I feel comfortable administering medicines and accommodating special needs your best friend may have! I just recently retired and am looking to fill the hours I would normally be working with jobs from Rover. I am typically available Monday through Thursday but do occasionally shift my schedule to accommodate travelling with my better half! I currently have three dogs: chihuahua mix, pug rat terrier mix, and a great Pyrenees. I currently am a personal trainer so I don’t have a set schedule. About: I love animals, especially dogs, more than words can express! We have always had small dogs in our family since I was born. I could never imagine living without a dog in my household. In fact I have always had my miniature schnauzers as my fur babies since my early 20’s. If your pet does not do well on long walks please mention that so we don’t wear them out too much! I would like to walk your dog on the beach or beach access if allowed. If you would rather we stay on the neighborhood streets that’s fine too! My house/pet sitting service will include feeding, playing, walking, cleaning up pet waste in yard or litter box and light housekeeping such as vacuuming up pet fur if applicable. I have a very flexible schedule. I do work a few days a week part time but only 4-5 hr shifts at a time. I would love to be your pet’s next best friend! I am an extremely anal retentive pet owner and home owner. I probably take better care of my pets than my own self! We do not miss any yearly vet appointments and are very attentive to any ailments that may come along. I always say the worst part of being a pet owner is when they have to cross the rainbow bridge.

Before providing care, we take the time to learn about your pet's schedule, feeding requirements, exercise needs, medications, and any special instructions to ensure a seamless experience. For care in your home, we strive to maintain your pet's normal routine to minimize stress and keep them comfortable in their familiar environment. We provide feeding, fresh water, walks, exercise, playtime, litter box or yard maintenance, medication administration if needed, and plenty of affection and companionship. We are also happy to provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away. As a husband-and-wife team, we often work together, allowing us to provide additional attention and flexibility for your pets. Our lifelong experience with animals, including owning, training, and breeding several dog breeds, has given us the knowledge and confidence to care for pets of all ages, temperaments, and needs. We are comfortable caring for puppies, kittens, senior pets, and animals requiring special accommodations or medications. Our goal is simple: to treat every pet as if they were our own and provide a safe, loving, and reliable experience for both pets and their owners.
About: I have always grown up with animals and my love for them led me to a job at a pet resort. I was a kennel technician for 4 years which provided me great insight to care for all types of furry friends. I just graduated college from UNC Charlotte and home in Emerald Isle for the summer. Most days I workout and hang with my family so my schedule is pretty flexible. I always try to keep each pet’s routine as close as possible to what they’re used to because I know how stressful change can feel—especially for anxious pets. I’m patient, gentle, and attentive, and I make it my priority to provide comfort, consistency, and lots of love while they’re away from their parents.
About: I worked at a pet boarding/daycare facility for three years. I’ve administered medication and handled dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. I’m currently training for a triathlon and taking classes online, so my schedule is flexible and I have lots of energy to expend on play dates. I have experience handling dogs of all sizes, adapting to new environments, and recognizing signs of aggression before it happens, allowing me to keep your pup safe and happy.

I have the flexibility to give your pets multiple bathroom breaks, walks, or what ever else is needed. Contact me even if you have questions! Plant watering and mail gathering for out of town trips included... Just let me know what your needs are and we can schedule times accordingly. Im available through out the day, 7 days a week. I prefer Havelock clients for in house sitter jobs. If you need a lot of check ins I would rather keep your fur baby at my house, to avoid charging more for gas. I care for pets in their homes based on the guidelines the owners set out. I will always check their food and water bowls, walk or play outside and bathroom break.

About: I am a USMC vet and I’ve been around pets basically all my life and found a passion for it. I have over 4 years with working with pets in a professional field. I currently have open availability during the week and weekend. I’m available any time during the day and any last minute requests for all pets. About: Hello! I’m Brooke! I absolutely love dogs (& all animals really)! I have my own dog, Puck, who I love to take to the lake, on walks and cuddle with. I have been dog sitting for 10 years and I love it. I currently do travel healthcare and I’m looking for a job on the side with my boyfriend’s help too. I can do walks, home visits, overnight sitting in your home and anything else you’d need for your furry friend.
