About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was 15 and have loved every minute! I spent a year working for Telluride Humane Society in Telluride CO where I got to socialize rescue animals and get them acclimated to life in a home. I have experience caring for senior dogs with mobility issues as well as developing and executing a plan to get over weight dogs healthy again. I took a break from Rover during my undergrad to focus more on my studies, but as a graduate student at MSU I have a fairly flexible schedule and am excited to start taking care of pets again! I am currently a graduate student at MSU with a fairly consistent but open schedule. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I have class until 1pm. Tuesdays and Thursdays are entirely set aside for my personal research which means that I am on my own schedule and have more flexibility to help! I love an affectionate pet and am happy to give them plenty of love and attention! Though, I also understand that some of them prefer to keep to themselves especially around a new person. I believe I know how to read their body language and figure out where to go from there. I would love to be able to take care of pets at my own home, but our homeowners don’t allow it so I would mainly have to do house visits (which I think is more comfortable for the pet anyway).

I also have experience caring for and administering medications for senior dogs. I would love to keep your furry family member company while you’re away! I have schedule flexibility as a mental health therapist and a lot of extra time as the summer months are typically slower. We can discuss longer term care as well since I can design my own schedule and will have weekend availability in the winter months. I love being active! I can easily crate your dog if needed and will never let the dog leave the house without a leash. I will keep pet care within parameters that you’re comfortable with and can spend as much time with your pet as you would like.

About: I have worked with children and animals since I was old enough to handle the responsibility. I grew up in a typical suburb in St. Louis, Missouri and always helped watch neighbors pets and children and have done it through college, post college, and presently speaking. I currently volunteer at Heart of the Valley animal shelter in Belgrade, MT offering enrichment, walks, and sleepovers to pups that need some extra love. I am extremely reliable and timely. I treat others loved ones as my own. I don’t have any allergies to pet hair or dander. I have regular clients through referrals and am looking to add a few to my roster. I love watching all types of animals! I only watch well socialized, nonreactive pups. I work for myself and make my own schedule but also work a part time job at the airport. I have a lot of flexibility and love spending time with animals and being outdoors. My dogs are very friendly and love to play. I am very active. If you request house sitting I can’t be there 24/7. I enjoy hiking everyday and hope your dogs can come with me. I understand some folks want their dogs to stay at their home. I just want to share I will still need to be gone parts of the day taking care of my dogs as well as other daily life tasks and my part time job. I prefer boarding at my home overall but can accommodate house sitting. I live in downtown Belgrade with my husband. We have a large fenced in yard at .4 acres and a doggie door. We have three wonderful dogs; a mini Aussie, a golden retriever pit lab mix, and a lab pointer mix. I have a separate, personal, insurance plan for pet daycare & boarding, with expanded coverage for client pets. I am happy to share my certificate including all limits for general liability, vet care, human medical coverage, damage to property, and more. I also know how to perform CPR on pets.

I enjoy sending daily updates via text so you can enjoy a stress free trip! I live with two dogs of my own who are early risers and full of energy. About: Growing up with animals has taught me the importance of their care and well being. They are all so unique, why we love them so! I work for myself in Bozeman, therefore I have a very flexible schedule. I am available seven days a week, all times of the day! I have a very large yard right on the trails. We are close to streams for swimming and Peet’s hill for socializing, we stay entertained!
