About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember! Growing up, I was surrounded by all kinds of pets—from dogs and cats to hamsters and rats—and I’ve always loved caring for animals. I’ve also had the opportunity to foster kittens and gain hands-on experience with a variety of pets. My mom was a veterinary technician for 30 years, so I grew up learning a lot about animal care, behavior, and what it means to keep pets happy and healthy. At 18, I started my own pet-sitting business back home in Connecticut. When I moved out of state, I left the business behind, but I’ve always wanted to get back into pet sitting—and now feels like the perfect time! About: As children we always had kittens and cats around our house. We would help feed and water them. We loved rubbing them, hearing them purr, watching them chase each other, and sometimes run up a pine tree. Today our family has one indoor cat named Tango, two outdoor cats, and two outdoor dogs. Tango is about 14 months old. He loves to eat. He loves to sleep, When awake, he loves to play with anything that will roll or make noises. He is so curious and wants to investigate all spaces. Tango loves to look outside and watch the birds. Our outdoor cats are feral. They eat and sleep either on the porch or by the shed. They are on time for breakfast and dinner daily.

I work with dogs and their families on obedience, leash skills, everyday manners, and behavior challenges. Many of the dogs I help are everyday family dogs who need guidance with things like pulling on leash, barking, jumping, reactivity, or learning how to settle in the home.
