I have senior dog care experience including medicine, eye drops, ear drops, etc. as my own dogs were 13 and 17 before they passed and took extra care. Other animal care experience includes guinea pigs, birds, mice, etc. as well as horses, pigs and goats. I am new on Rover but come with a lot of love and experience. I work full time, but remotely. This gives me flexibility during working hours for potty breaks and care. This also gives me great opportunities for pet sitting in your home. My backyard is completely fenced in so your pup will be very safe during playtime. I love to take dogs on walks and be active with them and then snuggle on the couch! The rest of the day is pretty laid back as I care for my kids, all pups are allowed in & out as they wish & will be supervised, just for safety. I have a fenced in back yard with fully locked gates & no gaps. It is a privacy fence almost flush with the ground. I also keep baby gates in my home for my flight risk pups! When I am at a clients home I ensure that their pet is comfortable and is safe from any harm. It’s important for me that their pets don’t run away or hurt themselves while at home. I am currently working part-time, so I am flexible to fit your dog's schedule and needs! I am free in the morning and evenings, I just have work between 2-6 hours depending on the day. I can talk to you more about my schedule, once you request a booking! When I am at a clients home, I always ask if their dog tends to escape or run away. I have an escape artist myself, so I know this is something I would want my sitter to know. Because of my experience, I always make sure the dog is where they need to be and if any additional doors need to be closed/locked before leaving! While at home, I usually always have the dogs hanging out with me with whatever I am doing.

About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life and am a very proud dog owner today and love it! I currently have a Coonhound Great Pyrenees mix. He was a rescue as a puppy, and his name is Stinky! I specialize in younger hyper dogs and love taking long walks! I currently am work from home on Mondays and Fridays and am available before 9am and after 6pm Tues-Thurs. Can be available for early morning walks! I have an unfenced yard, but take my dog out for long walks daily and am prepared to take care of other pets as they need.
