“Marcia was so sweet and so easy to work with! Every time I got pictures of my doggies they always looked like they were having a blast! Definitely recommend over a traditional boarding facility.”

“ERIC Always provides a safe, fun and dog friendly space for my highly Anxious dog. He let's her snuggle up to feel safe and gives her plenty of space to run around and play with other dogs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM..I drive 20.miles just to use his boarding service.”

“Our 3 labs stayed with John, his wife and their pets for 5 days while we traveled out of state for a family function. This was the first time using Rover & we couldn't be more pleased. The confidentiality within the site was appreciated but the personality of John B stood out initially and then throughout our pups stay. Pictures, text updates and great information shared everyday was comforting and very thoughtful. My husband, pups and myself recommend both Rover and John B. :)”

“Lauren and her wonderful family are the very best sitters and genuinely love dogs. This is Ollie's second time visiting, and I know he's happy and loved; he always has a blast playing with Lauren's dog, Milo. Thank you!”

“We love Maria and Matt! Our dog, Max has stayed with them twice and it is always great! Max comes home very happy and there is always lots of communication.”

“I would definitely recommend Megaan for anyone and their fur babies. Meagan‘s communication was top-tier and she provided us with a picture of our boy every day. We felt extremely safe leaving him with her. Meagan was very attentive to any instructions that we left. We definitely plan to rebook with her in the future.”

“Morgan did an awesome job taking care of our puppies! Kept me updated daily on how things were going and sent pictures. Most definitely will use her again and refer her to any friends in search of a sitter. Thank you Morgan!”

“Jenn was great! It’s reassuring to know that your pets are in good hands when you’re away. Jenn took excellent care of my dog, during her stay Jenn had great communication and provided updates and photos. I definitely plan to re book for my future vacations!”

“Ricardo and his family took great care of our fur babies and they're wonderful people. This was one of our dogs 2nd time with Ricardo so she remembered him and had no issues warming up. I was so nervous leaving my 14 year old Yorkie that is hard of hearing and has arthritis pretty bad. He does best being cared for at our home but Hurley did so good there. We will definitely be back!”

“Highly recommend Ben and Shannon! This is such a nice family. We felt so comfortable leaving our two dogs and could tell they were in great hands. They kept us updated the entire stay and took great care of our two babies. They made sure to send us pictures the whole stay which included adorable photos of their kids walking our dogs and cuddling with them. They really treated them like family. Our dogs were in the best care there and so loved! My husband and I kept joking that they may not want to come home haha. We will defintely book again!”

“Wendy was awesome taking care of our pup on short notice! She was very accommodating to our schedule and made logistics easy. It was clear Ollie felt right at home. Highly recommend!”

“Amanda was great! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She kept me updated to include pics of the dogs did so well with her. It set my mind at ease and was able to enjoy my short time away from home.”

“Boarded my cats with Sherry, and am really happy with the experience! I was nervous initially since I wasn’t sure how it would go with dogs at the residence, but she had that covered! Sections of the house are gated off, so my cats had their own space. I also appreciated her updating me with daily photos. If I need to board again I’d definitely do it through Sherry again!”

“Theresa & Phil we’re so great with my dog Kailo! We were on a weekend getaway in the outer banks and they were quick to say yes when we requested a booking! They welcomed us into their home to make sure all of the dogs got along well and took Kailo in as one of their own! They have a huge backyard and three wonderful dogs. Theresa sent pictures and updates all weekend. Kailo was having trouble eating and she gave him some of her own dog food to eat. They even sent us home with some extra food and treats! I would 100% recommend sending your fur baby to them to take care of! They were amazing ?”

“Leslie was amazing! Our dogs are generally not good around strangers or other dogs so it becomes very difficult to find a dog boarder. Leslie's exceptional experience with dogs kept them right at home at her place. I was hesitant because she has a young daughter but she insisted that they became best friends. Her love and care towards animals showed and I would trust her over and over again to take care of my fur children. Thanks Leslie!”

“Hailey was able to watch my lil chunky boy on short notice and did the absolute most to show me that she was being well cared for as I was out to sea for work! BOOK WITH HER SHES AMAZING. Another perk when I got home he smelled of sweet vanilla and I was obsessed”

“Baxter had a great visit and Melanie & Addison kept us updated on his stay. Baxter would definitely go back for daycare or overnight visit. I would recommend them to all of Baxter's friends.”

“This was my first time using Rover, and it was a wonderful experience! My dog is 12 years old and blind, so at first I was anxious about leaving her under someone else’s care. Jiyali made me feel very comfortable with her listed experience and asking the right questions before dropping her off to make sure she would be comfortable and happy during her stay. She sent frequent updates, and in every photo and video my dog looked so happy to be there! The process was very convenient, and both me and my dog were comfortable with the care she provided and will definitely request her again. I’m grateful to have found someone that could ease my anxiety and make the experience wonderful. Thank you so much for everything!”

“Cassandra and Tradd are the absolute best! Hazel has such a great time with them! Our mind is at ease knowing that the level of care is simply exceptional!”

“Sarah was absolutely amazing! She followed every instruction I left, respected my home, and truly went above and beyond. She brought her own toys to keep my cats entertained, which I really appreciated, and she kept me updated with excellent communication throughout the entire booking. I loved receiving the many pictures she sent because they gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that she genuinely cared for my pets and treated them like her own. I came home to happy cats, and everything was exactly as I had left it. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. I will definitely be booking with Sarah again, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable, thoughtful, and caring!”

“Alyssa was great with our guinea pig, he’s super shy and anxious but she took the time to sit for a bit talking to him so he got used to her. She did all the tasks he needs and his cage was in great shape when we got home. Her visit cards were detailed with cute pictures (tricky with a shy guy!) We loved having a daily look at his cute face on our trip.”

“Taylor was awesome!!! She left great messages about our cat, Brandi, while we were gone. She was so attentive to Brandi’s needs and super communicative with us while we are out of town for a week and a half. We will definitely be using Taylor again for pet sitting! Thanks again Taylor!”

About: I have hands-on experience caring for cats of all ages, temperaments, and needs—from playful kittens to senior cats that require extra patience and attention. I understand that cats thrive on routine and a calm environment, so I focus on creating a stress-free experience while you’re away. During each visit, I ensure your cat is fed on schedule, litter boxes are kept clean, and they receive the right balance of attention—whether that’s playtime, affection, or simply quiet companionship. I’m comfortable administering basic medications, monitoring behavior changes, and providing updates so you always know how your cat is doing. Cleanliness, reliability, and clear communication are my top priorities. My goal is simple: ➡️ Keep your cat comfortable ➡️ Keep your home clean ➡️ Give you total peace of mind while you’re away

“Morgan was great! She helped us out really last minute and over a Holiday weekend. Could not have been more thankful for that. Our cat Bug definitely enjoyed her company! We loved the regular check ins and photos. Would absolutely recommend!”

“Mrs. Rose and family took great care of our little Shirley. We feel very confident and comfortable with them. Our kitten was also comfortable. I believe she really enjoyed herself. We even received pictures as to how she was doing. It really put us at ease.”

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs since the age of nine. My son is 13 and a very big care lover. We have two cats, 8 & 5, and a medium sized dog. We also have a spare bedroom for animals that need time alone away from all the unfamiliarity. Your pet will have free range of the house (if comfortable) which features two large automatic litter boxes, 6ft scratching post with smaller scratching posts throughout the home, enrichment toys, beds, backyard views with plenty of wildlife to watch and two filtered water fountains available throughout the day. Both cats are on a feeding schedule, so your baby will also have to be on a schedule as well, I will work with you to figure out what times work best! All pets are vaccinated and spayed with regular checkups ups. Our dog is crate trained and does not wander the home without supervision. We will treat your baby like family and make any accommodations they will need to feel comfortable.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs for 20+ years. I would love to take care of your fur babies! I am pretty fit and walk a lot so I would be able to walk your furry friend around! I look forward to meeting you soon! Pet care and home care fits in with me and my daily routine perfectly I have been housesitting and pet sitting and love doing it. I work from home and would be able to take care of your home and your pets on short notice. I have a big yard and live in a very nice neighborhood where I can walk your dogs. I’m also very responsible and can come to your home as well.
About: I’ve had dogs in my home my entire life and have always been an animal lover ever since I was a child! A fun little backstory about me...most teenagers get jobs to have money to go to the mall or whatever it is that they want to do, well my goal was to save up all the money I made and get my own puppy. That was one of the best things I ever did, I had her for 16 years. Other than having dogs all my life, I also have kennel technician and veterinary assistant experience. Before I moved back to North Carolina, I was working the front desk at a non profit animal hospital. I feel that I am a very genuine and good hearted person. I am willing to walk/jog/run/play fetch, honestly, I will do pretty much anything to make them happy while you’re away and would love to build a relationship with your fur baby!! I’m a stay at home mom, so my schedule is pretty open every day!♥️. It’s just my 4 year old and I until about 4pm Monday-Friday, so as long as your fur baby is good with kids anytime from early morning until then works! After 4 I have open availability without him (incase your baby isn’t good with kids). My weekends are generally 100% open so I’d love to help in any way that I can! Hope to hear from you!! 🤗 I can care for your pet(s) in my home or yours. Whichever you prefer. I promise I will always make sure that they feel comfortable, loved, and happy.

About: As a cat owner myself, I understand how important it is to know your pet is in caring, trustworthy hands while you're away. I have firsthand experience caring for my own cat and know that every cat has a unique personality, routine, and comfort level. Whether your cat loves attention or prefers their own space, I'll respect their needs and make sure they feel safe and comfortable.
About: All my life I've had all kinds of animals. And all my life there has always been at least a dog or more of all sizes in my household. I am a stay at home mom so being there for you pet is like a walk in the park (or literally). You know your pup is in good hands 😁 I have plenty of references that can reassure you I am a big animal person. I loved volunteering when I was a teenager and almost became a vet but chose the art lifestyle until the mom lifestyle choose me.

About: Cats thrive on routine, and that's exactly what I provide. I'm attentive to the little details—keeping litter boxes clean, fresh water available, feeding on schedule, and making sure your cat's favorite routines stay as normal as possible while you're away. Whether your cat is a social cuddle bug or prefers their space, I'm happy to let them set the pace. I have experience caring for single cats, multi-cat households, and senior cats, and I'm comfortable giving oral medications or following special feeding instructions when needed. Because I work remotely, I'm home much of the day, so your cat gets companionship, playtime, and a calm presence instead of an empty house. My goal is simple: keep your cat comfortable, your home tidy, and give you peace of mind while you're away.
“The best! Tatum is so kind and sweet with Cooper. She plays so much with him he’s always worn out by the time she leaves. He adores her and definitely keeping her as my walker for a while! Very trustworthy and wouldn’t want another walker.”

“This was Juno's first time staying with people she didn't know, but the kids were great with her. I think it was good enrichment for her to hang out with little kids as she seems to be in high spirits now after her "daycare" experience. Received cute photos and updates. I am glad to have reliable sitters nearby and will feel perfectly at ease leaving her with Eric's family again.”

“We are so appreciative of Ricardo and his family opening up their home for our dogs. Taking it slow and making sure they have a good time while we are getting settled into our new house. We get pictures and updates throughout the day and our dogs are so excited to get there to spend the day. Very grateful to have found them nearby to us.”

“I'm basing this review on my limited experience with hiring dog walkers. This is my first time using this app or any dog walker services for that matter. I was amazed how easy it was to sign up and find a qualified dog walker under such short notice. I was worried my dog's stature and puppy manners would be intimidating, but was worried for nothing. The walker, Renee, handled him really well and passed in flying colors. Will use this service and walker again in the future if the need arises again.”

About: I have grown up around dogs my entire life. I have experience with all ages and senior care, as my childhood dog is now 13, and I frequently pet sit and care for her. I have taken care of family and friends dogs as well, from the ages of puppies all the way to senior. With always being around various breeds, sizes, and temperaments, I have learned many things throughout the years. I have experience walking reactive and nonreactive dogs. As well as, bathing, playtime, potty breaks on and off leash, and, of course, giving lots of love and snuggles! I also have experience giving pills if needed. I would love to help with any needs you and your babies may have! I am currently free almost any day and time during the week. I am an ultrasound technician, and I am taking a break from working full time. I stay home and care for our home, and get to love on my doggy in the meantime. I have lots of availability to help out anyone who is looking for a caring person who will give their baby lots of love, and care for their unique needs. My dog Chili is a two year old rescue who was previously abused and became a stray. We had to help her overcome her anxiety through trust and training. We trained her to walk and potty on a leash, crate training, dog and people socialization, commands, and to be off leash. I have learned lots of patience and training skills to help her become comfortable with us and others. Now she is my little velcro dog and protector haha! I have learned throughout the years to always earn a dog’s trust to help ease any anxiety when meeting them. Boundaries are very important to me as well. If any are stated to me, they will be upheld. I appreciate those that listen to mine, so I will always listen to others.

About: We have so many pets, I’m sure I can share my love to your pets! I love playing with dogs and cats and being able to help out wherever I’m needed! I am currently a professional dancer but I have a very flexible schedule! Happy to help out whenever is convenient for you and your schedule. I have no problem cleaning litter boxes, cleaning up animal pee and poop (should they have an accident in the house), and I love going on walks. I also love being able to love on those sweet faces.
About: I have been taking car of all kinds of dogs for years. I've watched dogs from Labrador puppies to senior German Shepards. I've owned dogs my whole life and I've always had a special bond with them. Dogs usually gravitate towards me because I am a very fun and light hearted person. My friends often refer to me as a Disney princess because of how I am with animals. I belive all animals need love and respect and I always do my best to make them feel safe and loved. I am a nanny for a mother of three during the day but I am usually only needed two or three days a week so my weekends are completely free. Even days when I watch my kids I am off by 3pm and can spend evenings with the pets. I have several dogs of my own so my house is fully equipped with w fenced in yard and my house is pet safe. In regards to a clients home I would of course check what the client has in place but as a pet owner I am also aware pets can be sneaky and love to get into mischief. I am always checking on clients pets making sure they are safe and not getting into things they shouldn't. I am also certified in pet cpr and massage therapy incase a pet does get into distress or if they need some other help with pain. Over all my priority is always the health and safety of my client beloved pets.

“Alyssa was flexible with our crazy Navy scheduling and constantly sent funny/cute pictures of our pup while she let him out around lunch. Would highly recommend!! She will love your pup as much as you do!!”

About: I have taken care of both dogs and cats of all ages since the age of nine. My son is 13 and a very big cat lover! We have two cats Everest(8) and Harley(5), and one dog Layla(1). Our home features two large automatic litter boxes, one 5ft scratching post with other small ones throughout the home, enrichment toys, beds, pet blankets, and two filtered water fountains available 24 hours a day. Both cats are on feeding schedules, so your baby will also need to be on a schedule- we can discuss what times work best for your pet! Layla is crate trained and does not free roam without supervision. We also have a spare bedroom for pets that need some time to adjust or need more space away from all the uncertainties of a new home. We will treat your baby like our own and accommodate, so they can feel at ease! I work 4-5 days a week, 5-6 hour days. My schedule can be altered as needed because my pets are just as important as any other family member. My pets are very well cared for and prioritized just as any living being should be. They are treated with kindness and care with regular checkups and special care catered to their individual personalities.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I've cared for both dogs and cats since I was a kid. Even though I'm new to professional pet sitting, I have plenty of experience caring for my own beloved pets and ensuring they are happy, healthy, and loved. I'm reliable, patient, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I have a flexible schedule and am available throughout the day, seven days a week. This allows me to accommodate a variety of feeding schedules, drop-in visits, playtime, medication needs, and overnight care if needed. I provide care exclusively in my clients' homes so pets can remain in the environment where they feel most comfortable. I take the time to follow each pet's established routine, including feeding schedules, fresh water, litter box maintenance, playtime, exercise, medication (if needed), and plenty of affection based on their individual personality and comfort level.

“Wendy was awesome taking care of our pup on short notice! She was very accommodating to our schedule and made logistics easy. It was clear Ollie felt right at home. Highly recommend!”

“Emmy had a fantastic stay with Dalton and his family! Dalton was very detailed and asked plenty of questions prior to the stay to make sure he knew how to take care of Emmy and there wasn’t anything he was missing. I had complete trust that Emmy was in good hands and I would rebook in a heartbeat.”

“Dane and Amber are incredible hosts! Our dogs had an amazing time with them — it’s clear they were well cared for and had lots of fun. They’re professional, reliable, and truly passionate about what they do. You can absolutely trust them with your pets. We’re so grateful to have found such a great Rover family!”

“Had a delay with our flight picking her up and Stacy was able to accommodate kiya for another night! Sent pictures and had other dogs for her to play with. I know my puppy had an amazing time and Stacy was truly amazing. Will be booking again!”

“Gail was great with my dog Luna. She went above and beyond ensuring that Luna got her medicine on time and sent pictures throughout the day for peace of mind. Gail, I hope you’ll have us again in the future if Luna needs another sitter. Thank you for everything!”

“"I had a wonderful experience with June as my pet sitter! Casper had an amazing time during his stay. She was so attentive and caring, and it was clear that he really enjoyed spending time with them. The dogs and cat were great company for him, and I loved hearing how well they all got along. June went above and beyond to make sure he felt comfortable and loved. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and kind pet sitter. Casper can’t wait for his next stay!"”

“Michelle was an absolute dream sitter! Communication, updates and pictures were so consistent and brightened my day! She kept me posted on my pups health and all of his fun activities! He is often overwhelmed by other pups but her Zoey was so wonderful to hang out and play with my max. I could see how happy he was with Michelle and how well he was loved and cared for. 1000% recommend to everyone! I couldn’t ask for any better!!”
