeds and all ages, and have no problem giving medications if needed. I am available during the daytime for long walks and have a very flexible work schedule, which means a lot of play time for your pup! I’m currently working remote part-time and have the flexibility to choose my own hours, which means I have plenty of spare time during the day to spend with your pup! I treat your pets as if they are my own, giving them the same amount of love and attention if not more! I always make sure they are well cared for and that the client comes home to a clean house and happy pets!
About: I have loved animals my entire life, always love meeting and caring for new animals and I take pride in making the animals around me feel loved, safe, and cared for while their owners are away I currently am working roughly 3 hours daily for 3 days a week and would love taking in animals on a day to day basis I live near a road that doesn’t typically have traffic (major side road in the country), but even still I always make sure to take dogs out on leashes to ensure their safety. I do have cats but they can be put away to ensure your animal doesn’t feel threatened or scared. I have a safe space with plenty of quiet for your animal to be crated if they are feeling stressed or just need some alone time
