“I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The sitter I found on Rover was absolutely amazing—truly the best people to watch my dog. From the first message, they were responsive, kind, and clearly experienced. They treated my pup like family, sent regular updates and photos, and went above and beyond to make sure he felt safe and loved. I had complete peace of mind while I was away. I’ll definitely be booking with them again. Highly recommend!”

“Autumn had such an amazing time at Eleyah’s! She had so much fun playing, laughing, and enjoying herself that when it was time for pickup, she actually started crying because she didn’t want to leave. That alone says so much about the care and environment Eleyah provides. Eleyah kept great communication with both my husband and me, which made us feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. It’s clear she is very attentive, patient, and genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. Autumn felt safe, happy, and loved, and that means everything to us. We truly appreciate Eleyah so much and are beyond grateful for the kindness and care she showed. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and nurturing!”

“Milo had such a good time and Michel gave multiple updates each day! I will definitely use her again. I also want to note, he played outside quite a bit with her dogs but didn’t come back smelly which was so surprising! Definitely taking my baby to her again the next time we need a sitter ☺️”

“Harley had an absolutely great time with Geysi and Leo. They played and ran around getting lots of attention and exercise. Harley always seems to enjoy her visits and it's so comforting knowing she is in great care. I highly recommend Geysi and Leo as they are an amazing team.”

“Crystal did an amazing job watching my dog Sadie, which is a golden retriever. Crystal went above and beyond most of the rovers I have dealt with on this app. She constantly updated me on when she was feeding and playing with Sadie. She is definitely my number one go to for any Sitter in the area!”

“We used Connie's services once again due to her obvious love and great care of our Zoe girl! She provided updates including pictures and videos that we appreciate so much! It's great to know that our family can depend on Connie to take care of Zoe while we are on vacation.”

“Kelli was able to accommodate a last minute request to watch Caezar. She sent pictures and updates through the day. He seemed to have a great time and was tired out by end of day, he slept so well! I would recommend her and will use her again.”

“Mikayla was amazing! She sent daily updates with the cutest pics and gave our dogs so much love and attention. We felt totally at ease while we were away. Highly recommend and would book again in a heartbeat!”

“Adams and Kasey were amazing! I highly recommend booking with them and we will using them again as well! Maple seemed to really LOVE Adam. They sent lots of pictures and messages! The place is a great spot :) I’m so thankful for you both and caring for Maple!”

“This is the second time I’ve left Sterling with Laura & he had an amazing time! She always communicates well and takes such good care of the pups she cares for. Would always recommend leaving your pup here!”

“I have booked with Ana multiple times. At this point, my dog truly feels like a family member🤣 Thanks again Ana! I truly appreciate you keeping my dog safe which gave me a peace of mind💛”

About: **I do have access to Fort Bragg! :) I’m a lifelong animal lover with 10 years of hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of pets. From smalls puppies to mastiffs and cats to rats, birds, and more! My family and I have rescued and lovingly homed most of our previous pets, which has deepened my understanding of the unique needs and special care that pets sometimes require. I’ve developed patience and a passion for helping pets feel safe, happy, and loved. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, feeding, or simply cuddling (maybe my favorite part), I tailor my care to each pet’s personality and comfort. Your pet’s well-being is my top priority and I PROMISE to treat every animal as if they were part of my own family. I’m excited to offer reliable, loving care that gives you peace of mind while you’re away. I’m currently a full time online student working on my bachelor’s in Health Sciences! I’m available pretty much 24/7, and what better way to fill this time than by taking care of your fur babies?! Depending on your pet’s preferences, we’ll either enjoy cozy indoor playtime and cuddles or stay active with outdoor adventures. Your pet will be fed strictly according to their usual schedule, and my home offers plenty of comfortable spots for restful naps after walks. I live in a safe, pet-friendly neighborhood that’s ideal for their wellbeing. If boarding at your home, I will maintain their regular routine while ensuring they receive plenty of love and engaging activities. Cleanliness is a priority for me, so if you’re comfortable with it, I’m happy to provide complimentary cleaning services while your pet is resting or otherwise occupied, ensuring a fresh and healthy environment!
“Larry and Pamela were great with Odin. They sent pictures each day and kept me up to date on how things were going. I will definitely use their services next time I need someone to watch Odin.”

“This was my first time hiring a sitter (new pet), so I didn't know how it would work or how things would go. To my delight, the process was simple and easy. Now onto the sitter--Jacqueline was outstanding. She kept my cat/kitten (grown lil boy, "Mr") from Thur-Sun. She sent pics of him daily and let me know how he was doing, what he was eating, etc. She brought up no issues with him during his visit with her. I felt at peace seeing the pics (especially the first day) of him and knew he was safe and happy. I'm glad I chose Jacqueline and encourage anyone who's on the fence about getting a sitter, to try Jacqueline....I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. Thank you Jacqueline A....”

“Tiffany was wonderful and my pets loved her. She’s very thoughtful, professional, caring and trust worthy. Wish I’d met her years ago. I’ve already made another booking with her. She helped with the mail, my vacuum robot and got extra items from the store for me. She’s the best!”

About: Hi, all! Years of living with and caring for pets and working as a veterinary assistant has led me to be attentive, knowledgeable, and most importantly, so loving to any and all animals. I currently care for a pup, cat and ducks in my life. I intend to care for your pet as if it were my own! I am easy-going, flexible and willing to abide by any reasonable requests in care-taking. This won’t be considered “work” for me. It’s a bonus for the joy of spending time with and caring for animals and helping out pet parents as well :) I hope to meet you and your pet soon! Krista E. As far as my schedule, I am completely open during the daytime. I work evening shifts five days a week, but my schedule changes weekly. For walking: 1-2 walks a day from the hours of 8-3. I can also do night walks on days that I work, outside of the hours of 3-10ish, depending on the day. If I am off, I can walk at any time in the day or evening. I am willing to make multiple visits in a day. For House Drop-Ins: Similar to above, the evening times may vary. For House Sitting: I receive my schedule weekly, so I am available for overnight at least twice a week. However, if consecutive days are needed, I will be available for morning and afternoon care, but will have to leave for work and return afterward at night. Again, this time varies, so it will be either 3-8:30/9ish that I am gone, or 4-10/11ish. I can understand if this is an issue, but am willing to walk during the day, feed, and let out for a potty break as soon as I am able. I do not accept pets in my home because of the other animals already here, but as far as in yours, I am clean, courteous, quiet, respectful, and most importantly, there to keep your pet well-cared for, entertained, and at ease.

About: I have over five years of hands-on experience with cat care! I currently have two lovely cats of my own (Rocky and Mocha). I am extremely passionate and dedicated to giving quality care to my favorite fur babies! I have been regularly volunteering at a local cat rescue since I was 14 years old. I am comfortable administering oral medication. I take lots of pictures and give frequent, detailed updates throughout the day. I believe all cats have their own unique personality and quirks, and do my best to make them feel comfortable, safe, and well-loved!!

“Raegan was amazing. Super kind, and very communicative. Provided great updates during visits and was super easy to work with. Most importantly did fantastic with my anxious Great Dane. 10/10 will use again!”

“Rey was great to work with . She communicated well and was very thorough in taking care of my dog. She went over and beyond to make sure my pup was okay while I was out of town.”

About: I am an active triathlete, so your pet will have plenty of exercise and entertainment! My own dog is a pitbull mix, so I have experience with aggressive breeds and large breeds. My family dog I take care of when my parents travel is a senior, so I have experience with senior care. I work a hybrid schedule, and days I am home are very flexible as well as weekends. For a typical home sitting job I will do a morning walk and breakfast, midday walk during my lunch, and evening meal and walk. If your dog cannot sleep alone, I can bring them to my home to sleep in a large crate with a clean bed. I am very active, so whether you have a fenced in yard or a neighborhood or would allow me to drive your dog to a nearby trail, they'll have engagement while you are away. I am also proficient in belly rubs, so your dog will have cuddles and comfort. If your dog comes to my home, I have a fenced in yard they can run in while my dog enjoys his sunbathing. In my home dogs are crated while I am away for their safety.

About: Growing up I lived on a livestock farm so my life for animals came natural and at a very early age. I previously worked as a Vet Tech and still currently volunteer for a local rescue, which is how I got 2 of my babies! I would love to keep your loved companions safe and comfortable while you relax on vacation or take care of business for work. I have a completely open schedule at the moment. I can do potty breaks /walks or over night stays for as long as is needed. I have a fenced in yard in a quite neighborhood. Plenty of toys and blankets for everyone and only the best quality dog food and treats. I also have two very friendly dogs of my own but could keep separate if you prefered. I have no limits for space in my house so furniture and such is fair game. I just want them to be comfortable and feel safe.
“Joe and his family did drop in visits for us. We are so incredibly grateful we didn't have to worry about Oreo while we were away. We received pictures everyday and they even brought the mail in for us. Thank you so much for taking care of our sweet Oreo!”

About: I absolutely LOVE cats, but I love dogs as well! I grew up with a cat that I was extremely close to, and now and I have a little one of my own. Though I have never owned a dog myself, I am comfortable around them, have petsit dogs and am more than happy to take care of one! My family used to travel for extended periods of time growing up and I would be so anxious about our pets being at home alone, even though they were being taken care of. I understand that anxious feeling and can definitely offer you peace of mind when you're away. I will be super interactive with your pet and play with them as much as they'd like! It's important to give them lots of attention and love when you are away. Though I am busy with school, I can do many things on my own time, making my schedule very flexible. This is how I am able to fit pet care into my daily routine! I will always keep my home and your home safe for pets! I am careful about what I leave in the open that pets have access to and I always refresh food and water, making sure to keep them in an appropriate location. I will always double-check fencing in the yard to make sure all pets are secure with no possibility of escaping.
“My partner and I went on a two week long trip and we needed someone to check in on our two cats while we were away. Caroline did a fantastic job making sure our cats were set with clean litter, food, and water and she also took the time to keep them company, play with them, and to give them treats. She was communicative, very flexible, and gave us detailed report cards and pictures! We had no worries during our travels and would highly recommend her to others in need of check-ins.”

“I've used them for boarding before and now Buttercup does Doggie daycare with them and I could not be happier. They are communicative and send updates. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. Thank you both and your family for loving my Buttercup like she's one of your own!”

About: I’ve had all animals, big and small. Mostly labs, doodles, and retrievers, but also bully’s, Great Danes, and yorkies. We have a huge fenced in backyard and 2 doodles with the middle name “zoomies”. Our family is looking forward to connecting with you, and an opportunity to love on your pups. Someone is usually always home so crate time is very minimal unless that’s the preference. Plenty of time and space to run and play if weather permits. Huge fenced in back yard for running and playing as well as 2 doodles and 2 children who adore dogs to keep them company while they are hanging with us.

About: I’m a huge animal lover 🥰 and have about 14 years of experience caring for dogs. I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes, but mostly smaller breeds. I’ve been around dogs and helping take care of them since I was 11, and I enjoy giving the love, attention, and care they need. I also volunteered at an animals shelter for about 6 months, giving me the chance to work with dogs in need. We have about 4 dogs total in my family, so sometimes I will have 1, or 2, or none at home with me I am new to the city so as of right now, I am not employed. I have open availability to care for all of your pets needs. My weekly routine is pretty simple. I do computer work, play the game, call my family (literally almost every day) and work out from time to time. Animals tend to be pretty comfortable with me. I would love to hang out and spend some time with your pet, maybe watch a series together or go for a walk if the weather is right. I’m a Starbucks type of a girl, so pup cups are always an option
About: My wife and I have always through the years had some variety of dogs and cats, male and female. Small and not so small 😊At times even birds, rabbits and Guinea pigs. We have taken care of my our grand dogs and grand kitties. We have chosen not to have our own animals friends in this season of our life because of the freedom it gives us to visit our children , grandchildren and great grandchildren we have in different states now. But feel we would enjoy helping others with their friends in our retirement. Our yard has a white picket fence and is a decent size for someone to run around in, but it is not completely fenced in. We are retired. We do not have any daily obligations anywhere. We go to church and we visit our children out of state on some of the holidays. Of course we would keep a close eye on them and see that they have water and ther food and a place to rest and as many potty breaks as needed. Also feel like they should be able to get the exercise they need with fresh air outside. Between a porch and deck that they can enjoy with us. Walking with a lease around the yard and their lease attached to an outside chain for their individual walking/running 😊

Over the years I’ve raised and cared for dogs, cats, multiple species of birds, and even a snake—broadening my expertise with different behaviors, needs, and personalities. “We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! Buddy stayed with Jacky for eight days, and from the very first day we knew he was in great hands. Every morning he was excited to go to her, which says everything about how comfortable and happy he felt with her. Jacky took wonderful care of him, kept him active, and made sure he felt safe and loved throughout his stay. It was such a relief knowing that Buddy was being cared for by someone so reliable, attentive, and genuinely caring. Communication was excellent, everything went smoothly, and Buddy came home happy and tired every day. We are incredibly grateful for the care and attention Jacky gave him and would trust her with Buddy again without hesitation. Highly recommended – 5 stars all the way”

“Mayra was very accommodating from early drop off and a late pick up for dog daycare. My Dog ended up peeing on their furniture, but she was very sweet about it. I felt so bad! Chewy had fun on his play date and came home a happy boy. Thank you!”

I was a government employee on past bases converted stay-at-home mom here at ft liberty now. This allows flexibility and i would love to talk to you and (your pups/kitties) about services I can provide to help comfort you while your babies are being cared for. Let’s be friends and let me love your baby like I do my own! My personal dogs are extremely other animal friendly also! I have a large fenced in yard (almost an half acre) and my personal dogs are sized from 5lbs all the way to 100lbs. I do have 2 indoor only cats who are other pet friendly, they are typically found lounging in a window, upstairs, with a nice bit of sunlight.
About: As a proud four-legged mom, I take pet care very seriously and treat every dog like my own. I’m available every day as a stay-at-home mom, which gives me plenty of time to dedicate to your pets. I have two sweet, well-trained dogs of my own, Jadore and Jiovanni, who are the friendliest pups you’ll ever meet. I even have special days where I cook dog-friendly meals—because making pets feel loved and cared for is so important to me. When I look after your pets, they’ll be treated like family with lots of love, attention, and care. Pet care fits into my daily routine very naturally because it’s something I’m already doing every single day. As a stay-at-home mom and dog mom, I structure my day around making sure my two dogs, Jadore and Jiovanni, are happy, healthy, and cared for. That includes feeding, walks, playtime, training, and lots of love and attention. Because I’m home full-time, I have the flexibility to schedule drop-in visits and walks throughout the day without it ever feeling rushed. Caring for pets is more than just a task for me—it’s a part of my lifestyle. I truly enjoy spending time with animals, whether that means going on walks to get their energy out, making sure they’re fed on time, or just sitting with them for comfort and companionship. Every pet I look after gets the same care and attention I give my own, so it fits seamlessly into my weekly routine. To me, it’s not an “extra” responsibility—it’s something I love to do and look forward to. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always try to keep things as close to their normal routine as possible. I know how important consistency is, so I make sure they’re fed at their usual times, get fresh water, and have plenty of time for play, walks, and bathroom breaks. I love giving them attention, whether that’s cuddle time, playing with toys, or just sitting nearby so they feel comfortable and not alone. I also take care to follow any special instructions you provide—whether it’s medications, feeding preferences, or certain routines that make your pet feel more secure. I pay attention to their behavior and body language to make sure they’re happy and stress-free while you’re away. For me, caring for pets isn’t just about the basics—it’s about making sure they feel loved and safe until you’re back home.
“Haley was great! She agreed to take Micah last minute after another person cancelled. She and her family were friendly and communicative - got plenty of pictures! Nice backyard and Micah had a great time playing with her dogs and cat. He came home tired and happy at the end of the day. Would highly recommend!”

About: Hi! We have over 9 years of pet sitting and taking care of pet experience! I used to work in a dog shelter where there was a quick need for dogs in quick care and for fun playtimes! My husband and I take care of dogs together it helps me especially if the dog is very big and tuff! We are very organized and we are quick to get tasks done. Rey is also bilingual in Spanish and English just in case so there’s no language barrier We also have 2 sweet dogs of our own. We genuinely love dogs and we just love to see them happy it doesn’t take them much to please them and to make their day which we truly have the experience and capability to be able to do that for your dog :) Rey works a part time as a paralegal. She spaces out hours for pet care so she can be able to give any potential furry friend the care that is needed! :) We live in a home with a large, fully fenced backyard where dogs have plenty of safe space to play, explore, and get exercise. We are in a quiet, pet-friendly neighborhood and make sure every dog in our care receives lots of love, attention, and supervision. We understand life can get busy or unexpected plans can come up, so we are happy to accommodate same-day bookings when available to help provide reliable care when you need it most. Whether your pet enjoys relaxing, playing outside, or staying active, we strive to make them feel comfortable, safe, and right at home. We treat every pet like family and always prioritize their safety, happiness, and routine.
About: I’ve had many animal “businesses” since I was little. A doggy care job is perfect for me! I have 3 dogs if my own, ranging from a chihuahua, to a Great Dane! I’ve taken care of my own as well as trusted with my friends and family’s pets. Hi! I am a full time student now, and I do have a job. I keep this open bc I love to help and love animals! I feed them and water them, as well as bathe all of them. And occasionally take them on walks for bit. I’m down for anything!
About: I've been around dogs all my life. My grandparents were breeders for Scotties, Cocker Spaniels and Terriers. My personal pets have been Velvet a cooker spaniel, Tobby a shepherd/lab mix, Doobee a shepherd/collie mix and my current cohort is Harley a 50 lb mixed breed rescue from texas. I have completed over 18 months of weekly training with Harley culminating with AKC canine good citizen certificate. What i learned from that experience was the importance and significance of consistency. Additionally that I am trained to be as consistent as possible in providing the type of care that you prefer for your pet. I'm retired so I am usually available anytime and can do same day appointments. I'm usually up before 6am and keep late night hours also so please feel free to contact me anytime. I have a fenced yard and can easily crate your pet if needed. I have one pet friendly dog at home if your pet likes company. I do not have any children living at my home.

About: I have been a dog lover my entire life and have cared for dogs since I was about 10 years old. I’ve had the privilege of having many different breeds and mixed breeds as part of my family, so I have a lot of varied experience. You can count on me for happy paws and lots of tail wags! I am available to walk or drop in on your dog during the day on weekdays! The hours would be between 9-12:30 Monday through Thursday. We currently have a chocolate lab who is 8 years old and is such a sweetheart. She loves to play fetch in our backyard and go on walks with the family. I plan to treat your dog with the same love and care as my own.

About: I’ve worked a cumulative of 5yrs in vet care before becoming a nurse. I have experience with both the medical care and boarding care of cats and dogs. In the past I have house-sat for clients with 4+ animals and provided walks, playtime, meals and even medications for 3+ days at a time. I also have experience raising puppies from 6months of age. While dogs are my favorite, cats hold a special place in my heart. Currently we have two big, loving fluff ball's of our own. I’m currently working part time so I will have plenty of time to play with, walk, and give potty breaks to your lovable four legged family members. I’m typically available between 7am and 7pm. When I first meet a dog or cat I approach them with caution. I want them to feel as comfortable as possible with a new person in their home. Once they’re comfortable with me I like to give a lot of positive reinforcement with love and treats. I have experience in low-stress handling as well. Happy to take dogs out for potty breaks, walks, and play time. Also happy to care for cats.
About: I have had an animal since I can remember but I was 9 when I first took the responsibilities of caring for furry friends and I still do with my two dogs of my own and I love everyday with it! I have babysat friends dogs before as well as do drop in visits! I currently work 2 jobs but one is only friday-sunday as of right now. It’s a seasonal job so as seasons change so will my availability but I make time for everything! My other “job” would be instacart. The only reason I say it’s a “job” is because I don’t do it everyday but I am around all the areas so I can definitely do drop in visits or take your pups on a walk! I am very energetic especially when it comes to pups so your furry friend will definitely be getting in their workout as well as having a blast whether it’s on a walk or running around and playing with toys
About: Since I can remember I’ve always had a pet dog! My family had dogs growing up and now that I am an adult I have my own! I have trained my pup to the best of my ability and continue to get compliments about it. I’ve always been passionate about pet care and making pets feel like a member of the family, not an accessory. I’m currently employed by the U.S Army. Pet care fits in my routine first thing in the morning, lunch time, and anytime in the evening! I walk my dog daily on a leash around my neighborhood! I would love to walk other people’s dogs! I have a crate for my dog and he is trained to go in at anytime! I have space for a crate if an owner requires their dog to be put up at certain times! My dog is very submissive and is always looking for new friends!
About: I am a certified, licensed, and insured dog trainer and the owner of Chaos To Clarity K9. I work with dogs and their families on obedience, leash skills, everyday manners, and behavior challenges. Many of the dogs I help are everyday family dogs who need guidance with things like pulling on leash, barking, jumping, reactivity, or learning how to settle in the home. I also enjoy working with puppies and helping owners build strong foundations early through clear communication and consistency. I have a strong interest in behavior modification, especially helping dogs work through fear, stress, and reactivity at a pace that keeps them comfortable and learning. My husband is a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) and a combat veteran and former military police K9 handler who trained civilian police dogs. Because of his veterinary background, I’m also able to consult with him when behavior questions may have a possible medical component, which can sometimes play a role in behavior. I also understand that dogs live in real families with real challenges. I live with multiple sclerosis and am raising an autistic four-year-old, so I appreciate how important it is for training to be practical, realistic, and supportive of the household environment. My goal is always to help create calmer, safer, and more enjoyable relationships between dogs and the people who love them. One thing that’s very important to me is paying attention to canine body language and stress signals. Dogs communicate constantly through subtle changes in posture, facial expression, and movement, and recognizing those signals early can prevent many behavior problems from escalating. During training, I help owners learn how to recognize what their dog is communicating so they can respond in a way that builds trust, confidence, and better behavior over time. Dog training is part of my regular weekly routine, and I intentionally keep my schedule structured so each client receives focused attention. My current training availability is: • Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Sunday: Afternoon appointments available by request Closed: Monday and Friday Because each dog and family has unique needs, I limit the number of training sessions I take each week so I can provide thoughtful, individualized guidance and follow-up support between sessions. Safety, trust, and clear communication are always my top priorities when working with dogs and their families. I pay close attention to canine body language and stress signals to make sure dogs remain comfortable and able to learn during training. Training sessions focus on creating a calm, structured environment where both the dog and owner can succeed. I work at the dog’s pace and help owners understand what their dog is communicating so they can respond clearly and confidently. My goal is to create training plans that are safe, practical, and sustainable for everyday life, helping dogs feel more secure while helping owners feel supported throughout the process.

“Amanda took amazing care of my foster kittens. She had the perfect size kitten condo and toys all ready for their visit and provided updates and pictures a few times a day which eased my mind immensely. They had a great time!”
