“I cannot say enough lovely things about Alexandra and the care she provided for our baby. We had such peace of mind on our trip away. She went above and beyond. We will absolutely trust her again!”

“Heather and her son took amazing care of our dogs during our wedding weekend. She asked lots of questions ahead of time, sent us daily photos and check ins, and took the extra time to meet our dogs before their stay. My two normally anxious pups came home as calm as if they had been on a relaxing vacation. Her kindness and professionalism greatly reduced our stress during this crazy time, and I have already been recommending her to anyone who asks. Heather is the best!”

“Amber did a wonderful job taking care of my Skye. She stayed updating me on everything that was going on. If you’re looking for someone who is going to treat and love your babies right Amber is the perfect person.”

“Cooper and Chase had a very good second stay with Nathan and Courtney. They were giving a lot of attention and spent time in the fenced backyard. A much better alternative to a kennel. We were sent pictures every day to keep up with how our boys were doing.”

“Lilli took amazing care of our two dogs. My husband and I had a complete peace of mind the whole time we were out of town. Lilli was awesome and made sure to send daily updates and photos. Our dogs got along so great with her two dogs and definitely had a blast. We are so grateful for everything Lilli and her husband did for our dogs!”

“Mary was fantastic! I needed her last min for a long trip. My dogs can be a handful and Mary was extremely accommodating. She made my kids feel at home and she sent pics and updates that made my time away from them easier. My trip ended early and Mary offered to go above and beyond because of the circumstances. My kiddos came home tired and happy! Thank you!”
“Annie was the perfect person to watch our puppy! She sent us daily photos and videos of how Sadie was doing and what they were up to, she took Sadie out for walks every day and out to a brewery to enjoy a day outside, and gave her lots of cuddles and attention. I think she loved our puppy just as if she were her own, and I cannot wait to let Sadie stay with her again! I will be a forever repeat customer with Annie and cannot imagine a better person for watching our precious pup. Thank you times a million!”

“David took great care of my pup while I went out of town. He updated me with messages and pictures each day, which I really appreciated. My pup looked so happy and relaxed, clearly she had a great little vacation too! Highly recommend and would definitely book again.”

“My Lola’s first stay with anyone but family. She clearly had a blast playing with the other pups, bonding with Victor and making herself at home. I loved seeing regular photo’s of her day. She was so happy there and came home happy. I will definitely book again.”

“So amazingly sweet, was able to help me for a near last minute situation with my cat and she made accommodations for my shy cat. 10/10 will only ever use her again and would certainly recommend!”

About: I have years of experience with both dogs and cats. I have raised dogs from the time they were bottle fed until they were seniors and trained them myself. I currently have a one-year-old golden retriever named Perseus. I have three kids who also love animals and will spoil yours rotten! I am currently taking online classes, so I am home all day and take frequent breaks to walk my dog or let him play outside. I have an unfenced yard, so I will keep the dogs on a leash when outside. My dog Perseus plays off leash but is supervised the whole time. He would love a friend to play with.
“I cannot say enough great things about this dog sitting family! My two dogs absolutely adored their two kiddos! They enjoyed playing outside with the family's dog, Yogi. Even Rowen, who usually prefers staying inside, joined in on the fun and had a wonderful time.🤗 I felt at ease the whole time I was out of town because they kept me updated and sent pictures. 10/10 would recommend 👌🏽”

“Melanie is an incredible dog sitter. She worked with me on short notice, is very welcoming, and made me feel that my dog will receive the love and care I wanted. Communicates often so you know that your dog is well”

“Debbie was the best with our big baby!! She sent so many picture updates and loved on her all weekend. She really made me feel comfortable (it was my first time leaving our girl with anyone) and handled all of Daisy’s quirks so well! She was very patient and kind with our silly girl. She’s a great sitter, easy to communicate with, and her sweet Charlie is so precious!! Would definitely use her again. She’s the best!”

“Rebecca was fantastic with our boy!! She took such great care of him, sent plenty of updates, and went above and beyond when he had a health concern. We completely trusted him in her care!!”
About: I grew up with dogs, big and small, ranging from Shih Tzu to Siberian Husky and Rottweiler! I care about dogs and all animals and treat them the same I would treat any person. I understand that animals have feelings, needs and wants. I want to be able to help families with their animal care needs, so that you have no worries while you are away or at work. You will know that your pup is in good hands! I am here to make your pup happy, comfortable and safe while you're away. When stopping by your home, I will visit your pup 2-3 times a day, morning, afternoon and evening. During those visits, I will verify that your pup has food and water, is let out to do their business and go for a walk for at least 10 minutes. When dog walking, I will walk your pup for a minimum of 15 minutes and will make sure the dog's food and water is full. I will provide walks as long as the dog may need, care in my, or your, home and be patient with any special needs or potty training. I believe that animals should be treated in a positive manner and will do so when taking care of your fur baby! When dog walking, depending on the individual's ability, we will go long and short distance, walking and running. We will explore areas where the dog can play and enjoy his or herself. I'd be honored to help you and your fur baby. I work full-time currently, but can do early morning check ins, afternoons depending on location & evenings. Looking forward to meeting you and your pup! I can provide the best care and love for your pup or kitty in your home and during check ins. I look forward to meeting you!

About: I was raised with a variety of cats and dogs for 25 years, volunteered in a shelter while I was in school, and helped with herpetological demonstrations and assisted with their care. The last few years I have had further opportunity to care for coworkers' pets as I house sat for fellow nurses traveling . I have sat for everything from dogs and cats to lizards, snakes, fish, rabbits, even horses, pigs, goats, and chickens. I work as a nurse full time which allows me a relatively flexible schedule for drop in visits over the weekdays and and stretches of time off for longer stays. Flexibility is my motto; I am able to drop by for walks or let them out into the yard if there's fencing, all depending on your preference. I can free feed or work off a schedule, ect. I have worked with everyone from those asking me to just stop by to check the house and take in mail, no pets involved, to another asking for overnight stays with an anxious rescue on a feeding regimen and medication requirements.

About: I’ve owned up to 4 dogs at a time. Having that many dogs in my house together, I’ve learned how to meet their needs and keep them happy. I’d put two at a time on one leash which made walking them easier. I’ve always been the “go to” person when my family or friends needed a pet sitter. My passion has always been children and animals. I was a teacher’s aide for the past 27 years. Now that I’m retired I’d like to switch gears and spend time taking care of dogs. My home is dog friendly. I have a fenced in yard on a quiet cul-de-sac. I also have two sweet dogs of my own that are friendly and playful.
About: Hi, I’m Izzy – an educator and lifelong animal lover! I grew up with cats and dogs and now have two sweet, friendly pups of my own. About: Hi! I’m Kat — and I offer personalized walks and enrichment as a trusted extension of your dog’s care team. I know how hard it is to leave your dog. They’re family. Clear communication and consistency matter, and I take that seriously. Every visit is an opportunity to build trust — with both you and your pup. You’ll receive thoughtful updates that include notes on energy, potty, behavior, and anything I’m noticing (because yes, I absolutely pay attention to the details). I truly treat each dog as the individual they are. Some are bold explorers. Some are thoughtful observers. Some love a purposeful walk, while others prefer a slower pace with time to sniff and take it all in. I adjust each visit based on age, health, temperament, and your household routines — meeting your dog where they are and supporting what helps them thrive. I’m especially attentive to patterns — what helps a dog feel calm, confident, and engaged. Safety and steady leadership are always my priorities. I’m mindful at doors, leashes, transitions, and the environment around us so your dog’s experience is secure, structured, and positive.
“Marvel had a terrific day with Kristina and her pup, Murphy. She provided pictures and videos throughout the day which helped calm my nerves as this was a new family. We will be scheduling more visits !”

About: I’ve dog sat for my friends in this area on and off for years. I grew up on a ranch with animals and am comfortable with them. I have a 3 year old chocolate lab who absolutely loves friends to play with and has never had any issues with other dogs or people. I currently work part time, and have a lot of days with full flexibility. Most mornings after my kids go to school I’m free, and weekends or evenings my 12 year old and 8 year old love to walk with or play with dogs with me. My yard is fenced in, and my home is dog friendly. I’m happy to stay in clients homes as well if my schedule with my children allows. I don’t mind driving a bit to go to different neighborhoods for walking either.

“Brooke and her family were great! They clearly took great care of my pup as he was content around her, but worn out and ready to nap by the time we got in the car. She was really flexible and great at communicating. Would recommend and will use again in the future!”

“Jennifer was very accommodating and friendly. We dropped our dog two days in a row for daycare, and he was very happy when we picked him and excited to return the next day. We will definitely go to Jennifer again when we’re back in Pinehurst.”

About: My husband and I have been fostering dogs since February 2023. Sadly (or happily, rather), several of those fosters became foster fails. We went from having 1 dog and 2 cats to 4 dogs and 4 cats…but we wouldn’t have it any other way :) Our 4 cats are all extremely friendly and loving. Charlie is 6, Harley is 3, and Sweet Potato and Clementine just turned 1. Every single one of our dogs is a rescue. Molly is 9 months, Banjo is 7 months, Mia is 10-12 years, and Georgie is 8-10 years. Molly & Banjo were rescued with Paws of the Pines Rescue based in Southern Pines, NC. Mia & Georgie are a sister duo that we found dumped in the woods, and are the best senior pups we’ve ever encountered. My husband and I care deeply for all animals and do this because we love it, not for the money. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you’re in need of care. We will do what we can to serve you! I (Megan) wake up at 4:30 daily to let the dogs out, walk them, and feed them breakfast. I leave for work at 6. Jacob then wakes up and cares for the dogs until he leaves for work at 7. The dogs are crated until we come home. After work they engage in another walk, training, puzzles, you name it, and are highly active until bedtime around 9. The cats have an automatic feeder and water fountain. They love lounging around in the living room if the dogs are calm. All 4 cats are friendly and curious. Harley hangs around outside most of the day and the orange brothers are in and out as they please. Charlie is mostly indoors with the occasional peek at the outside world. Pets that enter my home will remain in the main living area with the puppies. The cats in my home are free to roam through the whole house. Dogs will need to be crate trained and okay other pets. I will accommodate their meals according to the owners’ requests. We are an active family, so walks are common!

“Jessica is a great listener and was very sweet with my dog Lady. She was flexible with appointment timing and did a great job of listening to the needs of myself and my dog during meet and greet and our scheduled visit. I will definitely be booking with her again in the future. Thank you Jessica!”

About: I recently moved here but grew up on a large agriculture/cattle farm in Wa state. I’ve shown all animals growing up, and competed in rodeo throughout most my high school years. I have had many dogs and many cats throughout my life as well as rescued more animals than I can count. I have a masters in mental health counseling but worked alongside a veterinarian throughout college. I currently have 6 dogs and 4 cats of my own, which most of them were strays I found. I truly believe animals are our children and they deserve to be loved and cared for as such. I am detail oriented and can ensure your baby(s) will be well taken care of. I currently am not working, so I am home full time. I recently got engaged, and my fiancé is military so I have lots of free time to help with whatever it is you may need! I have personally never crated my animals, but if it is what you prefer I will do that. We do have a very large yard with no neighbors, but I don’t even let my own dogs run around unsupervised. I did build a small fenced area in the back that attaches to a dogggy door in the house just so they can go out in emergency situations. My animals are allowed on furniture and of course sleep in the bed to get all the cuddles. I’ve been lucky to never have issues with chewing or accidents but I know all animals are different. I can truly accommodate to anything to make sure your pet is well taken care of.
About: I absolutely LOVE cats, but I love dogs as well! I grew up with a cat that I was extremely close to, and now and I have a little one of my own. Though I have never owned a dog myself, I am comfortable around them, have petsit dogs and am more than happy to take care of one! My family used to travel for extended periods of time growing up and I would be so anxious about our pets being at home alone, even though they were being taken care of. I understand that anxious feeling and can definitely offer you peace of mind when you're away. I will be super interactive with your pet and play with them as much as they'd like! It's important to give them lots of attention and love when you are away. Though I am busy with school, I can do many things on my own time, making my schedule very flexible. This is how I am able to fit pet care into my daily routine! I will always keep my home and your home safe for pets! I am careful about what I leave in the open that pets have access to and I always refresh food and water, making sure to keep them in an appropriate location. I will always double-check fencing in the yard to make sure all pets are secure with no possibility of escaping.
