About: Growing up I wasn’t able to have pets, so I always volunteered to care for my neighbors pets. It was the best part of my childhood. Now that I have pets of my own, I’ve realized how much goes into it. I’m constantly researching new things to help my pets thrive. I rescued my dog as a puppy from the side of the road when I was 13. I had to learn to potty train her, leash train, etc. Realizing how many things could hurt her, even my everyday foods was enlightening and scary. Learning about cats and dogs is so intriguing and I want to understand each and every animal I take care of on a personal level. I am currently a stay at home mom to a 2 year old and newborn. While my little need a lot of one on one time, they sleep a lot allowing for plenty of time to spend with my fur baby as well as yours! My apartment complex offers a fenced in area for animal play which my pup loves taking advantage of. About once a day we go to said area to play and get all of our energy out, when we’re more on a time crunch we’ll take a lap around the building. We tend to go on walks every 3-4 hours or as Trixie let me know she’s needing to potty!

About: I personally have or have had dogs of all ages from birth to senior dogs. And have experience with rescue dogs as well and the many challenges that can bring when not knowing their background. I've had experience caring for all kinds of animals from birds, rabbits, cats, dogs and also farm animals like goats and cows. My schedule is very flexible as I don't have a regular job and work from home and make my own hours so it makes for a flexible schedule. When I am boarding your fur baby at my home I we have a fenced in area for potty and play time. Can also go for walks if requested. It is just myself and my boyfriend in the home. For many years we had over 7 dogs to which i cared for at one time. including a recent puppy that we purchased and have since potty-trained and trained to do things like retrieving I currently am enrolled at a local community college so my schedule is pretty open on days except Mondays and Wednesdays which are pretty much free after 3pm.
