“This was our first time leaving our little Golden doodle with Samantha. I will say, I was a bit intimidated by leaving him with a pit bull there, but upon meeting the pit bull he was the sweetest big dog ever. My worries immediately vanished! There were a couple other dogs there, so that was nice. There was one dog a bit too interested in my little guy, so I didn’t want to leave until he calmed down. Samantha never made me feel rushed to leave or weird. She was super patient and asking me if I wanted the dogs split up, or inside or outside. I really thought that said a lot about the person I was leaving our baby with and I really liked that. I say all that to say, you can’t always control how dogs will interact with each other, but you can control how you react to them and Samantha was very calm, kind and friendly. She never looked overwhelmed or nervous. She was a bit embarrassed I think because of the initial behavior of this other dog she was caring for, but I understood that wasn’t a reflection of her care. We left out little guy there 3 days and she communicated through the day with updates, sent photos and even went the extra step of boiling and egg to mix it with my dogs food since we do that for him at home too. I’m thankful we found someone to watch our guy for when we need it! Highly recommend! 10 out of 10!”

About: I have experience working with animals of all breeds/species. I used to work for a boarding/daycare/grooming facility that was also connected to a vets office. I’m familiar with farm animals, dogs, cats, most small pets, and reptiles. I had my own horse for 17 years. I’ve owned 3 dogs so far of 3 separate weights, so I know how to cater to dogs of different sizes and personalities. We are an animal loving family. No young kids that harm or hurt in any way. Your pets are guaranteed a “spoiled rotten” experience for sure. Schedule We are home most of the time. We let the pups run around and play inside. We prefer inside dogs over outside dogs, but will take the dogs outside many, many times to walk, run, and play. Just I inform us of their home habits of how often they like to go out. Safety, trust & environment- I am highly protective over the dogs well being. Safety and emotionally. We use leashes when walking/running your dog and to let them out to use the bathroom. Dogs are fed at separate locations to ensure no jealousy and fights. Not to mention stolen food and a hungry pup. The dogs we sit for sleep in the master bedroom. We sleep with the door shut. This is to ensure we can always have eyes and ears on your pup. No accidents or trouble to get into. They seem to like having the constant company around them, even if we are asleep, they know they’re not alone.
About: I’ve taken care of my dog and my aunt’s dog since I was nine. I’m twenty now and both of my fur babies are still kicking, barking, and happy. I’ve always loved animals, even helping to rescue some when I was little such as these two baby ducks and other little birdies and frogs too. In school, my teacher had a pet chameleon and turtle and I always was excited to help feed them. I actually started majoring in Biology at first in college to be a veterinarian or zoologist. I have a different path now to help children but I still have a passion for pets and other beautiful creatures of this Earth. I am a college student as mentioned before so my current schedule is MWF and Tues and Thurs to be free after 11:15 am. I do rely on my mother, brother or friends for transportation but they are willing to help snd be available as needed. Please give me a chance and you won’t regret it. :) I make sure the pets first get to know me, smell me, and recognize me to be comfortable with me. Then, I interact with them more by playing with them and giving them rubs and cuddles so they can feel more connected and comfortable. Then, definitely make sure they eat and drink the right food for their health and nourishment. Then, walk them so they can do their business and get exercise and always make sure they have a leash on. Next, make sure they are groomed and cleaned well and freshen up from the outdoors. Then spend more time with them until our fun is over and they are returned with their beloved owners. I will have a whole day well planned and you and your fur babies will appreciate it. :)

They sit on the couches and sleep in my queen size bed. They have the freedom to run the house and the yard. I work from home. I'm always home and enjoy the company of dogs. My dog and I are best friends, so I only leave my house to shop for food and necessities, such as Kevin's homemade dehydrated chicken breast strips (treats)! I have a fenced in yard and a covered deck. My dog goes in and out as much as he wants. He enjoys sitting in the sun or squirrel watching from the deck. Inside the house, dogs are free to run the whole home and nap on the couches or the bed. In my home, dogs are treated better than humans! Fetch is played inside and outside!

We also have a friendly dog park right out back of the house as well in which we take the dogs to frequently and know most of the dogs that go to the park as well. We have 3 stories so the dogs will get plenty of exercise going up and down the stairs as well.

She kept me updated with pictures and messages throughout the weekend, which made it so much easier to enjoy our trip knowing he was in such good hands. O'Malley had a fantastic time and was clearly loved and cared for like one of her own. Kristin was kind, dependable, and communication was excellent from start to finish. At one point, my family had 10 cats at once, which taught me early on how different personalities, medical needs, and stress levels can all exist under one roof. I use to breed Siberian huskies. That is one of the most energetic and mischevious breeds out there. I help with a local rescue in rehoming and donations. I had them for 17 years until they left for doggy heaven October 2024 and February 2025… I am not ready to fully commit again quite yet so decided babysitting and loving on others’ furbabies will help the healing. All three get along with ALL animals, strays, neighbor’s yorkies’, neighbors dogs, etc. We have two acres of yard with a fenced in area that has a dog house, goat house, tree house, etc. which is where he stays. We are an animal loving family. No young kids that harm or hurt in any way. Your pets are guaranteed a “spoiled rotten” experience for sure. Schedule We are home most of the time. We let the pups run around and play inside. We prefer inside dogs over outside dogs, but will take the dogs outside many, many times to walk, run, and play. Just I inform us of their home habits of how often they like to go out. Safety, trust & environment- I am highly protective over the dogs well being. Safety and emotionally. We use leashes when walking/running your dog and to let them out to use the bathroom. Dogs are fed at separate locations to ensure no jealousy and fights. Not to mention stolen food and a hungry pup. The dogs we sit for sleep in the master bedroom. We sleep with the door shut. This is to ensure we can always have eyes and ears on your pup. No accidents or trouble to get into. They seem to like having the constant company around them, even if we are asleep, they know they’re not alone.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats since I was 12. I have raised poultry, had several breeds of birds, lizards, amphibians, and now the proud mama of three mischievous fancy rats. I’m a part-time pet sitter with a full time job that begins at 6pm and ends at 6:15 a.m. I’m on a rotating schedule that gives me every other Fri-Sun off. “This was our first time leaving our little Golden doodle with Samantha. I will say, I was a bit intimidated by leaving him with a pit bull there, but upon meeting the pit bull he was the sweetest big dog ever. My worries immediately vanished! There were a couple other dogs there, so that was nice. There was one dog a bit too interested in my little guy, so I didn’t want to leave until he calmed down. Samantha never made me feel rushed to leave or weird. She was super patient and asking me if I wanted the dogs split up, or inside or outside. I really thought that said a lot about the person I was leaving our baby with and I really liked that. I say all that to say, you can’t always control how dogs will interact with each other, but you can control how you react to them and Samantha was very calm, kind and friendly. She never looked overwhelmed or nervous. She was a bit embarrassed I think because of the initial behavior of this other dog she was caring for, but I understood that wasn’t a reflection of her care. We left out little guy there 3 days and she communicated through the day with updates, sent photos and even went the extra step of boiling and egg to mix it with my dogs food since we do that for him at home too. I’m thankful we found someone to watch our guy for when we need it! Highly recommend! 10 out of 10!”

“Wow!! We are so happy we found Lisa to take care of our lil chonk on our weeklong trip. This is the first time we left Pig with someone who wasn’t a close friend, so we were a little nervous until the meet and greet. At that point I knew that Lisa was someone we could trust. She and her family embraced Pig, and took care of her as if she was one of their own. Pig was socialized with other dogs (a huge bonus for us), and definitely enjoyed herself. She ate regularly which is an incredible feat, as she usually will not eat the first day or so after we’ve left. We will 100% be asking Lisa to watch Pig for any future needs. Lisa is a professional. As a dog lover, it’s easy to see the genuine love she has for all dogs that are entrusted to her care. Highly recommend. Thank you Lisa!”
