We also occasionally enjoy car rides to the dog park for extra fun and exercise. Since my yard is unfenced, I have a secure outdoor lead available. If your dog enjoys spending time outside like mine, I’d be happy to accommodate that upon request. For safety and comfort, I also have a crate available and can crate your dog or mine as needed.

“Keri was absolutely wonderful!!!! We needed a much needed dog sitter for July 4th weekend. Everyone was either booked or not interested, or no response. After a couple of responses our family agreed on Keri because we believed there was something really special about her. She was also about 40-50 mins away from where we were staying. We didn't care because we felt it was worth it. We were traveling from out of state visiting family. We have an American bully and was so nervous because it was his first time with anyone else overnight. Communication was excellent. She always responded and had a welcoming spirit from day one inquiring. When we arrived we had a hard time leaving Drako because he was not feeling it. He actually snapped at Keri a couple of times and was very protective of the new surroundings. When I say Keri held it down she really did. She welcomed us and there was 7 of us, our 4 children, niece , my husband and myself into her home to help get Drako acquainted. It was too late to try any other option but she was more than willing to stick in there. We spent almost 2 hours getting Drako comfortable and we pulled every trick out the bag. Finally he was comfortable after running around the yard and being outside with one of their dogs. He welcomed her and her children in his space and played with the other dogs. He finally took treats from Keri and went near her without snapping. Once getting him settled we snuck out once he was well relaxed and when we thought he was calm and not going to run behind us out the door. With our surprise we received pics of Drako calm and getting rubs from her husband and family and they fell in love with him. He was in a safe and very clean environment with a loving family and Drako became one with them. I absolutely would recommend Keri to anyone who needs a dog-sitter. She’s the best. I will go out my way to bring Drako to Keri when we travel again. She was the absolute best. There’s not enough words of gratitude to Thank Keri and her family for all they did for our boy. Keri is and will always be our number 1!”

Outside of those times, I’m generally very open and able to accommodate visits and walks. If a drop-in or walk falls within those school hours, my kids may come along with me. About: I have spent my entire adult life with dogs & love them dearly. My 2 dogs love to play with other dogs as well as each other. I also have an older blind toy poodle who doesn’t play with other animals but is perfectly content staying on my sofa & listening to whatever is going on in the house. Therefore, I’m quite accustomed to care for special needs dogs. All dogs seem to communicate very well with me. I also keep the owners up to date daily with pictures and/or videos as to how much fun their dogs are having. I am a retired stay at home widow who loves spending time with dogs. I can devote most my time having dogs in my home to love and care for. Typically, we use some of the afternoon for calming & resting time if/when needed. This is also the time for specific needs & brushing. The doggies can go outside anytime they want to play or do their business. All products used in my home are not only safe for humans but for pets too. Outside is kept up as well. mowing once a week in the summer. dog waste clean-up several times per week. Dogs have full access to all areas outdoors in the fenced in yard and will never be left unattended while outside. During the summer we have a few splash pads that the dogs use to stay cool. And no matter the time of year water is always plentiful. All of my pups are fully vaccinated and update with shots & flea and tick medication.

About: I've been surrounded by dogs of every kind my entire life, I have had 2 dogs and 3 cats. I enjoy working with dogs because I am an outdoor person who likes to go for runs and walks. I have been relied on by my friends and neighbors to come and spend time, feed, and walk their pets. I am currently enrolled at Catawba College, getting my masters degree, while competing on the beach volleyball team. All my classes are online and practice ranges from 7-8am, 11am- 1pm, and 5-6pm, but vary through the week. I have a fenced-in backyard for my 2-year-old Lab and I make sure that we keep the bedroom doors closed so I can always keep my eye on them.
About: I’ve taken care of animals since I could walk. My family has always had a household of cats and dogs. When I was a babysitter I would also watch any animals needed of me. I have a golden doodle of my own named Ember, who has taught me patience and kindness. I also have a mixed puppy who loves the company of another. I currently work Mondays and Fridays. All other days are free, if you need me a weekend it needs to be 5 days in advance. I do not have a fenced In yard. I have two pet friendly dogs who I can put in a crate if needed. About: Hi!! I’m Kimberly 😊 A little about me: I’m a mom of three boys 💙 (a newborn, a 2-year-old, and a 7-year-old), so life is definitely full in the best way. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and that’s something my kids have naturally picked up too. I’ve been caring for animals for over 15 years now, both personally and for others, and it’s something I truly enjoy. I grew up in a home full of pets. At one point we had 26 birds, 24 guinea pigs, 2 cats, and 3 dogs, so being around animals has always just felt natural to me. My faith is a big part of who I am and how I treat others. It guides me to be patient, attentive, and genuinely caring, not just with people but with every pet I’m trusted with. I understand how much they mean to you, and I take that responsibility seriously. We live in Mocksville, NC, and I’m in the Clemmons and Winston area often, so I’m very flexible depending on your location and needs. My husband is a U.S. Navy veteran, so we have a deep appreciation for those who serve and a special place in our hearts for military families. At the end of the day, I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing your pet is being cared for with attention, patience, and genuine love while you’re away. I’m currently a stay at home mom, which gives me a lot of flexibility throughout the day. On weekdays, I do school drop off between 7:45am and 9:30am and need to be home again by 3pm for pick up. Outside of those times, I’m generally very open and able to accommodate visits and walks. If a drop-in or walk falls within those school hours, my kids may come along with me. They absolutely love animals and are always gentle, respectful, and happy to give your fur baby a little extra love and attention 😊 ⸻ Note: I’ve adjusted my 30 minute drop in and walking rate because I often find myself staying a little longer to make sure your pet truly gets the attention and care they need. In my opinion, 30 minutes can feel rushed, especially for pets who have been alone for a while. I never want your pet to feel hurried, so I do my best to include extra time whenever possible so they feel comfortable, cared for, and loved on. My rate is flexible depending on your pet’s needs, so please feel free to reach out with any questions. I’m always happy to chat! I am very respectful of my home as well as others. I like to keep things clean and take pride in maintaining a well-kept space. I’m not one to pry, and I’m very self-aware, always making sure I’m being respectful of your home. I will treat your home the same way I would want my own to be treated. I’m great with following directions and instructions, and when it comes to your pets, I take my time to make sure their needs are fully met. You can definitely expect a bunch of updates and pictures while your furry or feathered babies are in my care.

We go on walks around the neighborhood about every 2 hours for potty breaks, as well as mental and physical stimulation. We also occasionally enjoy car rides to the dog park for extra fun and exercise. Since my yard is unfenced, I have a secure outdoor lead available. If your dog enjoys spending time outside like mine, I’d be happy to accommodate that upon request. For safety and comfort, I also have a crate available and can crate your dog or mine as needed.

“Keri was absolutely wonderful!!!! We needed a much needed dog sitter for July 4th weekend. Everyone was either booked or not interested, or no response. After a couple of responses our family agreed on Keri because we believed there was something really special about her. She was also about 40-50 mins away from where we were staying. We didn't care because we felt it was worth it. We were traveling from out of state visiting family. We have an American bully and was so nervous because it was his first time with anyone else overnight. Communication was excellent. She always responded and had a welcoming spirit from day one inquiring. When we arrived we had a hard time leaving Drako because he was not feeling it. He actually snapped at Keri a couple of times and was very protective of the new surroundings. When I say Keri held it down she really did. She welcomed us and there was 7 of us, our 4 children, niece , my husband and myself into her home to help get Drako acquainted. It was too late to try any other option but she was more than willing to stick in there. We spent almost 2 hours getting Drako comfortable and we pulled every trick out the bag. Finally he was comfortable after running around the yard and being outside with one of their dogs. He welcomed her and her children in his space and played with the other dogs. He finally took treats from Keri and went near her without snapping. Once getting him settled we snuck out once he was well relaxed and when we thought he was calm and not going to run behind us out the door. With our surprise we received pics of Drako calm and getting rubs from her husband and family and they fell in love with him. He was in a safe and very clean environment with a loving family and Drako became one with them. I absolutely would recommend Keri to anyone who needs a dog-sitter. She’s the best. I will go out my way to bring Drako to Keri when we travel again. She was the absolute best. There’s not enough words of gratitude to Thank Keri and her family for all they did for our boy. Keri is and will always be our number 1!”

About: I have spent my entire adult life with dogs & love them dearly. My 2 dogs love to play with other dogs as well as each other. I also have an older blind toy poodle who doesn’t play with other animals but is perfectly content staying on my sofa & listening to whatever is going on in the house. Therefore, I’m quite accustomed to care for special needs dogs. All dogs seem to communicate very well with me. I also keep the owners up to date daily with pictures and/or videos as to how much fun their dogs are having. I am a retired stay at home widow who loves spending time with dogs. I can devote most my time having dogs in my home to love and care for. Typically, we use some of the afternoon for calming & resting time if/when needed. This is also the time for specific needs & brushing. The doggies can go outside anytime they want to play or do their business. I have a large fenced in back yard specifically for the care & safety of my dogs and the dogs I am caring for in my home. This is a very safe place for the fur babies to spend supervised time in the shade or sun with a large covered veranda with fresh water available at all times. I live on many acres of farm land with very few neighbors. We have no children living near us at all.
