About: I’ve had dogs my entire life since I was a kid. I love dogs and my whole family is very dog friendly. I currently have two of my own dogs, Blizzard my 5 1/2 year old Goldendoodle and Boomer my 8 1/2 year old Beagle. These guys are my best friends! Since rescuing my Goldendoodle Blizzard, I’ve also learned to bathe & groom him, a special skill that takes practice and patience. Boarding Notes: I work from home, so I am able to take care of the dogs and be very flexible with their walking, feeding and bathroom needs. At my house, dogs are welcome on the furniture and on the bed at night but I will respect other owners obedience/rules while caring for their dogs. We have a lot of the room in the house which even has a fun room with toy mountain, a collection of hundreds of dog toys that everyone is welcome to play with! I have a big backyard but it is not fenced in. Instead, I prefer to walk the dogs on leashes/leads or attach them to the dog-run line I have running across the backyard for playtime! House Sitting Notes: I am more than happy to pack up and come stay at your home to watch your dog(s)! My only condition is that I would need to bring my two dogs with me for the house sitting stay. If this is something you would not allow, I will not be able to house sit for you. If you are open to this, we can discuss more about rules/regulations if I were to house sit for you to make sure you are fully comfortable with me and my two dogs staying in your home once you submit the request! Drop In Notes: I am happy to do drop in's to care for your dogs, instead of boarding them at my house. For drop in's, I would stop by 1 or 2 times each day for a length of time you request to play and care for your dogs. I would not stay overnight. I do this for families that would prefer their dogs stay in their own environment and not get boarded. You should only book this if your dog(s) can go 12 hours or more without a bathroom break. If your dog(s) cannot do that, I would strongly encourage you to board your dogs with me or request I house sit - either way I would make sure they are very comfortable and safe. I would love the opportunity to watch your dog(s) and can be flexible with short-term or long-term boarding, drop ins, house sitting - plus other accommodations. I will treat your dogs as if they were my own and give them a lot of love and care for their entire stay! My services are worth the investment so you have peace of mind! If you are interested in my services, put a request in so we can plan everything out. I work from home, therefore I can accommodate many different types of schedules based on a dogs needs. Frequent walks, feeding or medication is no challenge throughout each day/night. Any dog who comes to stay with us will be loved and cared for as if they were my own. Same goes if I am to come care for your dogs at your home. They will get plenty of love and attention with play-time and companionship!

“Ashley (and her family) are wonderful, amazing, trustworthy, loving, compassionate, and overall phenomenal! She is the first sitter we've ever taken our 7.5 month old PJ to so my husband and I were apprehensive because we've only had him 4 months. PJ, although so adorable and very loving, is very hyper and feisty when he sees people and other animals. We are still learning his habits and behaviors so this was our first sitter-test. When we got to Ashley's home, we were greeted by Ashley and Cheyenne. To our surprise, PJ was so happy to see them! He jumped out of the car, went to them, and never turned around to say goodbye - our feelings were hurt, but that was the reassurance we needed to enjoy our time visiting with family for the day and night - we were not worried at all! Ashley even took the time to send us pictures of PJ interacting with the entire family (people and fur family members) and gave us the feedback we need regarding PJ's behavior with others. We will definitely be visiting with Ashley whenever we are in Rocky Mount. I actually wish we lived in the same town so we could have play dates and family outings together. About: For as long as I could remember I’ve been my family’s go-to pet sitter. Anytime my Grandmother had a doctors appointment or my Aunt and Uncle left town, I would be their first choice. I love animals and caring for them, making them comfortable when their families are gone is not an easy task but easing their anxiety and keeping them comfortable is a very rewarding job. I’ve worked with rover in the past when I was in high school and it was a great experience. I am currently working part time but my schedule is relatively flexible. About: I’ve had/been around many different types of dogs my entire life. My family would always want me to come over and train/watch theirs animals for them like I was the go to person for anybody who got a new pet. I also use to volunteer at a boarding company to help feed/walk the dogs. I currently do doordash so I can pretty much fit any request in to my schedule. The most amount of time I would be away would probably be around 5-6 hours. I’m a dependable and caring pet sitter who treats every pet like my own. We can also accommodate requests for no other animals be present, however I am great at acclimating animals with each other. Even ones that do not tend to play nice with others. Always up to you in the end. I have muzzels and a Kennel at both homes (if needed) , cat litter boxes at both locations as well. Leases safety collars , and for a small added fee , daily health tracking during the stay with a special collar monitor tracking device that I have. All pets are treated like family with love care and respect. Will work with all breeds ages and sizes.

“We absolutely love and adore Kayla! We had to find someone last minute to watch over our pup, and she came through! We were able to meet her and have the booking all within 24 hours. Our pup is also quite nervous around new people, very “stranger danger” mode - but he warmed up to Kayla and even snuggled with her during his naps, which is a huge step for him. About: For as long as I could remember I’ve been my family’s go-to pet sitter. Anytime my Grandmother had a doctors appointment or my Aunt and Uncle left town, I would be their first choice. I love animals and caring for them, making them comfortable when their families are gone is not an easy task but easing their anxiety and keeping them comfortable is a very rewarding job. I’ve worked with rover in the past when I was in high school and it was a great experience. I am currently working part time but my schedule is relatively flexible. As far as boarding goes there is and will always be someone at the house caring for the dogs 24/7. I have a large plot of land adjacent to my house for the puppies to play in. I currently have three very friendly small dogs who love to play and make friends.
About: I have had various experiences with dogs and cats. I grew up around animals. I have dog sit and cat sit for friends and families for multiple years now and am very reliable. I have let sit for large dogs that are in older age and needs special care. I have also pet sit for multiple pets at once. It was a small dog and 2 cats. We went in walks, had cuddles, and played games. We even got to play with some toys. I am currently on summer break from teaching and am completely free. About: I first started housesitting and pet sitting with the Rover app in 2020. I am comfortable and confident working with all sizes of dogs due to the wide variety of pets I cared for in Florida as well as Nebraska! A few of the services I provided were, dog walking, light dog grooming, basic gardening and housekeeping tasks. In one special case I cared for a miniature schnauzer with diabetes, I made sure his blood sugar was regular and gave him his insulin shot when needed. About: I have raised many different types of dogs for 15+ years. For the last 5 years, I have housed many different animals in need. I have trained puppies, as well as nervous, and abused dogs. I make sure my home is a very welcome environment for animals of all kinds. Like my husband likes to say, I want a petting zoo in life. I currently work part-time in a pawn shop and full time mom to an adorable little toddler. We love being able to be around and care for animals as much as we can. I go on holidays maybe once or twice a year so I’m always around willing to help train or even just be a companion to your furry friend while you’re away I have an open yard with plenty of space to run around. I also have crates within the house just in case they need to be crated too. I have 3 adult dogs that roam free and are very friendly, as well as 3 puppies, and a 2 cats inside my house as well too. But it’s very rare my cats will come out during the day if I’m housing a dog inside.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life since I was a kid. I love dogs and my whole family is very dog friendly. I currently have two of my own dogs, Blizzard my 5 1/2 year old Goldendoodle and Boomer my 8 1/2 year old Beagle. These guys are my best friends! Since rescuing my Goldendoodle Blizzard, I’ve also learned to bathe & groom him, a special skill that takes practice and patience. Boarding Notes: I work from home, so I am able to take care of the dogs and be very flexible with their walking, feeding and bathroom needs. At my house, dogs are welcome on the furniture and on the bed at night but I will respect other owners obedience/rules while caring for their dogs. We have a lot of the room in the house which even has a fun room with toy mountain, a collection of hundreds of dog toys that everyone is welcome to play with! I have a big backyard but it is not fenced in. Instead, I prefer to walk the dogs on leashes/leads or attach them to the dog-run line I have running across the backyard for playtime! House Sitting Notes: I am more than happy to pack up and come stay at your home to watch your dog(s)! My only condition is that I would need to bring my two dogs with me for the house sitting stay. If this is something you would not allow, I will not be able to house sit for you. If you are open to this, we can discuss more about rules/regulations if I were to house sit for you to make sure you are fully comfortable with me and my two dogs staying in your home once you submit the request! Drop In Notes: I am happy to do drop in's to care for your dogs, instead of boarding them at my house. For drop in's, I would stop by 1 or 2 times each day for a length of time you request to play and care for your dogs. I would not stay overnight. I do this for families that would prefer their dogs stay in their own environment and not get boarded. You should only book this if your dog(s) can go 12 hours or more without a bathroom break. If your dog(s) cannot do that, I would strongly encourage you to board your dogs with me or request I house sit - either way I would make sure they are very comfortable and safe. I would love the opportunity to watch your dog(s) and can be flexible with short-term or long-term boarding, drop ins, house sitting - plus other accommodations. I will treat your dogs as if they were my own and give them a lot of love and care for their entire stay! My services are worth the investment so you have peace of mind! If you are interested in my services, put a request in so we can plan everything out. I work from home, therefore I can accommodate many different types of schedules based on a dogs needs. Frequent walks, feeding or medication is no challenge throughout each day/night. Any dog who comes to stay with us will be loved and cared for as if they were my own. Same goes if I am to come care for your dogs at your home. They will get plenty of love and attention with play-time and companionship!

“Ashley (and her family) are wonderful, amazing, trustworthy, loving, compassionate, and overall phenomenal! She is the first sitter we've ever taken our 7.5 month old PJ to so my husband and I were apprehensive because we've only had him 4 months. PJ, although so adorable and very loving, is very hyper and feisty when he sees people and other animals. We are still learning his habits and behaviors so this was our first sitter-test. When we got to Ashley's home, we were greeted by Ashley and Cheyenne. To our surprise, PJ was so happy to see them! He jumped out of the car, went to them, and never turned around to say goodbye - our feelings were hurt, but that was the reassurance we needed to enjoy our time visiting with family for the day and night - we were not worried at all! Ashley even took the time to send us pictures of PJ interacting with the entire family (people and fur family members) and gave us the feedback we need regarding PJ's behavior with others. We will definitely be visiting with Ashley whenever we are in Rocky Mount. I actually wish we lived in the same town so we could have play dates and family outings together.
