I have had many dogs and many cats throughout my life as well as rescued more animals than I can count. For a typical home sitting job I will do a morning walk and breakfast, midday walk during my lunch, and evening meal and walk. If your dog cannot sleep alone, I can bring them to my home to sleep in a large crate with a clean bed. I am very active, so whether you have a fenced in yard or a neighborhood or would allow me to drive your dog to a nearby trail, they'll have engagement while you are away. About: I've had dogs for most of my life, some with health conditions that require medication, so I'm no stranger to the necessities of caring for a pet. I've also had friends who have trusted me with dog sitting and walking their dogs. Providing as much care to pets allows the opportunity to establish a good relationship with them and sooth any kind of anxiety they may experience when their owners are gone. During walks I make sure your dog is not exposed to any danger, such as keeping them away from any moving cars. Staying alert for any other dogs to prevent any kind of behavior that may cause harm. I also make sure to pick after them to keep a safe environment. While dropping in to keep a pet company I make sure they have sufficient water and food, if they need to relieve themselves and play with them/ offer back rubs to sooth them.
About: I have been a dog lover my entire life and have cared for dogs since I was about 10 years old. I’ve had the privilege of having many different breeds and mixed breeds as part of my family, so I have a lot of varied experience. You can count on me for happy paws and lots of tail wags!
