“Connie and her husband were absolutely amazing. We felt that Lucy Lu was in great hands. We loved that we got a video and pictures every day. They also took her on walks which was so nice. She was a great communicator. We will absolutely leave Lucy Lu with Connie whenever we are in Raleigh.”

“We are so impressed with our first time using Rover. Ann and Jaren were great, communicative with texts and pics. We highly recommend them and will use them again!”

“Chino was well taken care of while I was away. Chino is shy and when I picked her up she did not seem shy at all with them, especially with Shannon's lovely daughter. I would recommend her and she also has a privacy fence surrounding her backyard, which put me at ease also.I would definitely ask for her services again!”

“Erin took great care of our sweet dog, Lily. She was easy to communicate with, replied quickly, and sent pictures to let us know how much fun Lily was having playing in the river with Erin. I will be using her again, soon, and would highly recommend her to anyone!”
“All I can say is that I didn’t know Georgie could possibly be more spoiled than he already was but he is and that is a good thing! Made the entire trip away perfect knowing he was being so loved. Anyone who adores their dog and considers them their baby and not just a pet, do not hesitate to trust Toni to care for them.”

“Our pupper had a great stay!! Gouda was a great fur buddy to play with. Marnie and Dave sent frequent updates and pictures which was much appreciated. Their backyard is very large and fenced in. Truly a haven for dogs. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks guys!”

“Thank you Lindsy, my baby Millie had a wonderful time with you and your family. She came home happy and tired from playing and napping all day. I appreciate your accommodation and kindness, we will be booking again for sure, probably today!”

“Britney and her family took such excellent care of our dog! They were attentive & responsive and sent us many photos and updates throughout the week. I know my dog enjoyed his time with them. We look forward to rover-ing with them again (and again)!”

“Carlina did a great job with our dog, Maddy. She checked in and sent pics. I really appreciated that it was just our dog and Carolina’s dog there - I think too many make it a stressful stay. Maddy said she was a 10/10, bed and treats were great.”

“David and April took great care of Ginger. They provided a wonderful safe environment, plus their pup, Joe, was a nice companion. It was so nice to go on a trip and know that our pup was well taken care of!”

“Laura was amazing!! I got so many pictures and she was so communicative. Her and Kyle really know what they’re doing. My dog loved them and their pups, too! Definitely will be using them again ❤️”

“KaLynn took great care of our Lou. She was very easy to communicate with before and during Lou’s stay. She took Lou on a long walk and sent frequent updates and photos throughout the day. We will definitely reach out again for future needs.”

“Lauren is a treasure! Always takes great care of my pups, and treats them as her own. Her home is also a true adventure for boarding, plenty of socialization and cuddles. Cannot recommend her enough.”

“Andre and her family did a fantastic job caring for our mini bernedoodle! Andre was prompt with all communication and scheduling was easy. Her home is welcoming and Biscotti really enjoyed playing with their sweet lab and snuggling her kids. We could tell Biscotti was well-cared for when we brought her back home- she was calm and happy and jumped right back into our family routines- like she had a great vacation too! Thanks, Andre and fam! We’ll definitely book with Andre again.”

“Kristine is an excellent Rover sitter! She is incredibly reliable and professional. Kristine responded quickly to messages. She provided reports with photos for each and every drop-in visit that she was scheduled to make. As a bonus, she provided helpful advice on managing the older cat's arthritis. Both cats were comfortable with Kristine from the moment she arrived. They loved being cared by her and appreciated the attention she provided.”
About: Hello! I’m a long time pet lover and house sitter (of my own place) I have interacted with many pets of my friends and worked at animal shelters. My experience with pets starts in high school when I volunteered at the local animal shelter cleaning out kennels, grooming and playing with cats and dogs. I then graduated to being a pet auntie for my friends animals and then pet sitting for various clients. I love pets, they are adorable and I can’t wait until I can have my own! Until then, I guess I’ll just pet sit…. I work from home on most days, so my schedule is flexible enough to allow me to look after pets such as spending quality time, potty breaks, exercising via walks and playing with cat toys. When I care for pets in their home, I take care to read all of the instructions and look after the home. This can include administering medications, accommodating different diets and walking styles (such as the slow walkers, the sniffers, the neighborhood watchers). I make sure to leave the home the way I found it because that is what I would like if I was the pet parent.

“She did such a great job and went above and beyond!!! When I had an issue with wildlife critters getting in the pet door, she went there and checked on everyone right away!!! All of my cats that are normally antisocial love her!!!”

“Carlee is amazing! She sent daily updates and photos of all 3 of our furbabies. She communicated very well and at our meet and greet I knew she was the energy we needed to look after our babies. We will most definitely be using her services again. Thanks for everything, Carlee!!!!🥰”

“Frances took wonderful care of our pets! Despite my own lack of organization on day one, she still came by to make sure they were taken care of. I’m so thankful for her flexibility, reliability, and kindness. We truly appreciate her!”

“Mason was great- highly recommend! She was so prompt in answering my request and all my messages. I felt very comfortable on my trip knowing Penny was in good hands. She arrived right on time for her visits, sent so many cute pics, and kept me updated on Penny the whole time. I will def be booking again next time I need a sitter and would recommend her to anyone in the area!”

“Heather is absolutely incredible & caring! She really went out of her way to make sure my pups were well taken care of. She is amazing!! Highly recommend Heather for an incredible experience!”
“This was a rebook with Ashlee. We had a cold snap and outdoor kitties water iced over; thanks to Ashlee's care they had water! Heated water bowl ordered. Ashlee is reliable, so no worries about the kitties being uncared for.”

“We had never used a stranger to keep out two cats. Amanda came for a meet and greet prior to staying with tiger and panther. After that we were no longer strangers. Amanda likes all animals. She sent updates and photos. We will call Amanda next time we go out of town!”

“Ashley did a wonderful job caring for my cat and home while I was out of town! She maintained great communication throughout my time away and made my cat feel very comfortable. Will definitely book with her again!”

About: my family has always been surrounded with dogs more than cats but i’ve worked at a vet office and helped with cats and even at my last barn job, we had 2 cats who i adored. i’m not someone to pick and choose animals and am always open to learning behaviors, routines, and care tips!

“Elizabeth was such a delight and godsend for us. She was very attentive to the needs of the pets, and showed care like they were her own. She is patient, and goes above and beyond with communication. We are very happy with finding her, definitely recommend her, and will be using her again. Welcoming someone into your home is always a bit anxiety inducing, but she made us feel very comfortable and confident to leave our precious animals in her care.”
About: I’m not just someone who pauses to care for your pet; my love for animals goes beyond measure. I’m committed to ensuring that the time I spend with them exceeds all expectations. I’m a graphic designer - most work I do is from home. So my schedule is very flexible and on the go! I can work and sit in while watching your animal! 😀 I have a dog myself - she is hardly ever caged and is trained to stay out and behave accordingly. She is very energetic. But LOVES people and other animals.

“Wow! We could not be happier with Melanie. She is fantastic! Being new to the area, we were nervous about leaving our fur babies. Over the years we have used a lot of great sitters in other areas of the country, what we can honestly say is Melanie is by far one of the best! She is reliable, conscientious and great communicator. In such a short time-she knew all of the unique personalities and really took fantastic care! We will be using Melanie again and now feel confident we can travel knowing our babies are in safe hands!”

About: As a kid we always had indoor and outdoor cats. As an adult we have elderly dogs who are not cat friendly but when we purchased our home, a cat came with it. The cat is dog smart and we are very careful about having them outside together. The cat is an outdoor cat but has his own “home” areas on our front and back deck.

“We were initially apprehensive about leaving our anxious pup at doggie daycare, but upon meeting Jaren, our worries melted away. Their fenced-in, lush green yard, complete with a variety of dog toys, immediately reassured us. We were warmly greeted by their adorable mini Aussie Shepherd, Bowie, who quickly became fast friends with our dog, Dale. Meeting Ann and their other two friendly doggies only reinforced the welcoming atmosphere. The easygoing nature of the household made drop-offs and pick-ups effortless. Dale returned home pleasantly tired from a day of play, without feeling overwhelmed.”

“Our dog left very happy! She was watching another dog at the time so he had a buddy. Super easy drop off was able to fit us in last minute. Will be using her again for sure!”

About: My name is Mac Graf and my husband and I live right outside Hendersonville, NC. I am a certified and licensed athletic trainer and am the Director of Sports Medicine as my full-time job. I work 90% of my job from home, and would love to help take the stress off your work day by allowing your fur family to hangout with me and my family for the day. I take my work seriously whether that be with my patients or with my fur friends. I fostered dogs throughout undergrad to give me more experience and make a change in an animal's life. I ended up adopting one of my foster dogs in 2020 and it was the best decision i've ever made! I rescued another dog in February of 2023, so I have lots of personal dog experience. I understand that having a dog is not just having a pet, but it is another family member. I treat them as such. With my experience as a foster, and being a pet owner myself - I know that I am responsible and loving towards all animals. I would love nothing more than to help take the stress off other dog owners, and help take care of them when needed. Since my job is 90% remote work, I have the flexibility to take my dogs on a walk or play outside in the fenced in area of our home multiple times a day. Throughout the work day they go outside multiple times - usually with a longer walk at the end of my work day. I ask the person I am dog sitting for what they want, and I always accommodate to whatever makes my client feel most comfortable with! We have two baby gates at home, so if we ever need to separate dogs in our home, we have the ability to do so. I always will be respectful of my clients and whatever their wishes are.
“Julie did a wonderful job watching my two girls at the last minute. She was very responsive and kept me informed with cute pictures throughout the day. My pups came home happy and tired. We’ll definitely use her again!”

“There are not enough words to express how grateful and appreciative. I am with all of your pictures and kindness and homemade treats. I can tell gunner had a fabulous memorial day weekend doggy daycare party with you.. thank you again so much and we can’t wait to see you again!”

“Britney and her 2 sons took such good care of Lexi. She enjoyed her stay, and I could tell she was tired from an action packed day. Thank you and I'll surely look you up on my next visit to Lyman.”

“Lacie was absolutely wonderful to our Cockapoo, Biscuit. We did day care in her home and she has a house perfectly suited to having animals and a huge fenced yard. She clearly loves animals and I’m so glad I found her. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

I have worked with clients assisting in puppy training, administering medication when needed or offering special care to our more senior pets. I have also owned and/or worked with birds, fish, small caged animals, poultry and horses. Our animals are at the heart of our homes. I am here to provide loving care to those hearts or yours. I currently work part time remotely from home and have a very flexible schedule. I am available morning, noon and night and can easily work with your timetable. I am not currently offering boarding or overnight care at this time. I am available for drop in visits and walks whenever needed. About: My name is Carlee and I’ve been pet/house sitting for about 6 years now. I have experience taking care of small and medium sized dogs, I’ve taken care of both senior dogs and puppies as well as cats! I’d love to grow my experience and am willing to learn just about anything! I currently work 30 hours a week at my regular job, but my schedule is never consistent. I have still been able to work around it and do stop ins regularly for my clients. Typically I work 6-8 hour shifts so I would not be able to stop in during that time. But I am always able to stop in immediately before my shift and directly after. Aside from that, I am able to stay either full time with your pet or do stop ins however often you would prefer. If you have questions feel free to ask! I am very easy going and understand the importance of a solid routine schedule for your furbabies. I am able to either stay at your house or do frequent drop ins to feed, play, and walk. I am experienced with senior dogs who need special accommodations and am willing to learn as I go!
About: https://www.rover.com/sit/kaitlr39001 I have about 4 years of experience with medically fragile dogs as my dog is a diabetic and takes insulin and requires a prescription diet with frequent potty breaks as well as one other dog who is on daily medications. My other senior pup has discospondylosis so daily medications are something I am very very familiar with as well as being more careful and slower with pups. I currently do part time work from home so I am almost always available to pet sit or board or in home pet sit or even walk your animals. I am a HUGE advocate for animal safety regardless of breed. I love all animals and would never put my dogs or any other animal in harms way.
About: Hey there! I’m Katelyn. Thank you for considering me to take care of your furry companion(s). I have ample experience caring for and loving on: dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, birds, rodents, turtles and rabbits. This includes pups and kitties of all sizes, temperaments, ages and health statuses. I am Fear Free certified through my continued volunteer work with a local humane society. Fear Free is a nationwide initiative across the animal welfare community that offers online educational courses on handling fear, anxiety, and stress in dogs and cats through evidence based strategies. My time at the humane society consists of but not limited to: walking dogs, providing enrichment opportunities for the animals, assisting the staff with adoptions, and staying behind the scenes to tend to the back of the house tasks that keep the facility up and running. My approach is to treat each animal as an individual and get to know each other according to their unique personality and preferences. Positive reinforcement and enrichment opportunities are my jam! My experience ranges from dog walking to extended period pet sitting to fostering both dogs and cats to assisting behavior teams at animal shelters/rescues. I am also well versed in daily upkeep tasks required for barn animals. I’d be happy to elaborate upon request. I split my time between the Tryon and Greer areas. About: I am a 27 year old husband and father of 2 boys. I am a veterinary nurse who works with dogs and cats everyday. I love what I do and consider myself lucky to be able to make a living working with animals. I know that most owners feel the same way as i do about their dogs/cats when they have to leave them in others hands. When your pet is with me you can know that they are in good hands and that I will do everything I can to make them feel safe. I know all dogs are different and some are more frightened when their owners are away. Some dogs need more affection than others while some just want you to throw them the ball. I take pride in making them feel safe and as if they were with their best friend. I promise you i will keep your pet safe and sound. Even more than that i promise you that them and I will have fun! Thank you. I work Monday through Friday with Thursdays off. I can always come by in the mornings, on lunch, and afternoon and nights. I can be as flexible as needed. “Jessie was well cared for and the updates and pictures showed a happy girl. Charlene has a great set up and perfect for my girl. Highly recommend her amd look forward to using her again”

“Jordan and her family were great! We’ll definitely try to use her services next time. Our trip was a last minute scheduling and she was very accommodating with the meet and greet. She was very responsive and graceful with a lot of last minute changes on our end.”

“Sharon was amazing to help us when we were in need of someone to board our dog. She took him in last minute, loved on him, and went above and beyond for our boy! We are so thankful for her attentiveness and care. We will be booking with Sharon again!”

“Very easy couple to work with, highly recommend them! They have kept our dog twice. When I dropped him off the second time he seemed happy to be there, & remebered the trail they walked him on. He was well cared for & happy when I picked him up.”

“Tara gave Pickles an awesome sitting. Tara allowed the booking on short notice, was waiting for our arrival, and had our pup waiting for pickup. Tara is friendly, reliable, and we know she’s trustworthy. Thank you Tara 🐕😎👍”

“This was Cheatnut’s first time away from home and Kashawna made this experience amazing for him.. She took excellent care of him and gave updates and pics of how he was doing.. Very nice family and also very knowledgeable.. Thanks again and I will definitely use her in the future”

“I highly recommend Caroline! From the moment we met, it was clear that she has a genuine love for animals and a deep understanding of their needs. Caroline kept us updated throughout our time away, sending us regular photos and messages about our furbabies. This not only eased our minds but also showed us how much they were enjoying their time together. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pets like family, look no further than Caroline. We will definitely be using her services again in the future!”

“My Basil Boi stayed with Christina for 3 days of boarding. She was very understanding and welcoming. Basil is skittish and timid however enjoys other dogs hence I selected Christina because she has her own personal dog. Christina has a fabulous backyard for the dogs to run and play. Christina was very attentive, sent plenty of pictures, texts and updates. Basil had a great time. I will definitely use her again.”
