Bella my pomeranian has never stayed with anyone but my brother in law due to health problems and needing to be hand fed due to her health issue. So needless to say both my girls are a little high maintenance. The girls and I met with Myra and Rick before their stay and it was like they had know each other for years. We went over everything about the girls from their quirks to their specials needs. Myra kept me updated on the girls while they were there and sent me pictures. I have no idea how she got my big dog to stay still but she was able to get the most beautiful picture of her to send me. Both girls seemed to really enjoy their stay. I think they are already missing Myra and Rick. We will be seeing them again soon.”
“This was my first experience with Jimena and I have to say I give her 10/10. My shy doggy had so much fun with her and the other dogs -- he was not bored at all since he could play all day long if he wanted. I will definitely bring my Beauregard back here again. The facility for the dogs is spotless and very well taken care of. We did not have to worry about him at all and we could tune into Facebook to watch videos of the dogs. Jimena also sent us some private videos and we were very grateful that she did that. She is very kind and I would trust her with my baby any time. Received almost daily a picture or video of my dog on a different adventure. He received the attention he needs and it was overall a wonderful experience.....much, much better than taking him to a kennel that is side by side with other dogs and doesn't have the human interaction that my dog desperately craves and gets at our house. I will definitely use Karen again when the need arises.”

“Rachel is AMAZING!! This was my first time boarding my pups (one with anxiety) and using Rover. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 11/10 experience! We did a meet and greet ahead of time, which was super helpful. She has a wonderful setup! A nice, large, fenced-in yard for them to run around and play. The upper deck is perfect for my pups looking out over the yard and resting in the sun. Rachel is a fantastic communicator sending multiple updates, pics and videos throughout the day. With my permission, the dogs were allowed on the couch and provided lots of cuddles and she even slept in the spare room with them (just like home). For my pup with anxiety, she moved slow and gave her time to adjust and settle. My babies got all the play, love and attention they are used to (plus a little more) 😊😊 Also, Rachel was very flexible with me for drop-off and pickup as we were going out of town. About: I have taken care of animals ever since I was younger. I would get paid to walk dogs around my neighborhood and to check on cats. I love hanging out and loving on all animals! Being in college, it makes it hard to have one of my own, but this will allow me to opportunity to be around all the animals that I love! I treat and love your pets as if they are my own! At school there is plenty of grass for the dogs to run around and I am able to bring the crate and everything into my apartment if needed. Athena (also answers to Wiggle Butt, Feenie Weenie, and Miss Afeenz) is my ultimate side-kick. She is truly the highlight of my day and I treat her as family (because she is!). Through having Athena, I know the love of a pet parent. There is nothing I would not do to make sure she is safe, happy, and healthy. I do not trust her with just anyone, therefore I completely understand the trust and bravery it takes allowing someone else to care for your (fur) baby. Your pets will be treated with the same love and care that I give my own Athena, because that is what I would want from anyone watching her. <3 Aside from caring for Athena, I have cared for several dogs (and cats alike!) for overnight care when parents are out of town, daily walks, feeding schedules, and plenty of pets and playtime. About: I have had, rescued, and taken care of a wide variety of dogs from smaller malti-poos to a Dane who had been living on the street, was skin and bones, and ended up 188 lbs. Currently I have Pippa, a 7-year-old Labrador who is allergic to chicken, so I make part of her food. I am home most of the time, except when I host overly-complex board games at the Hickory Library or the Highland Rec Center -- and those sessions are at most 3 hours long. I am home most days, except when I am hosting 3-hour board games at the local library and rec center. Otherwise, I take care of our house and rental properties. I have a large fenced yard -- especially-so since my house sits along North Center Street. I also use carabiners to make sure that gates are locked.

About: Hi! My name is Jade and I am an avid dog enthusiast and college student. I currently own a 1 year old Australian Shepherd and boy oh boy does he have energy. Before him I had another Aussie (female) who acquired cancer around 7-8years old, because of this I have sadly become very skilled with working with sick/hurting dogs. I also love to train dogs, my current Aussie has a Novice Trick Dog title from AKC and we are working on his intermediate title while learning Conformation skills and Therapy dog skills. I am very patient with the pups and am a big believer in positive reinforcement. My Aussie is registered and I am very good friends with his breeder who is very knowledgeable in this field and is always happy to lend a hand. “Rachel is AMAZING!! This was my first time boarding my pups (one with anxiety) and using Rover. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 11/10 experience! We did a meet and greet ahead of time, which was super helpful. She has a wonderful setup! A nice, large, fenced-in yard for them to run around and play. The upper deck is perfect for my pups looking out over the yard and resting in the sun. Rachel is a fantastic communicator sending multiple updates, pics and videos throughout the day. With my permission, the dogs were allowed on the couch and provided lots of cuddles and she even slept in the spare room with them (just like home). For my pup with anxiety, she moved slow and gave her time to adjust and settle. My babies got all the play, love and attention they are used to (plus a little more) 😊😊 Also, Rachel was very flexible with me for drop-off and pickup as we were going out of town. About: I have taken care of animals ever since I was younger. I would get paid to walk dogs around my neighborhood and to check on cats. I love hanging out and loving on all animals! Being in college, it makes it hard to have one of my own, but this will allow me to opportunity to be around all the animals that I love! I treat and love your pets as if they are my own!
