About: My name is jharasen or jp for short. I have been working with dogs and other pet for many years now at doggy daycares, pet sitting, vet clinics and at the shelter. I am available most days and time to care for your pet and try to make them feel as comfortable and excepted while they are with me. I am also working on getting my training business started here in Forset city and am currently an intern with a trainer in Mills river helping out with an agility class on Wednesday nights. having the knowledge and backing of the trainer I have been able to find creative ways to help with dogs who seemed stressed or needing more outlets when with me. The only days i am consistently away from the house are Wednesdays from 10 to 3 and Thursdays from 11 to 6 when im at class. I also have a 6ft fence around the while back yard for the dry days that make the play space much bigger ... but who wants to play in the rain anyways lol. We live in a very quiet area with a large fenced in backyard for lots of running and playing. We both have over 10 years of experience working with cats and dogs and have always had pets in our homes.We look forward to speaking with you and spending time with your fur family! Nia works from home and has the ability to provide extra care and attention to those who need it. Between both of our schedules, we are able to provide day services and overnight boarding if needed. About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family always had more than the average number of pets, which gave me extensive experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Over the last six years, my family has owned and operated Cedar Brook German Shepherds, where I have helped care for puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs while helping them find loving homes. Through my experience with dogs, I have learned the importance of patience, consistency, and understanding that every dog has unique needs and routines. I am comfortable with feeding schedules, exercise routines, basic grooming, administering medications as instructed, and providing extra care and attention to senior dogs and puppies. What sets me apart is my lifelong experience with animals and the genuine care I have for every pet I work with. I understand that pets are family, and I treat every dog as if they were my own. Whether your dog needs a long walk, playtime, companionship, or extra patience and attention, I am committed to making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. My goal is to give every pet the same level of care, attention, and affection that I would want for my own. Pet care fits very well into my schedule. I am currently finishing my master’s degree online and work as a personal trainer/basketball coach, which gives me a flexible schedule throughout the week. Because I complete my coursework from home and have control over much of my work schedule, I am able to dedicate time to pet visits, walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and providing companionship. I enjoy staying active and spending time with animals, so pet care is a natural fit alongside my current responsibilities. Whether your pet needs a quick check-in, a long walk, or consistent care while you’re away, I am committed to making sure they receive reliable attention, care, and plenty of love. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. In my home, I have a fenced-in backyard that provides a safe space for dogs to play and get exercise. I also have spacious crates available if a pet is crate-trained or if an owner prefers their pet to have a designated space. I always follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and secure. I am also happy to care for pets in their own home. I understand that many pets are most comfortable in a familiar environment, so I will follow all instructions regarding feeding, exercise, medications, routines, and any special needs. Whether caring for pets in my home or yours, I treat every animal with the same level of attention, patience, and care that I give my own pets.
