“I can't say enough positive things about my and my pup's experience with Brad. 1. Booking/Communication - From the initial booking, Brad was communicative and responsive ensuring that I would feel comfortable even before I dropped my pup off. 2. Drop off - At drop-off, Brad was extremely attentive to understand the unique needs of my pup especially as it pertained to his medication. In my moving around, I forgot to bring something my pup needed. Brad was extremely helpful in getting it resolved so that my pup's stay would be just fine. Additionally, Brad went out of his way to ask how, and what frequency, I wanted to be updated on my pup's stay. 3. Stay - My pup had a fantastic time staying with Brad and having pup siblings at Brad's house. I'm confident of this not only because, true to his word, Brad was not only communicative about what was going on each day (for the entire ~3wk stay), but he also sent pictures and videos with funny notes! I could see that my dog was active not only outside but inside the home, was playing well with the other dogs, and was being loved and snuggled daily. 4. Pick-up - The day of pick-up, my flight was delayed impacting my ability to pick-up my pup on time. Brad was completely understanding and was communicative to ensure that I had no worries. When I arrived to pick up my pup, all of the things I sent with my pup came home in great condition AND Brad sent me home with a treat that he had graciously been giving my pup as well! I could tell my pup was excited to go home but was sad to leave Brad and his new friends! Overall, we will DEFINITELY use Brad again and recommend him to anyone that is looking for someone to treat their pup like family when they have to go away. Thanks again, Brad!”

“Isabella is an absolute angel! I had just moved across the country and had no friends or family nearby when an unexpected urgent family emergency occurred requiring me to find my sweet Rue a sitter. Isabella was so incredibly kind and thoughtful. She really took care of my pup, so that I could focus on taking care of my human family. I cannot thank her enough. I received multiple daily updates including photos. Isabella responds very quickly and She is extremely easy to communicate and work with. She is honest and transparent. I feel Rue was very well taken care of. I was impressed when Isabella had to step away from the home for a couple hours and she took the time to check up on Rue via home cameras. I have already booked Rue’s next stay with Isabella!”

“We left our very anxious dog, Judo, with Sarah and Erik for 2 weeks while we went out of state for our wedding. She can really struggle with new people and men, but she warmed up well (it took a few days but that’s just Judo)! I got many updates, pictures, and videos all showing me that Judo was having a good time. I could not have picked anyone better to watch her. She got along great with their dog, Rosie, who was happy to play or just hang out! I would absolutely have Judo stay with them again.”

About: We’ve both been around dogs our entire lives, and caring for them has always been a natural part of our home. We’ve also fostered dogs, which gave us experience welcoming dogs with different personalities, routines, energy levels, and comfort needs into our family. We currently share our home with Winston, our friendly French Bulldog, who loves having new friends around! We understand that every dog is different, so we take the time to learn your pup’s normal routine, personality, feeding schedule, favorite activities, and what helps them feel most comfortable. We’re comfortable caring for puppies, adult dogs, and seniors, including dogs who need medication or a little extra patience and attention. Whether your dog loves playing in the yard, going for a walk, curling up on the couch, or simply being close to people, we want their stay to feel as much like home as possible. Most importantly, we know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else. We’ll treat your pup like part of our family and keep you updated with plenty of photos so you can relax knowing they’re safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into our everyday routine! Between the two of us, we have flexibility in our schedules that allows us to give our four-legged guests plenty of attention throughout the day. Our days already revolve around our own dog, Winston, so potty breaks, backyard time, playtime, meals, and lots of attention are part of our normal routine. We have a fenced-in backyard that makes it easy for the dogs to get outside frequently throughout the day, whether they want to play, explore, or just enjoy some fresh air. When your dog stays with us, we’ll do our best to keep them on the routine they’re used to at home—including feeding times, medications, bedtime routines, walks, and any special instructions you provide. We want their stay with us to feel like part of their normal life, just with a few new friends and a little extra spoiling! Your dog’s safety and comfort are always our top priorities. We have a fully fenced backyard where dogs can enjoy plenty of supervised outdoor time, and we never leave guest dogs outside unattended. We take introductions with our dog, Winston, slowly and supervise interactions so everyone has time to get comfortable with one another. We understand that not every dog wants to play or be social all the time, so we’re happy to provide separate spaces when someone needs a little quiet time to relax and decompress. We also have crates available if your dog is crate-trained and feels most comfortable having their own familiar space. Inside our home, dogs are treated like part of the family. They’re welcome to relax with us, play, snuggle, and settle in just like they would at home. We follow each owner’s instructions closely when it comes to feeding, medications, potty schedules, walks, sleeping arrangements, and household rules so we can keep your dog’s routine as familiar as possible. We also believe trust means keeping you in the loop. You can expect regular updates and plenty of photos during your dog’s stay, and we’ll always reach out if we have a question or notice anything unusual. Our goal is for you to feel just as comfortable with your dog staying here as your pup feels being here.

“Brianna was an excellent cat sitter! I have a former feral cat and wasn’t sure she would warm up to a sitter, but she let Brianna pet her on day one! Which is huge. It was a great relief to know my girl was in good hands while I was traveling abroad. I would use her to care for my cat again in a heartbeat.”

“Jessica was amazing when we thought my cat had been locked in the bathroom on accident. She went back late at night to make sure he was not since we couldn’t see him on the camera. She always takes excellent care of him.”

“Jessie is awesome!! We were antsy leaving our Barney but Jessie set us at ease right from our meet & greet. Barney is a pretty social chill cat and met Jessie in the same place every visit. We highly recommend Jessie and will definitely be a repeat client.”

“Rhea loves Lindsay already! She gets so excited when she arrives and she ensures that Rhea gets a good amount of play time outside which I really appreciate. Especially given her high energy. Very lucky to have her!”

About: Growing up with a farming family, I always wanted a dog, but dogs were not allowed in the house as pets. So 4 hamsters, a chinchilla, and countless fish later, I decided to volunteer at my local shelter to be around dogs all day, and 3 years ago I finally adopted my first! She was a nervous wreck in the beginning, but with lots of love and patience, she's morphed into the neighborhood sweetheart. I look forward to extending that same love and patience to your furbabies as well! I currently freelance remotely so I'm home often with a flexible, yet ever-changing schedule. That said, I'm available for one-time or pre-scheduled recurring visits on weekdays. I live in a safe neighborhood with a dog park. However, I do not currently offer dog sitting in my home. But I am highly organized and clean, so I will treat your home with the same respect that I would my own. My car is also equipped with dog seat belts and blankets for trips to the park if requested.

“My Husky is so loved and well taken care of with Jennifer and Matthew. I work long days, and can trust that she's gotten all her zoomies out and is super happy when I pick her up. That's a huge relief for me knowing she gets her needs met while I'm working.”

“I had a work trip and booked last minute. Isabella graciously accepted my booking. She made everything so smooth. Willing to work with my work schedule and deal with a 12-week-old puppy along with her regular bookings. Very pleasant, highly recommend!!”

About: Growing up, my family always had dogs. Once our children started playing high school and college sports, we became too busy to have a dog of our own. For the past several years, we have taken family and friends dogs for long weekends, week-long stays...whatever we could do to get our "dog fix". It was a win for us and a win for our family and friends. My wife and I take lots of walks in the Charlotte area and we always love to stop and pet friendly dogs! I work remotely from our house, and would love to have some company while my wife is at work. And, it would be a great excuse to get up and go for a walk a few times a day. Your dog would get lots of attention and love while they are here. I could also stop by your house to let your dog out and go for a walk. Really do love dogs and miss having one around. We would be doing each other a favor!
“Thank you so much for taking care of Elvis today. I can tell he really enjoyed spending time with Enzo. You were so kind and patient with him, and I truly appreciate it. I’ll definitely be bringing Elvis back to you again.”

“Vanessa was amazing. She took my dog when I was in a last minute pinch. She made sure to meet up first to see that our dogs would get along. She checked if there was anything Lucy needed to attend to her special needs. Lucy came home happy and well exercised.”

I have two sweet dogs I’m on a routine always, I currently do nails but that’s as a side job since I’m still in school online and It’s whatever hours i can log in I do have a fenced yard and also there’s a dog park at my house that me and my two fur baby’s love going outside to play and they will keep your fur baby company for sure they are the sweetest.
“Absolutely wonderful. We needed someplace to keep our boys while we went to the Whitewater Center. Daisy's place was just down the street and mad everything so easy. Great communication, flexibility, and took great pictures. 10/10”

“Katie has always done a wonderful job taking care of Nym! Her dog Winston and Nym love playing with each other and I look forward to giving them many more play dates in the future.”

About: What sets me apart is my ability to take pet care seriously without taking myself too seriously. I’m patient, observant, calm, and respectful of routines. I’m especially great with independent pets, seniors, shy animals, and anyone who needs a gentle, steady presence rather than chaos. I’m naturally nurturing, detail-oriented, and calm. I believe animals deserve consistency, patience, and kindness. I’m the type of person who talks to pets like they understand (because… they do), celebrates small wins like a voluntary cuddle, and never rushes trust. I take pride in being reliable, warm, and easy to work with. Pet care fits easily into my daily and weekly routine. I plan my schedule intentionally, allowing time for feedings, check-ins, play, and quiet companionship. I’m consistent, punctual, and flexible, and I never treat pet care like an afterthought. Its something I genuinely enjoy and prioritize. I treat every home and pet with respect and care. I follow instructions closely, double-check doors and routines, and keep environments calm and secure. I prioritize cleanliness, safety, and your pet’s comfort at all times. Trust matters to me! Both yours and your pet’s and I work to earn it every visit.
About: Hi! My husband and I are both hybrid workers, so we’re home often and have flexible schedules that allow us to spend quality time with the dogs we watch. We live in a two-story home with no kids or pets of our own, which means your dog will have a calm, quiet environment with plenty of space to play and relax. Since there aren’t other animals or distractions, we’re able to give your dog our full attention, lots of love, and care tailored just to them. My experience with dogs goes back to when I was 3 years old, and had my first family dog that I grew up with like a sibling! From that moment, I always treated dogs as part of the family. I rescued my second dog while I was in college from a shelter, and I also spent many years pet sitting for my neighbors, which was truly a dream job because I got to spend all day long playing with dogs. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and understand the extra patience, gentleness, and routine they often need—whether it's administering medications, helping them up stairs, or just giving them a peaceful spot to nap. We work full-time, but have hybrid schedules where we work from home most of the week. We make sure to rotate our in office days so one of us is always home. We are able to provide potty breaks every hour! For exercise, our neighborhood is suitable for long walks. We also have a yard where we can play with your dog, as well as several nearby trails.
About: I’ve taken care of many dogs since I can remember. Many neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me to look after their lovely pets! I will adore them as if they were my own! I work a job that is remote throughout the week and I do find myself having a lot of extra time because of that. I have a pretty open schedule during the weekends so I’m very flexible and I’m willing to stay at your house or bring them over to interact with my own pet. I do have a fur baby of my own who is super friendly and loves everyone and anyone that will pay attention to him. “
About: Family relies on me to care for their pats. Cats and dogs. I’ve been dog sitting for the past ten years and have a dog of my own. I am currently working full time, most of my days are work from home. Your pet will get the love and care they deserve. I have a huge yard and love walking around the neighborhood. I have a fenced yard and a fur baby of my own. I love to still take the dogs on walks. I live in a ranch style home which is great if you have an older dog like mine!
About: I have had all sorts of animals growing up. I have never not had an animal in my household whether it was my parents, or my own. I absolutely adore all sorts of animals and always enjoy any time I get to spend with them. I have experience with both small and large dogs as well as senior care for dogs and cats. I also love all kinds of rodents and birds! In that category, I have had hamsters, bunnies, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, mice, (friends with ferrets), and parakeets so I am experienced with all of those animals as well! Safety is very important to me. I have previously nannied for several families who all had at least one dog (sometimes more than one dog and/or a cat(s)) so I have experience with caring for pets in a client’s home on a daily basis. If you have a fenced in yard, I will always make sure that the gate it closed prior to letting your dog outside. If your dog needs to be outside on a leash, I will always make sure that their collar or harness is secure on their body along with their leash before taking your dog outside. I personally have four cats who are strictly indoor cats only but like to try to sneak out. If you also have a pet that is not allowed outdoors, I will always be careful when entering or leaving the home to make sure that the said animal does not get out. I will also always follow any set routines and/or schedules that you have for your pet. If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out! I am a special education teacher, so I am now off for the summer. I have a lot of availability, but I will usually need some notice! Message me if you have any questions! “Josh is fabulous with Maggie May. She is a fear-aggressive dog, and it takes her a while to warm up to new people. Josh was patient with her during our first meeting, showed calm energy, and she was happy to go with him on his next visit. He has walked her several times, and she is enjoying her time with him (as her Rover cards show). I'm very grateful to Josh for his approach to working with Maggie and his flexibility in accommodating us and our schedule.”

“Natalia has been great with our two dogs! They are normally pretty anxious but have warmed right up to her!! She is on time, communicates well, and takes cute pictures of the boys :) We will definitely continue using her for future visits!”

“Taylor was an absolute life saver. She was able to take us on last minute since I had to work all weekend and took excellent care of my doodles. She communicated constantly and looked for feedback. I got lots of pictures of my sweet babies and she made sure that all was well. I will definitely be using her again for help with my doods.”

About: I have had multiple pets my entire life including 2 dogs, a total of 5 guinea pigs, 2 bunnies and 6 cats. I have experience pet sitting for friends and neighbors for many years. I also worked at a petting farm for many years where I took care of ponies, goats, sheep and other farm animals. I work remotely so I am very flexible and can accommodate many different days, weird hours or quick adds or drops. I also have experience working with dogs that have been abused by previous owners and the complications that can come with that such as depression, reactivity, and health problems. I also have thoroughly enjoyed training my family's dogs (with positive reinforcement and a lot of patience!) and look forward to training my own someday. I can't wait to meet you and your pups! I’m currently a remote worker with lots of daytime flexibility, perfect for dropping in on pups, going for midday walks and giving overnight stays the attention they need! I live in downtown Belmont, a fantastic neighborhood filled with pet parents. When there is a pet in my home, I make sure that they have plenty of room to explore, rest and play. I personally allow pets on my furniture like the bed and couch but of course if you express that that is not allowed for your pet I will make sure they have sufficient rest space/equipment around the house. I check on the water frequently throughout the day and have a filtered water fountain for smaller dogs and cats. I happily follow any feeding guidelines a pet owner may have and do not give them other food or treats without express permission. I also have an XL and medium size crate as well as a puppy pen available if desired.
“We have nothing but amazing things to say about Amber and the way she took care of our two dogs! We left for a week and she walked them 3 times a day for us—from the first walk we could tell we were going to be able to rest easy with them in her care. She treated them like her own and sent updates/photos every time! We know they loved their time with her and we will definitely be booking again next time we leave town.”

About: I've owned 3 dogs throughout the years and I've always petsat for friends and family since I was a young teenager. I am also a former employee of Happy Dog Daycare and Spa for 3 years. I have kept some clients from my time at Happy Dog and still petsit for them, my friends and family regularly. Typically every other week or a few times a month. I have a collection of dog toys and keep food and treats stocked in-home. If pet parents allow, I will let their dog play with my family's dogs, daily walks around the neighborhood or local parks and a comfortable environment. These also apply for house visits and any activity or request made by pet parents will be followed.
“Robert has been taking my dog, Craig, for walks on a weekly basis for about six months now. I highly recommend him as he has been very friendly, dependable, and reliable. Robert took really good care of Craig and made sure his needs were met during each visit, especially during times when Craig wasn’t feeling well. He also took the best dog photos which were a joy to receive in the middle of a work shift. I’m very satisfied with his services overall!”

I work full-time but I am available most weekends. I find it very important for pets to get outside and live life to the fullest. I am very passionate and aware when watching dogs/cats at clients homes. They require love and affection. I enjoy taking dogs on walks and giving them exercise.

“Florence took great care of our dog Rowdy while we were away for 3 days. It was his first time being boarded, but he felt right at home with her. We truly appreciate the love and attention she gave him and will definitely use her services again in the future!”

“This was our first time using Rover and I was a bit anxious about how it would all go, given that Archer is a senior dog and very set in his ways. However Amelia and Grant were so accommodating and genuine, that I was very quickly set at ease. I received multiple pics every day where Archer looked settled and happy, so i knew he was in good hands! Highly recommend Amelia and Grant and glad to have found them on here!”

“Mary Catherine was amazing and took such great care of our dog while we were away that we were afraid he wouldn’t want to leave! She kept in touch with pictures so we could rest easy knowing our dog was happy and tuckered out from all of the attention and activity. We highly recommend Mary Catherine.”

“Couldn't be happier with the care our dog received. They kept us updated with photos and messages, and it was obvious our dog was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. They treated him like one of their own, and we came home to a relaxed, happy pup. It's such a relief to know we have someone we can completely trust. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable, caring dog sitter, and we'll definitely be booking with them again!”

“Boots had a long stay with Ashley and Robert and we could not be happier with how it went!! They provided great and frequent updates all week long! They did an amazing job keeping him on his schedule. Boots was definitely sad to leave them! We will be booking again :)”
