Karin is one of the nicest people I've met and best pet mama, she was very flexible with pick up/drop off times and even offered to come pick Zucchini up for me if needed before I left. About: My experience with cat care started 8 years ago, and my time working with kittens is much shorter, less than 2 years. Learning firsthand at animal shelters as a kid how quick cats can go from loving and vulnerable to sometimes fearful and or/irritable taught me most felines have unpredictable emotions. Because of this I learned to approach and treat cats much differently from how I would a dog to get a better chance of bonding. I currently live with three cats and including them I have cared for almost every different coat color besides the infamously chaotic orange tabby.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 12 years old. From large breeds like husky to small dogs like Pekingese, each one has been a part of the family. I love spending time with my own dogs (2 female pits) and love making new friends. I do have a full time job but I’m also available to provide care for your pet during the week, at nights, and on the weekends. I have a fenced in back yard and both of my pets are dog friendly. I also have a crate for puppies in potty training. My dogs are walked daily and bathed often.

I’ve taken care of 3 elderly dogs and helped them be as comfortable as possible before dying at home. Groomed our family dogs for years. I’ve helped my dogs and others after surgery and have experience giving medication. We have a single story home with only three steps to the backyard and two to the front yard. My husband and children are wonderful at cuddling and playing with all the dogs we get to meet. We will provide the full spectrum of care needed to help your furbaby feel loved and safe while away from their own family. I’m home most of the day every day, we go on walks as a family in the morning & evening. I have a minivan available for transporting all sizes of animals. We homeschool and my husband helps whenever I need to take the kids to activities. There are very few times where we are all away from home, so we are able to give extra attention. I have a large fenced yard with chickens (in their own fenced area) and my cats are friendly and live outside the home. Our home is a single story and the only steps are three to the backyard and two to the front yard. Our garage is heated/cooled and a great space to keep large kenneled pets. Our neighborhood is quiet and has a great road for walking on.

About: I have had pets for over 40 years. My menagerie has included cats, dogs, chickens & pigs! Love all my babies! They live with me from the time they enter my life until the passage of old age. My oldest cat died 1 week of 21 years. I adopted her at 3 months. I have given insulin to one of my cats that was diabetic until she passed d/t the illness. I am currently hospice caring my Pom Bre who is 16 1/2 yrs old. Start & end my days feeding my 4 inside cats, 3 catico cats & 2 dogs. I will be retiring from nursing in July after 41 years of Nursing. Will allow more time devoting to pet sitting & rescue. My babies have free run of the house. I place a pad down in the shower when at work for dogs to use if needed as dogs are 12 & 16 1/2. Dogs are walked every morning & evening, more often on wkends. They get occasional car rides as a treat. They are fed twice a day & Bre gets her thyroid medicine twice a day as well. We play inside with various toys. Cats are treated the same except outside walks. Monthly grooming for dogs & brushing for cats. I also kept Gizzy a dog who's parents had orders to Okinawa & he couldn't go due to age & being quarantined for 6 mths going & coming. He stayed with me for almost 3 yrs.

About: My experience into dog care started 9 years ago, and my time working with cats started less than a year later. My experience of both dogs with a hyper or dissociative personality and felines with bad temperament was mostly gained while working at various animal shelters. Some shelter dogs and cats are not temperamental on their own but sometimes will instinctively react to those who are being the aggressors, as is their nature. it's often very similar at dog parks- A Gathering of many unknown dogs, some likely to be reactive to others and always a few having chance of causing a fight. Something I keep in mind for safety every time I have an interaction with a dog I don't know while walking someone else's that I was entrusted the care of, is that other animals I don't know will always be unpredictable. Outside my charity work for shelters, for an even longer amount of time I've taken care of pets of many ages and breeds for family/friends going on 9 years now. I have handled many large breeds; Labradors, Huskies, Great Danes, German Shepards, Mastiffs. I have also worked with various medium and small sized breeds. My total 2 years of experience with puppies was spread out caring for and helping raise pups my sister had gotten. Between raising puppies and trying to work with pets giving me a hard time during the course of my many dog sitting jobs I have seen and learnt countless things about our furry friends! To list a few; common dog and cat habits, nutrition, toxic foods for dogs, signs of aggressive body language in pets, and abnormal behavior alongside possible causes. Any and all pet needs such as sitting, walking, etc. I'm available to do every day of the week, as I have a clear schedule for the time being. When at a client's house, if instructions are not already given to me I will ask the owner's typical routine with their pet and see what they want or need done for their dog or cat. I'd Also ask general house rules like backyard access, and if I could entertain the fuzzy friends with toys for enrichment.
About: I have always had dogs growing up and have had cats the last 2 years. They are family and I love yours the way I love mine. I’m available 24/7 for ALL of your pet care needs. I know that every pet is different and requires special care. It is not a one size fits all. I prefer pet sitting at your home because it is more comfortable and convenient for your pet. About: I have been raised around rescuing animals and raising them my whole life. I always make sure that they have the option to use the bathroom and always have access to water so they never get dehydrated. If they take any medicine, I make sure I have an alarm that lets me know it's time for them to take it! I always make sure that the dog feels comfortable at all times, and I always keep the owner updated to keep them comfortable and relaxed. I know your dog is your best friend, but when you can't be there with them, let me take care of them until you can! I do have base access! I have a very open schedule throughout the week and would love to play with your fur baby while you are away! So don't you worry, they will definitely get loved on until you get back! One way I ensure your baby is safe is by always going outside with them even when it's bad weather! I try to always make sure that your fur baby feels calm and safe no matter the situation. Another way I make sure they are safe is ensuring they are not in an area they are not normally allowed in alone. If we were to go on a walk or an adventure, I'd make sure they have on their collar and leash and of course send you lots of pictures while we're out!
About: I have worked with Anna’s Angels doggy day care (4 years) & unleashed (2years). I have also had a variety of animals in my life. Animals are loving and caring, you just have to be patient with them. I have experience with grooming maintenance and health care aid as well. I treat all animals like family, Yes!! I allow all pets on my couches, bed , furniture (etc). I’m a a college student studying to get my degree in psychology. This has left me with a lot of free time. I tend to just dog sit my sisters 2 miniature pinscher‘s but I was introduced to Rover and with my love for animals I thought we’d be a great fit. About: While I am new to rover I have experience with my parents senior dog and administering medications as needed, I am a proud owner of a stubborn chihuahua and my schedule is flexible to meet the individual needs of my clients. I also have base access for our military families. Before booking with me you should be aware: I can accept bookings as little as 3 days before your trip, depending on availability. I do require a meet and greet beforehand with you and your pets to make sure everyone is comfortable and that it’s a good fit. A few things to know: 🐾 All pets behavior must match what is listed on their profile. 🐾 All pets must be potty trained. 🐾 I do not take puppies or kittens. 🐾 Any medications, dietary restrictions, behavioral issues, or special care needs need to be discussed before booking and demonstrated prior to stay. My schedule is flexible. I am a stay at home mom and am able to schedule care into my day. If there is anything I am unable to do I will be open and honest with you. About: He tenido mascotas toda mi vida, amo los animales, mis amigos y familiares me han confiado a sus mascotas porque saben que los cuido con dedicación y compromiso como si fueran mis hijos, me gusta bañarlos, alimentarlos y pasear con ellos. Actualmente no tengo trabajo, solo voy al gym 2 hrs por la mañana de lunes a viernes, voy a dejar a mis hijas a la escuela a las 7:20 AM y las voy a recoger a las 2:30 PM tengo un chihuahua que es sociable y tranquilo y podría hacerle compañía a tu perro, siempre llevo a mi perro a la escuela, cuando voy a dejar o a recoger a mis hijas,si tú no tienes ningún problema tu perro podría acompañarnos también, tengo bastante tiempo disponible entre semana y fines de semana. Tengo jardín, no está completamente vallado pero mi casa es amplia, normalmente mi perro se mantiene adentro y lo saco al jardín para hacer sus necesidades y salimos a caminar por el vecindario que es seguro y tranquilo.
