About: 11 years caring for my Labrador, including training, grooming, feeding, and daily care. Patient, attentive, and skilled at building trust with pets of all ages. My schedule is pretty flexible, and I work around the pets in my care. I currently offer boarding, daycare, drop-in visits, and walks throughout the week. I’m happy to accommodate earlier or later times whenever possible—just ask! 😊 I live with my husband in a pet-friendly apartment in NoDa with an elevator, so there are no stairs to worry about. We currently don’t have any resident pets, creating a calm environment that works especially well for senior dogs, anxious pets, and pets who prefer having the space to themselves. I’ve had animals my entire life. I raised and trained my own Labrador Retriever from the time she was 47 days old, and she was my best friend for 11 wonderful years. I also recently cared for both my senior Labrador and my senior cat through their health challenges, so I’m comfortable following routines, administering medications, and adapting to each pet’s individual needs. I enjoy grooming and helping puppies learn good habits through patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, understood, and right at home. I'm able to gently take your senior dog out slowly, or I can run your 2 year old Australian Shepherd around the entire 3 mile neighborhood loop. Your mileage may vary. I'm currently looking for work and have no other obligations short term. I'm available ALL the time. Would love to watch your pets 😍 and help you out!! I am in a 1700 single story home with a fenced in yard, with enough room for big dog zoomies. There's an entrance to the Greenbelt 50 yards down my street for great walks, and Latta Nature Preserve is 1.5 miles away. So many options for great walks. I keep a casual home, dogs are welcome on furniture. Or not, if owner prefers. I know basic animal first aid and CPR, and keep a first aid kit handy. We have lots of toys, love, and patience.

About: Have had pets since I was born and have taken care of friends animals for the last 15 years. Cat and dog experience. Family also has a business taking care of dogs. I own my own business and have the flexibility to work from home. I make my own schedule, so I have plenty of time to play with your animals, take them on walks, etc. I have a fenced in yard and no other animals currently in the home, in case that is a concern for the pet owner. About: I’ve owned and experienced so many dogs from a very young age. I have cared for, birthed, rehabilitated and rehoused many of them over the years. I love animals and I understand that they understand as well, which plays a big part in their general care. As this is my full time job, my personal schedule would be curated around the care for your pets, as your pets would be priority. Whenever I am scheduled to visit or be with your pets they'd require the same intention and attention as if they were children because they are.😉 In my own I would make sure each and every pet had their specific needs available and met. I would make sure that my home was prepared for that specific need as well as gauge what might need to adjust and be added based off what they're showing me. About: I have experience pet sitting for the past 12 years, I have two dogs myself and experience in senior care and puppies, specifically dealing with potty training, sickness, and grooming. I love to be around animals of all different breeds and personalities as well. I’m here to help and to foster and a safe and caring environment for your pets! I work a part time job with a lot of time at home and I spend a lot of time outside. When taking care of your pet you can be sure of a lot of socialization and sun! While in my care, I do require some crate time specifically at night, I have two dogs at home, while they are very well tempered and socialized, they have a routine! Besides that, we have a big fenced in yard and safe, walkable neighborhood. Most of our neighbors do not have pets and inside the house is still relatively puppy safe so definitely a safe environment for more mature dogs. While on walks they stay on leash at all times and not close to roads either!
About: Hi my name is Joseph! I grew up in a veterinary hospital being surrounded by all breeds and sizes of cats and dogs. I have 7+ years of pet sitting experience for NC State Vet Students and Faculty and currently work for a dog boarding and daycare facility in the Noda area. My background has given me hands-on experience with feeding, exercise, enrichment, and providing attentive compassionate care for every pet. I’m currently working Monday - Friday between 7am-11am (break) 2:30-7pm. On Saturday/Sunday the hours move around alittle but I remain to have a 3-4 hour mid day break for the opportunity to have midday checkups/care. My usual Check-in times when pet sitting have been 10-30 minutes before 6:30-7, 20-40 minutes between 11:30-2, and 20-30 minutes after 7:30. Depending on age, temper and health of the dog the visits can be rearranged for later or earlier visits if needed. With the circumstances of my apartment complex, I do in-house visit of my client instead of having the dog at my home. When arriving at my clients home, I like to first take the dog outside and make sure they use the bathroom. I will update the owner immediately if I see any issues with the pets stool (ie. Blood, Diarrhea, etc). After I like to feed depending on instructed time, or if no meal/ walk the dog around the owners yard or complex if possible. Before leaving I always make sure there is plenty of water and that at least one happy photo. Willing to administer medications in pill form. Also, will always follow clients instructions to a avoid any confusion or accidents.
About: I have been a big pet live since I was a little girl. I use to have two big German Shepard/ Doberman mixed who I loved to death. I raised them both from puppyhood. Currently I take care of my cat Dojacat and a little sassy kitten that I foster named lemon. I treat every pet with kindness and love. I am free most days because I'm studying in school and I am looking for a little extra income on the side. (Books are expensive) My pets are always tended to based on their needs. About: 11 years caring for my Labrador, including training, grooming, feeding, and daily care. Patient, attentive, and skilled at building trust with pets of all ages. My schedule is pretty flexible, and I work around the pets in my care. I currently offer boarding, daycare, drop-in visits, and walks throughout the week. I’m happy to accommodate earlier or later times whenever possible—just ask! 😊 I live with my husband in a pet-friendly apartment in NoDa with an elevator, so there are no stairs to worry about. We currently don’t have any resident pets, creating a calm environment that works especially well for senior dogs, anxious pets, and pets who prefer having the space to themselves. I’ve had animals my entire life. I raised and trained my own Labrador Retriever from the time she was 47 days old, and she was my best friend for 11 wonderful years. I also recently cared for both my senior Labrador and my senior cat through their health challenges, so I’m comfortable following routines, administering medications, and adapting to each pet’s individual needs. I enjoy grooming and helping puppies learn good habits through patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, understood, and right at home. To provide personalized care, I keep my bookings small. Occasionally, there may be one other friendly guest staying at the same time, depending on compatibility and everyone’s comfort level. If your pet does best as the only pet, please let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate their needs.

“Anamika and her family kept my little dog, Gracie, while we were out-of-town for the weekend for a wedding. We had a meet and greet first, where we got to meet Anamika, her daughter, and their family's dog. Anamika was great with Gracie! She was an excellent communicator, keeping me updated throughout the day on how Gracie was doing; and she sent plenty of photos. She was very responsive to any questions I had and also made sure to check with me first, if she had any questions related to Gracie's care. Since Anamika sometimes keeps more than one dog, that was an added bonus for Gracie, as she was able to have a couple of playmates. I highly recommend Anamika as a Rover sitter and wouldn't hesitate to use her again in the future!”
“Kim always takes great care of Mickey. I love how she communicates and keeps us updated with videos and pictures. Mickey gets so excited to see her and her partner. He always comes back calm, clean and happy. Mickey needed to take some medicine during this stay and Kim gave it to him with no issues and kept us updated when he got it which was reassuring. She is very responsible, knowledgeable and loving to Mickey. I trust her to give him the best care when we are away.”

“Chayilah was absolutely amazing, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our puppy, Jax! She went above and beyond from start to finish. Jax is a very active puppy, and she made sure he got plenty of exercise, playtime, and attention every single day. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he wasn’t just being watched…he was genuinely being cared for and having fun!! One of our favorite things was her communication. She sent us daily updates with so many pictures and videos without us ever having to ask. That’s something we’ve had to remind previous sitters about, so it meant the world to us to stay connected while we were away. She was also incredibly flexible and accommodating when we had a last-minute request, which we appreciated more than she knows. The only downside? Jax is already missing her (and his new best friend, Topper)! We honestly think he had the time of his life.💛💛💛”
