“I can't say enough positive things about my and my pup's experience with Brad. 1. Booking/Communication - From the initial booking, Brad was communicative and responsive ensuring that I would feel comfortable even before I dropped my pup off. 2. Drop off - At drop-off, Brad was extremely attentive to understand the unique needs of my pup especially as it pertained to his medication. In my moving around, I forgot to bring something my pup needed. Brad was extremely helpful in getting it resolved so that my pup's stay would be just fine. Additionally, Brad went out of his way to ask how, and what frequency, I wanted to be updated on my pup's stay. 3. Stay - My pup had a fantastic time staying with Brad and having pup siblings at Brad's house. I'm confident of this not only because, true to his word, Brad was not only communicative about what was going on each day (for the entire ~3wk stay), but he also sent pictures and videos with funny notes! I could see that my dog was active not only outside but inside the home, was playing well with the other dogs, and was being loved and snuggled daily. 4. Pick-up - The day of pick-up, my flight was delayed impacting my ability to pick-up my pup on time. Brad was completely understanding and was communicative to ensure that I had no worries. When I arrived to pick up my pup, all of the things I sent with my pup came home in great condition AND Brad sent me home with a treat that he had graciously been giving my pup as well! I could tell my pup was excited to go home but was sad to leave Brad and his new friends! Overall, we will DEFINITELY use Brad again and recommend him to anyone that is looking for someone to treat their pup like family when they have to go away. Thanks again, Brad!”

“Nicole was great with my goldendoodle Kingston. She kept me updated from the time I left, and each day after. She sent me photos of him playing with her two dogs, and a German Shepard that was there one day on a play date. Kingston was well cared for, and judging from the photos he had a ball while there. He was able to run and play in Nicole's hugh backyard,and Kingston also had a dedicated room in her house to nap/sleep. Nicole is a fantasic sitter and I could tell that she loves dogs. We did a meet and greet ahead of time, which was super helpful. She has a wonderful setup! A nice, large, fenced-in yard for them to run around and play. The upper deck is perfect for my pups looking out over the yard and resting in the sun. Rachel is a fantastic communicator sending multiple updates, pics and videos throughout the day. With my permission, the dogs were allowed on the couch and provided lots of cuddles and she even slept in the spare room with them (just like home). About: I've had animals since I was a child and have taken care of them all of my adult life. I have personally fostered over 75 dogs through to their adoptions! I'm a trusted caregiver who can handle animals of all sizes, ages, abilities and temperaments! I love getting to know each animal's personality and how to best take care of them! With several dogs and a cat at home, I am always in pet care mode (and know how important it is to find a trusted sitter). Whether it is a drop-in or a boarding situation, I treat each pet like they are my own. (Also, our cat has his own "wing" of our home so he is not interacting with any visiting dogs.) We have two friendly, large dogs, Tennessee & Tucky who have been foster brothers to over 75 dogs of all sizes and ages. Having fostered so many dogs, I recognize that each animal is unique and I enjoy getting to know their individual personalities and how to best care for them. Whether the animals are in my house or their own, I will follow the owners' instructions and manage expectations so there are as few surprises as possible. About: I was a volunteer rescuer and foster home for several animal rescue organizations, I have cared for elderly animals as well as puppies, I know how to administer medications. I am home most of the time, except when I host overly-complex board games at the Hickory Library or the Highland Rec Center -- and those sessions are at most 3 hours long. Besides my love for dogs, I also have extensive training in emergency training for dogs. I was also a Flight Medic for the military, which included being trained and tasked with caring for injured or sick military working dogs. I will always treat and love them as I would my own. I am a stay at home mom and I don’t go anywhere often, so I have plenty of time to take care of your pets! I typically provide potty breaks every 1-2 hours and will go on walks if requested, as long as it’s not too hot out. I live in a large 2 story house with a fenced in area and is in a quiet neighborhood. I have a 4 year old son and twin 5 year old girls so your pets need to be okay around kids! If going to someone else’s home for drop ins, I will follow all instructions left for me, and take care of your home and pets as I do my own! 🩷
About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. Fur babies have a special place in my heart and I will take the best of care of any kind of fur baby. I currently have a two golden doodles(<1), an Australian Shepard(2), miniature Aussie(12) and a cat(13) I rescued from the humane society. I currently work 3 days a week and attend college. I have a pretty flexible schedule other than the days I work from 9 to 6:30. I am available on those days before 9 and after 6:30. I live in a home with a fenced in yard and three large dogs. The dogs typically spend the day with us but when we aren’t home we put them outside in a kennel.

I am a previous dog owner of 2 amazing pups of my own, Gizeylle (Black Lab & Australian Shepherd 16yrs) and Spike (Rednose Staffordshire Terrier 8yrs) who have both crossed the rainbow bridge. With that being said, spending time with other dogs has been healing and therapeutic for me during my own grieving process. I am experienced in handling dogs of different breeds, temperaments, sizes, AND ages. I will treat your baby like one of mine. ❤️ I have pretty open availability, as I have been laid off, so I have much free time for check-ins, walks, and sitting. Please inquire on the availability needed for your pup. I have a large yard with space for your pup to sunbathe in. My yard is not fenced, so they will need to come with a leash and collar/harness. Please bring your pup’s bed, crate, etc. for their own comfort.
