Willow unfortunately had a paw injury a few days prior to our trip, I was so anxious about leaving my baby when she's hurting. BUT Barb went above and beyond to provide excellent care, give medication, and was even able to remove Willow's bandage per vet orders when needed. She kept in great communication with me the entire time and provided daily pictures and updates. I absolutely recommend Barb for all your dog sitting needs. She truly treats them like family.”

About: I have been caring for animals since pet sitting for my aunt and uncle’s 3 rowdy dogs as a teen, sometimes up to a month when they went on long trips. I also have cared for dogs of my own for most of my adult life and consider them to be members of the family. My current dog Ron has some special care needs which has taught me to be patient and sensitive to pups who need a little extra care and attention. I would love to welcome your furry buddy into our home and would treat them like another member of the family. I currently work from home so am able to give your pup lots of attention and exercise. I also am a very active person and love to frequent the local trails if that is something you would like for your pup. I have a fenced front and back yard and a dog door that can be locked if need be. I have multiple dog beds and also allow dogs on the furniture (I of course will not allow it if it’s a behavior you don’t want your dog to learn). Like I said, I consider them to be part of the family.

About: Over the years I've watched dogs, cats, alpacas, horses, chickens, sheep, turkeys, goats, birds, you name it. I've stepped in for people absolutely love their animals AND also love to travel, or sometimes just need to be away for work. I've done everything from walking property perimeters with Great Pyrenees to ensuring high-energy dogs can get that energy out constructively. I have no problem following long lists of instructions for morning vs. evening meals and beyond (special ingredients, special order of operations, medications, supplements). If you'd like to me to stay with your furry, fluffy, or feathered friend, you can trust that upon your return everything will be tidy, clean, and exactly the way you left it. I'm not working at the moment, which means I have plenty of time during the day to make sure your pet gets the attention you want. I like to be active during the day, which could include bringing your pet along for some exercise. I'm also very content to hunker down with a good book in the evening and just spend time being a companion to your pet. When coming to your house to watch your pet, I will treat your space with utmost respect and care for your animal like it was my own. I'm very careful about locking doors, closing gates, etc., and have no problem following any instructions you want to share.

About: Greetings! I've grown up with adopted dogs and have raised one from a puppy to adulthood. My entire home is open to pups (human beds and furniture), but will adhere to any rules you have in your home. My neighborhood has a lot of kids and other dogs around, as well as large common areas for running around. Can administer medication via treats or orally. Have experience working with dogs on- and off-leash, as well as in packs. Will be able to transport pups in a roomy vehicle all around town and beyond. My daily schedule is pretty flexible, and I'm open to hosting pups in my house or dropping in at the comfort of your pup's own home. Tell me all about your furry friend. I work from home and only take one client at a time (up to 2 dogs), which allows me to provide 24/7 personalized care in a safe, loving, and playful environment. “Teresa was absolutely great with Glacier. Glacier stayed with her for a week and he came home one happy and tired pup. Which says a lot because it takes a lot to make a husky tired. She was also very flexible with me, as I had to change dates around on her a bit. Glacier has to receive zinc pills and Teresa was great about giving him his pills as he came home completely healthy. She also kept me updated on the long hikes they took together. I definitely will be asking her to watch over Glacier in the future.”
“Barbara is amazing! Total peace of mind if your pup is in her care. She took great care of our high energy border collie Willow for a week. Willow unfortunately had a paw injury a few days prior to our trip, I was so anxious about leaving my baby when she's hurting. BUT Barb went above and beyond to provide excellent care, give medication, and was even able to remove Willow's bandage per vet orders when needed. She kept in great communication with me the entire time and provided daily pictures and updates. I absolutely recommend Barb for all your dog sitting needs. She truly treats them like family.”

About: I have been caring for animals since pet sitting for my aunt and uncle’s 3 rowdy dogs as a teen, sometimes up to a month when they went on long trips. I also have cared for dogs of my own for most of my adult life and consider them to be members of the family. My current dog Ron has some special care needs which has taught me to be patient and sensitive to pups who need a little extra care and attention. I would love to welcome your furry buddy into our home and would treat them like another member of the family. I currently work from home so am able to give your pup lots of attention and exercise. I also am a very active person and love to frequent the local trails if that is something you would like for your pup. I have a fenced front and back yard and a dog door that can be locked if need be. I have multiple dog beds and also allow dogs on the furniture (I of course will not allow it if it’s a behavior you don’t want your dog to learn). Like I said, I consider them to be part of the family.
