About: I have taken care of my grandparents dog since as long as I can remember. They have been labrador retrievers. I walked them, bathed them, and fed them since around 8 years old. About: Growing up, my family always had dogs. Once our children started playing high school and college sports, we became too busy to have a dog of our own. For the past several years, we have taken family and friends dogs for long weekends, week-long stays...whatever we could do to get our "dog fix". It was a win for us and a win for our family and friends. My wife and I take lots of walks in the Charlotte area and we always love to stop and pet friendly dogs! About: Hi! My husband and I are both hybrid workers, so we’re home often and have flexible schedules that allow us to spend quality time with the dogs we watch. We live in a two-story home with no kids or pets of our own, which means your dog will have a calm, quiet environment with plenty of space to play and relax. My experience with dogs goes back to when I was 3 years old, and had my first family dog that I grew up with like a sibling! From that moment, I always treated dogs as part of the family. I rescued my second dog while I was in college from a shelter, and I also spent many years pet sitting for my neighbors, which was truly a dream job because I got to spend all day long playing with dogs. While we were away we got regular photos and updates that she was settled in and doing well, and making friends with her dog Oakley. Will definitely be using Amanda again!”
