“Ashley and family were great! If I could give her 10 stars I would. We planned a weekend in Rocky Mount and booked boarding for our dog at a local boarding place. We dropped her off and before we left they let us know she was too anxious and would not be able to tolerate the whole weekend there. We tried one other boarding facility and they had a similar set up so I knew she wouldn't be able to stay there either. I found Ashley on rover and messaged her about booking for the weekend last minute. Our dog is very anxious around other dogs which becomes aggression because she gets so worked up. Ashley was able to keep her for the weekend and keep her separated from their other dogs in the home. I was very relieved to know she was safe and taken care and that the other dogs in the home were safe too. When we arrive Harley went right in with them and was happy when we picked her up! About: I have always had animals in my home growing up. Currently I own 4 cats but have had small rodents such as hamsters and guinea pigs as well. I worked in pet care for Petsmart and worked there for 2 and a half years before beginning my teaching career. As someone who has had rodents and taken care of reptiles at Petsmart, don’t hesitate to contact me if you have exotics! I have taken care of and watched my parents animals which consisted of 6 cats, one had to have insulin twice a day. I’ve given different animals medications and am confident I can watch your fur babies! I look forward to hearing from you! About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of every kind since I was young Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed play watch their pets Ask me I’m free most days and will update my calendar during times I’m unavailable but sometimes I am up for more so you can send the request and ask still I get along well with all types of dog&cats I love to play with them feed them walk go to the dog park etc just ask me anything you need to know I am available most days. About: I’ve absolutely loved dogs for as long as I can remember. From the moment I understood what a dog was, I felt a deep connection to them. Although I’ve never had a dog of my own due to the cost, that never stopped me from caring for them. Growing up, I would look after neighborhood strays—making sure they had food, water, and plenty of attention. I’d play with them and treat them like family. Many of my friends and neighbors have dogs of all sizes, and each one brightens my day with their barks, wagging tails, unique personalities, and joyful energy. I truly love them all, big and small, and I promise to care for your dog with the same kindness—keeping them safe, happy, and well cared for until you return. 🐾 I’m a college student with an open schedule! I am open to making time for your 4 legged family member. So don’t be afraid to ask. I would care for them in their home by letting them be themselves. No place is off limits (unless specified by you) if it makes your fur baby happy.

From the start, they made me feel completely at ease — constantly sending texts and pictures so I knew Presley was happy and loved. Scott and his family treated her like their own and made my trip home so stress-free because I knew she was in the best hands. They were incredibly flexible, easy to communicate with, and truly cared about making sure Presley felt comfortable and loved throughout her entire stay. “Ashley and family were great! If I could give her 10 stars I would. We planned a weekend in Rocky Mount and booked boarding for our dog at a local boarding place. We dropped her off and before we left they let us know she was too anxious and would not be able to tolerate the whole weekend there. We tried one other boarding facility and they had a similar set up so I knew she wouldn't be able to stay there either. I found Ashley on rover and messaged her about booking for the weekend last minute. Our dog is very anxious around other dogs which becomes aggression because she gets so worked up. Ashley was able to keep her for the weekend and keep her separated from their other dogs in the home. I was very relieved to know she was safe and taken care and that the other dogs in the home were safe too. When we arrive Harley went right in with them and was happy when we picked her up! They were very understanding and accommodated us so we did not have to cancel our trip last minute. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I will definitely be booking with Ashley any time we are in the area.”

“Judy watched Bennie for a long weekend while I was out of town and this being the first time I’ve left him with someone for that long, I was nervous. But Judy was incredibly sweet and so was her puppy. Bennie was well taken care of and I got lots of pictures. She has a very nice fenced in yard and lets the dogs come and go as they please. I will definitely be using Judy again!”
