Mitzi and her kids are wonderful with our two dogs and she took the time to send us both photos and videos while we were away which made a huge difference in our being able to enjoy a vacation. Our schnoodle, Tink, takes some time to warm up to people and Mitzi made sure that she was comfortable and waited for her to approach (and coached her son to do the same). They're now part of Tink's circle of trust. Our pomeranian, Tilley, can be a handful - but they embraced her energy and made sure that she also had a safe place when she needed it and followed all of our instructions about feeding them separately as Tilley tends to overeat. About: For as long as I could remember I’ve been my family’s go-to pet sitter. Anytime my Grandmother had a doctors appointment or my Aunt and Uncle left town, I would be their first choice. I love animals and caring for them, making them comfortable when their families are gone is not an easy task but easing their anxiety and keeping them comfortable is a very rewarding job. I’ve worked with rover in the past when I was in high school and it was a great experience. I am currently working part time but my schedule is relatively flexible. As far as boarding goes there is and will always be someone at the house caring for the dogs 24/7. I have a large plot of land adjacent to my house for the puppies to play in. Since rescuing my Goldendoodle Blizzard, I’ve also learned to bathe & groom him, a special skill that takes practice and patience. I work from home, so I am able to take care of the dogs and be very flexible with their walking, feeding and bathroom needs. At my house, dogs are welcome on the furniture and on the bed at night but I will respect other owners obedience/rules while caring for their dogs. We have a lot of the room in the house which even has a fun room with toy mountain, a collection of hundreds of dog toys that everyone is welcome to play with! I have a big backyard but it is not fenced in. Instead, I prefer to walk the dogs on leashes/leads or attach them to the dog-run line I have running across the backyard for playtime! I would love the opportunity to watch your dog(s) and can be flexible with short-term or long-term stays plus other accommodations. I will treat your dogs as if they were my own and give them a lot of love and care for their entire stay! About: I have had various experiences with dogs and cats. I grew up around animals. I have dog sit and cat sit for friends and families for multiple years now and am very reliable. I have let sit for large dogs that are in older age and needs special care. I have also pet sit for multiple pets at once. It was a small dog and 2 cats. We went in walks, had cuddles, and played games. We even got to play with some toys. I am currently on summer break from teaching and am completely free. As I am not teaching right now I am able to be flexible to your needs of your pets. Whether that is going for a walk or going outside to play. I have my own apartment and it is animal friendly. Due to this the environment is very safe and inviting. In my home it is very calm and clean. This is important just in case your pet has allergies. Since I don’t have any pets myself I am able to give lots of care and attention to your pets.

About: For as long as I could remember I’ve been my family’s go-to pet sitter. Anytime my Grandmother had a doctors appointment or my Aunt and Uncle left town, I would be their first choice. I love animals and caring for them, making them comfortable when their families are gone is not an easy task but easing their anxiety and keeping them comfortable is a very rewarding job. I’ve worked with rover in the past when I was in high school and it was a great experience. I am currently working part time but my schedule is relatively flexible. “Eden was just what we needed to help cover a gap in our schedules. Our dog Carson is strong-willed and strong bodied at 40lbs of solid muscle. Eden had no problem handling both aspects. Carson walked further for longer and put herself straight to bed from exhaustion every night. She truly enjoyed her walks with Eden almost more than she enjoys walking with us! That speaks volumes for Eden’s care and skill in giving our girl the quality exploration and exercise time she needs. Will definitely use Eden again for future needs.”

About: I have had dogs my whole life ranging from 175 to 50 pounds. My family also breeds dogs so I’m comfortable with all ages. I have dog sat for numerous family and friends and love all animals so your pet will get treated as if they were my own. I’ve also took care of dogs that take medication, are on special diets. I have a full time job but I make my own schedule so I will base that off of my schedule with rover. Pets will be well taken care of and took on walks. If your pet is more laid back and likes to lay around all day then we will do that. If your pet has a lot of energy and like to run the we can do that as well. I have plenty of yard for your pet/pets to play. I currently don’t have any other animals in the house and am waiting for my puppy to be born! Your pet will be allowed on furniture unless that is a rule you have then I will not go against it. I have plenty of toys, dog beds, and crates if needed.

“Ashley (and her family) are wonderful, amazing, trustworthy, loving, compassionate, and overall phenomenal! She is the first sitter we've ever taken our 7.5 month old PJ to so my husband and I were apprehensive because we've only had him 4 months. PJ, although so adorable and very loving, is very hyper and feisty when he sees people and other animals. We are still learning his habits and behaviors so this was our first sitter-test. When we got to Ashley's home, we were greeted by Ashley and Cheyenne. To our surprise, PJ was so happy to see them! He jumped out of the car, went to them, and never turned around to say goodbye - our feelings were hurt, but that was the reassurance we needed to enjoy our time visiting with family for the day and night - we were not worried at all! Ashley even took the time to send us pictures of PJ interacting with the entire family (people and fur family members) and gave us the feedback we need regarding PJ's behavior with others. We will definitely be visiting with Ashley whenever we are in Rocky Mount. I actually wish we lived in the same town so we could have play dates and family outings together.
