About: I’ve always been an animal lover, from horses to reptiles! I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, and some of the others throughout. We recently lost our dog to cancer at just shy of 13 years old, and I’m currently volunteering as a dog walker at the animal shelter to help fill that void. With the limited hours available there, I thought we could try this avenue as well. I work full time, but my daughter and I would love to find a dog to walk Wednesday through Friday evenings, or weekends! We are available some weekends for dog/cat care while you’re away as well. We love walking dogs, playing fetch, petting them, and providing lots of love. We enjoy playing with cat toys, and giving them plenty of attention as well.

Before him I had another Aussie (female) who acquired cancer around 7-8years old, because of this I have sadly become very skilled with working with sick/hurting dogs. I also love to train dogs, my current Aussie has a Novice Trick Dog title from AKC and we are working on his intermediate title while learning Conformation skills and Therapy dog skills. About: I grew up with dogs as family pets and have always considered myself a “dog person.” My family had a sheepdog, a black lab, and a Scottish sheepdog, which helped shape my lifelong love for animals. About 30 years ago, I met my wife, a true cat person through and through, and over time I happily transitioned into becoming a devoted cat lover as well. Over the years, my wife and I have shared life with three cats, even taking them on leash walks around the neighborhood—yes, I am proudly that person now. Bella, my 18-year-old super senior cat, just lost her struggle with kidney disease and we miss her dearly. My wife and I spoil our animals all the time. Our cats have always been like children to us and the bonds we build with our animals over the years have been deeply meaningful. In addition to caring for my own pets, I have spent years looking after neighbors’ chickens, rabbits, dogs, cats, hamsters, and even a rat! About: Animals just relax around me. I’ve worked with many pet owners who are apprehensive to leave their pets with anyone due to the pet’s nervous temperaments, and other various quirks, and every single time the animals have surprised their owners by completely settling in with me. I prioritize play, love, and connecting with each individual pet I watch however they specifically need. I’ve looked after animals of all breeds, ages, & temperaments- from anxious & fussy older pets to energetic young puppies. I have experience administering medications to sick animals, hand feeding injured puppies, walking several pets at once, and managing dogs & cats that are a bit wild. I’ve even cared for lizards, turtles, fish, plants (haha), hamsters, birds, & rabbits. Whatever their needs, I will make sure they feel safe, loved, & at home while they’re with me. I am a potter who works from my home studio, and I make my own schedule- so I can generally be flexible and accommodate your pets needs. I love having pets in my home, and breaking away from my studio to get some fresh air and puppy/kitty love too! If I’m working on a big project, it’s nice to have to flexibility to come and go from my studio when possible, or have your pet there with me- but I have worked out all kinds of house sit/drop in/boarding arrangements according to the needs of clients and their pets. About: Have had pets my entire life, bred multiple reptiles in the past, have had several dogs over the years, exotics, still have a 23 year old african grey who is my middle child who won't leave the nest, spent a decade volunteering at a no-kill shelter, multiple animal rescues, have worked in multiple veterinary offices, been vegetarian since 1997, worked as a vegan chef in several restaurants, and still love to cook for potlucks, friends and fun! I'm currently just working a few days a week in a restaurant, no other commitments. Plus it's the longest I've ever been without companion animal of my own, so I have extra time and love to give at the moment. Will follow the owners instructions to the tee, and more often than not spend additional time when possible. I'm currently without pets of my own which is rare for me, so I have an ample amount of attention and care to spare!

About: My family have always owned at least 4 dogs at a time and growing up it was our responsibility as kids to care for them. We would brush them, walk them, feed them, and bath them. I work fully remote and am willing to travel. I would be able to give full attention to your pets. Since my job is remote, it gives me a lot of flexibility with my schedule. About: Hi! My name is Jade and I am an avid dog enthusiast and college student. I currently own a 1 year old Australian Shepherd and boy oh boy does he have energy. Before him I had another Aussie (female) who acquired cancer around 7-8years old, because of this I have sadly become very skilled with working with sick/hurting dogs. I also love to train dogs, my current Aussie has a Novice Trick Dog title from AKC and we are working on his intermediate title while learning Conformation skills and Therapy dog skills. I am very patient with the pups and am a big believer in positive reinforcement.
