About: As a Family I’ve been taking care of pets for over 40 years. We took in bunnies, parakeets, dogs, cats. Especially close to my heart are senior pets. I’m home most of the day every day, we go on walks as a family in the morning & evening. I have a minivan available for transporting all sizes of animals. About: I have had pets for over 40 years. My menagerie has included cats, dogs, chickens & pigs! Love all my babies! They live with me from the time they enter my life until the passage of old age. My oldest cat died 1 week of 21 years. I adopted her at 3 months. I have given insulin to one of my cats that was diabetic until she passed d/t the illness. I am currently hospice caring my Pom Bre who is 16 1/2 yrs old. Start & end my days feeding my 4 inside cats, 3 catico cats & 2 dogs. I will be retiring from nursing in July after 41 years of Nursing. Will allow more time devoting to pet sitting & rescue. My babies have free run of the house. I place a pad down in the shower when at work for dogs to use if needed as dogs are 12 & 16 1/2. Dogs are walked every morning & evening, more often on wkends. They get occasional car rides as a treat. They are fed twice a day & Bre gets her thyroid medicine twice a day as well. We play inside with various toys. Cats are treated the same except outside walks. Monthly grooming for dogs & brushing for cats. I also kept Gizzy a dog who's parents had orders to Okinawa & he couldn't go due to age & being quarantined for 6 mths going & coming. He stayed with me for almost 3 yrs.
