About: I’ve been a dog walker and pet sitter since March 2024. I have experience pet sitting for both cats and dogs. I’ve always had cats of my own so I’m very familiar with how to interact with them so they can be comfortable. I started doing this for a little extra cash & exercise when I’m not touring as a full-time stand up comedian. (It’s a real thing. About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs since I was 15! I grew up with a german shepherd mix and 2 chocolate labs. My husband and I currently have a corgi, who is always keeping us on our toes and is our best friend. :) I can do dog walks, drop-ins, daycare or boarding. About: I have raised two dogs from puppyhood and handled their training and daily care myself. Kenzie came home at six weeks old, and my husky joined our family at eight weeks old. My experience includes house training, crate training, leash manners, basic commands, socialization, teaching tricks from the past with my pets and all the love and cuddles in the world with a mountain of toys. My friends often joke that my husband and I are “animal whisperers” because pets tend to feel comfortable and relaxed around us. I work from home working on my start-up business, so I am home all the time! This gives me plenty of flexibility to provide consistent, attentive care throughout the day. I can accommodate regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, meals, medication schedules, drop-in visits, and overnight stays. Because I am home most of the day, pets receive companionship and supervision rather than being left alone for long periods. I care for every pet according to their normal routine, personality, energy level, and comfort needs and special needs. My home offers a large backyard for supervised playtime, exercise, and fresh air. There is also a covered gazebo with a grassy area where dogs can relax, cool down, or take a quiet break when needed. There are also two cameras outside as well so I can always have eyes on them no matter what! I am currently transforming my garage into a fun indoor dog jungle gym, although that space is still under construction. For now, pets can enjoy the backyard, comfortable indoor areas, regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I carefully follow all feeding, medication, walking, household, and safety instructions. I also provide photos and updates so pet parents can feel comfortable and confident while they are away.

About: I have had my own pets as well as taken care of others pets. I am mindful of potty windows, feeding windows, and playtime. You are welcome to call or text at any time during their stay to check on your little one. I am open to any REASONABLE accommodations for your furry friend! I’ve house-sat and watched family and friend’s dogs consistently over the last 10 years, all while doing volunteer work at the local animal shelter. I work full time from home so as long as I have notice of when I am needed it should work seamlessly in my life. If pet sitting at your home I want to keep your dog as comfortable and on routine as possible. I am well versed in all sorts of quirks so just let me know and I can adapt to whatever your pet needs. I will be diligent about following instructions and will give lots of attention and affection while you are away.
About: I've been around animals my entire life and have hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and small pets. About: I’ve been a dog walker and pet sitter since March 2024. I have experience walking all sizes of dogs from Bernese Mountain dogs to an 8 week old pug. I’ve worked with deaf dogs, a dog that was post-op for an ACL tear, and administered medicine if the pet required it. If you have a reactive dog, I may not be the best fit for you, and that’s okay! I have experience with dogs that are reactive to cars, but I prefer not to work with dogs who are reactive to other animals. I started doing this for a little extra cash & exercise when I’m not touring as a full-time stand up comedian. (It’s a real thing. I promise you never have to hear my jokes, but your dogs probably will at some point during our walks.) If you need a weekday dog walker, I’m your gal! You will also have ample notice for any time that I am traveling out of town for shows as my tours are booked the year prior. I had about 10 consistent weekly clients in Pittsburgh working with a business called Happy Tails, but I just moved to Charlotte so I’m looking for new clients! I’m available most weekdays. Weekends are tougher and will depend on my schedule from my full-time job, but I am open to weekends as long as I am in Charlotte. I am very serious about the comfort and safety of your pet. That means I will take the safest route possible (paved sidewalks with low traffic if possible), provide water, and clean up after them when they potty to keep your neighbors happy. I am happy to follow any guidelines you have for caring for your animal. I am also open to doing a trial period with your pet to make sure that we are a good fit for each other.
