“Jennifer is very kind and thoughtful. She watched Gunney over a holiday weekend and sent pictures and updates of him each day. He has an issue with socks, and she made sure he was safe and didn’t eat anything he shouldn’t during his stay. Gunney was returned to us happy and exercised. Thanks for the great stay!”

About: We are easy going and patient dog lovers. We can work on training commands, tricks and techniques if you'd like or just snuggle and pet your pup. We are former animal shelter volunteers and in our experience, all dogs have their own personalities and quirks and they must be allowed to express themselves as individuals. Our level of activity can range from chill to thrill to fit your pups personality, abilities and needs. We've dabbled in everything from couch sitting to basic training to agility work. At least one of us is home most of the day so we're available for extra playing indoors and extra walks. If you let us hang with your pup we guarantee that although they will miss you, they won't miss out on attention and love. Between our family of four, someone is almost always home! Additionally, my wife works from home so we can accommodate any walking, feeding and medication schedules easily. We live in a house with a fenced in yard and would love to run around and play fetch. When taking your pet for a walk we always use a leash. As former shelter volunteers we are well aware of the heartbreak caused by a lost dog.
“Emma is extraordinary, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Cleo got tons of snuggles, comfortable lounging time, and plenty of exercise. She also sent detailed updates and absolutely gorgeous photos. I would trust her with Cleo again in a heartbeat.”

“Danielle did a great job taking care of my elderly cat and my house! She was available on a holiday weekend and kept me informed with cards and pictures. I came home to a content kitty.”

“Bri took great care of my two kitties while I was away. I came home to happy cats and a clean living space! One of my cats has a disability that requires extra attention with feeding and the health issue has lead to my own anxiety around pet care. Bri gave me so much peace of mind while I was away and often out of service. I highly recommend her. If she’s available in the future I’ll be happy to book with her again. Thank you, Brianna!”

“Gabriel has been very flexible with dropping in on our kitty. We also receive many photos which is often the highlight of my day when away on trips. Not only that but he definitely shares a great love for the critters he takes care of.”

“Ryan is an absolute GEM! I would rebook her to watch my cat any day. She was very communicative and relaxed in scheduling which was amazing. I had a last minute trip pop up for work and Ryan booked with me a week out. I was SO grateful!! She was so kind to my cat, she even cleaned her dishes (which was an extra service from her that was so greatly appreciated). Babs (my cat) can be sneaky and skittish around new people, but Ryan made a great relationship with her in a matter of days. Ryan is just an EXCELLENT sitter that I would recommend to anyone with a particular cat like Babs!”

“I had to be away from my kitty Ashke for WAY longer than I normally have to, as my grandmother had passed away and I needed to be home in California to handle her memorial and other things. Louise went above and beyond with Ashke, not just checking to make sure she was fed and doing well, but spending a while with her every day giving her love and pets. I got pictures almost every day of Ashke and she looked happy and well taken care of. So so grateful that someone like Louise was taking care of my fur baby, it meant I could enjoy my time with my family without worrying about Ash. Thank you Louise!!”

“Kaitlyn was attentive to feeding our cats, giving one of them medication, and hanging out with them! She was reliable and communicative, and we’d work with her again!”

“Emily has taken care of my cats a few times. She is very professional and good with them. I feel at ease while away from my place. It's nice to know I have someone reliable and experienced with taking care of animals.”

“Thank you so much for looking in on the cats! The litter box room was much cleaner than expected and the cats were happy campers. Thank you for going above and beyond to bring in our Factor drop off.”

“Quinn was an amazing sitter for our kitty Murphy! From the very beginning, they were quick to respond, incredibly receptive, and made us feel completely at ease. It was clear that Quinn truly cares for animals—they were respectful of our home and kept everything clean. When we returned, Murphy was so happy and relaxed, which made us feel confident that they were in great hands the whole time. We really appreciated Quinn’s trustworthiness and the peace of mind they gave us while we were away. We can’t wait to have them back next time we travel!”

“Haley is a rockstar!! She was so helpful and accommodating, she had such an awesome attitude, and she was so nice to my kitty! She kept me updated with photos and was a great communicator. My kitty clearly had such an amazing time with her. I came home to a very happy puff ball.”

“Alaina was a very caring and thoughtful cat sitter and house sitter for the week she took care of our 3 cats. Upon our return the cats seemed in good spirits and the house was clean and in order. We will definitely ask her back and hope she is available when we are in need again! Thank you Alaina!”

About: Cats have always been a huge part of my life, and I have over 10 years of experience cat sitting. I grew up in a family with multiple cats and currently have two of my own. Over the years, I’ve cared for cats of all ages, personalities, and needs, including kittens, senior cats, anxious cats, and cats requiring medication or extra support. I also have experience fostering kittens, which taught me how to care for young cats, monitor their health, and help them feel safe and comfortable. I’ve cared for cats with disabilities, including those missing limbs, and understand the patience and attention that special-needs pets may require. Whether your cat is social and playful or shy and independent, I take the time to learn their routine and personality so they feel comfortable while you’re away. I am experienced with both indoor and outdoor cats and always prioritize their safety, well-being, and happiness.

Prices are estimates per day. Pricing may vary based on your search. A booking fee of 11% and taxes will apply.
About: Thought I'd try this app out to make an extra buck. I am a lover of all pets, well maybe not spiders. I grew up in the remote country of Wisconsin, with a bunch of farm animals, as well as cats and dogs. Growing up with pets, and farm animals is crucial for knowing animals. I'm always taking my roommates dog for walks, and to the dog park. We have a big fenced in yard in the heart of Missoula. Meru (my roommates female dog) is really friendly and loves all other cats and dogs. I would focus my energy on your dogs and cats of course, but if Meru and your dogs cross paths they'll be best friends for the day. Hope to hear from you, and lend a helping hand with your best friends. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I make sure pets get plenty of attention throughout the day — not just quick check-ins. I’m able to provide regular potty breaks, feeding schedules, playtime, walks, and companionship while keeping a calm, clean environment. I also make time for photo/video updates so owners always know how their pets are doing. I enjoy building routines around each pet’s individual needs and personality. I care for every pet like they’re my own and focus heavily on safety, comfort, cleanliness, and communication. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, energy level, and any special needs so they feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible. In my home, I provide a calm, clean environment with plenty of supervision, attention, potty breaks, playtime, and space to relax. I always introduce pets carefully and prioritize safety at all times. In clients’ homes, I respect their routines and instructions closely to help pets stay comfortable in a familiar environment. I keep feeding schedules, walks, litter boxes, medications, and daily care consistent while also providing regular photo and video updates for peace of mind. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for while their owners are away.
“I had an excellent experience with Kenneth, who recently watched my dog, Arnie. Kenneth was incredibly flexible and accommodating with my schedule, which made everything so much easier. His kindness and genuine love for animals were evident from the start. He kept me updated with regular photos, showing how happy and well-cared-for Arnie was. I felt completely at ease knowing that Arnie was in such good hands. I highly recommend Kenneth to anyone in need of a reliable and caring pet sitter!”

“Seriously the best dogsitter ever! I was in town for an event with a schedule that kept changing so my plans were all over the place and Danielle was so helpful and came to the rescue last minute when I needed an extra day of daycare. My dog came home happy and he clearly had fun :) I've already booked Danielle again!”

About: I have been caring for animals since pet sitting for my aunt and uncle’s 3 rowdy dogs as a teen, sometimes up to a month when they went on long trips. I also have cared for dogs of my own for most of my adult life and consider them to be members of the family. My current dog Ron has some special care needs which has taught me to be patient and sensitive to pups who need a little extra care and attention. I would love to welcome your furry buddy into our home and would treat them like another member of the family. I currently work from home so am able to give your pup lots of attention and exercise. I also am a very active person and love to frequent the local trails if that is something you would like for your pup. I have a fenced front and back yard and a dog door that can be locked if need be. I have multiple dog beds and also allow dogs on the furniture (I of course will not allow it if it’s a behavior you don’t want your dog to learn). Like I said, I consider them to be part of the family.
“Shiloh nearly jumped out of the vehicle, knowing where she was going. And then ran right into Kerry's house, ready for the action of kids, dogs, and a cat! Great stay as always - thanks!”

“Ben and Tuuli are the best! My pup was so stoked every time we pulled up to Ben’s house and I knew that he’d be having a great day with them. He was happy and tired after full days of play and walks. Ben is incredibly easy going and responsible. I never had a worry leaving Woody in Ben’s care and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an awesome pet sitter!”

“Teresa is the best! Finn is always excited to go there and has so much fun. Teresa is really great with Finn and has taken him on walks and to the dog park. She also has a great yard for him to play in. Thanks Teresa!”

“Alyssa was super easy to communicate with. I was glad Maizey got to spend the day running out her energy with Dolly. Maizey is definitely a handful, so it’s always good when she can get out some of that puppy energy.”

“This was our first time using Rover and wow! Chico had a wonderful time, and Tavia kept us updated throughout the day with photos. We are so happy with Tavia and her communication. If we are ever back in the area, we will send our pup there again!”

“Bison LOVED her stay with Aderley! She had so much fun she didn’t want to come home! Aderley took amazing care of Bison, like she was her own! I’m so happy I found Aderley, she is the sweetest and has the kindest heart! I couldn’t recommend her more!! She played with Bison, walked her, fed her and snuggled her! I will definitely be booking with Aderley again!”

“Megan is both responsive and responsible. She seamlessly folded my dog Emerson into her play time with her cute dog Cheddar. She sent several pictures to show that Emerson had a great day! I would definitely use Megan again if I need sitting in the Missoula area. Thanks Megan and Cheddar!”

About: Greetings! I've grown up with adopted dogs and have raised one from a puppy to adulthood. My entire home is open to pups (human beds and furniture), but will adhere to any rules you have in your home. My neighborhood has a lot of kids and other dogs around, as well as large common areas for running around. Can administer medication via treats or orally. Have experience working with dogs on- and off-leash, as well as in packs. Will be able to transport pups in a roomy vehicle all around town and beyond. My daily schedule is pretty flexible, and I'm open to hosting pups in my house or dropping in at the comfort of your pup's own home. Tell me all about your furry friend. Hoping I can meet you and your companion soon! I have a very sporadic work schedule, so I'm home frequently during the weekdays and weekends, and typically am only gone from the home for about 5 hours if I have to be somewhere. I'm able to accommodate frequent walk and bathroom break schedules, have experience taking multiple dogs in my car to hiking trails and other adventure areas. When I'm available to work, I'll frequently be with your pet throughout the day and overnight. While I do not have a fenced yard, I live in a quiet neighborhood with open grassy areas and safe sidewalks. Will frequently run into kids of all ages in the area, and they're very responsive to dogs of all temperaments. If in your home I'd like to know anything and everything to keep your pet safe and comfortable, if you have cameras indoors or outdoors, as well as anything else about your pet's routine.
“Jennifer was great! My puppy loved hanging out with her and the other dogs. Perfect backyard for lots of playtime and fun. Loved all the videos and pictures she sent throughout the day. I will be using her again and would recommend to everyone else!”

About: I have taken care of neighbors and friends pets throughout my early teens up to the present. I have taken care of mostly dogs and cats but have cared for lizards, hamsters, guinea pigs and fish. I have trained my two dogs commands like sit, down, shake and wait. As a sitter/walker I will love spending time with your pets, as I miss my family‘s pets that are in my home town! I am a full time pharmacy student at the University of Montana so my falls and springs are pretty busy with class. However I will always make time to spend time with the pet(s) when I can. I will always try and make time for a daily walk if taking care of dogs and spend time playing with cats. Back at home I have two dogs and a cat. So I know that trash should be securely placed and poop should be picked up regularly in the yard and in public areas. I love my pets at home and show them lots of affection and love and I hope the people watching would do this too.
“Molly communicates well, and she showed great sensitivity to my (slightly difficult) dog's emotional needs. She was prompt and professional. Definitely would hire again.”

About: I’ve loved animals my entire life and grew up caring for multiple cats while being around dogs and other pets through family and friends. I understand that every pet has a unique personality, routine, and comfort level, and I always take the time to make them feel safe and cared for. I have experience feeding, walking, playing with, cleaning up after, administering basic medications, and providing companionship to pets of different ages and energy levels. Whether your pet loves adventures, playtime, cuddles, or simply having a calm presence nearby, I adapt my care to their individual needs. What sets me apart is my reliability, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I strive to provide the same level of care and affection that I would want for my own pets. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I have a flexible schedule and enjoy staying active, which makes it easy for me to provide walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship throughout the day. I prioritize clear communication and reliability so pet parents can feel confident their pets are receiving consistent care and attention while they’re away. I prioritize each pet’s safety, comfort, and routine. In a client’s home, I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and household rules. I make sure pets have plenty of attention, fresh water, and a clean environment while respecting their boundaries and personalities. I understand how important trust is when someone is caring for your pet and home. I provide updates, photos, and communication so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.
About: I work part‑time and have a very flexible weekly routine, which means I’m able to spend extended, consistent time with pets throughout the day. I’m usually home for large stretches of the morning and early afternoon, and I keep my schedule intentionally open so I can prioritize walks, playtime, and companionship. My home is close to town, and I don’t have a long commute or rigid office hours. How I found my first Cat! When I was in middle school; I found my first cat through a local shelter. I was so committed to giving her a safe and loving home that I created a full slideshow explaining how I would care for her and presented it to my parents. That experience taught me responsibility & empathy . Since then, my dedication to helping animals has only grown, and I’m eager to bring that same level of care, initiative, and compassion to a shelter team. Pet care is part of my daily routine; I schedule structured walks, maintain consistent feeding and play times, and provide attentive house‑sitting throughout the week. I’m an extremely outdoors‑focused person; long walks with any animal are my daily reset. In both my home and clients’ homes, I provide dependable, attentive care through structured walking routines and responsible, detail‑oriented house‑sitting.
“Jessica is so wonderful! She was so sweet to our pup and gave us updates and pictures from the walk which made us so happy. She was able to help us out on short notice. We definitely recommend her!”

“Bella and Erik are super nice and helpful, and my dog Oliver took to them immediately. I'm so grateful to have found such lovely people to take care of my pooch at our new home.”
About: I love spending time with dogs, teaching them new tricks and getting familiar with their personality. Also, my family has adopted up to a total of twelve dogs my whole life, so I can confidently say that I'm qualified for this position. Dogs need attention and my attention is focused on making all dogs happy, as they do for us. Ever since I left my parents house, I started to realize the effect that my parents dogs had on me. Dogs have always been a big part of who I am and I can fully relate with dog owners who consider their dogs as another family member. :) This is my attempt at recreating the connection that has dissipated ever since I left home. Woof!
“I would highly recommend Ryan as a dog walker. Gus, our 11 month old Bernese Mountain Dog absolutely LOVED Ryan. She was timely, and very pleasant to work with. Gus is 115 lbs and Ryan had no problem managing such a large playful puppy! We will definitely request Ryan next time we need a dog walker or sitter. Kristi”

About: I was raised around both dogs and cats, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. Since moving to Missoula from Atlanta, I’ve been missing my own family’s pets and am excited to share that love with others. Pet sitting gives me the chance to fill my cup by spending time with animals while also helping families feel at ease knowing their pets are cared for. I work full time, but since my job is fully remote, it’s easy for me to step away throughout the day. This flexibility allows me to give pets the attention they need—whether that’s walks, playtime, or snuggles—without disrupting their routine. Caring for animals fits naturally into my schedule, and I love being able to break up my workday with their company. In my client’s home, I focus on keeping pets comfortable by sticking to their usual routine—mealtimes, walks, play, and plenty of affection. I make sure their environment stays safe, clean, and stress-free, while also giving them extra love and attention so they don’t feel lonely while you’re away. If caring for pets in my own space, we have a fully fenced in yard and my roommates have a wonderful 2.5 year old dog named Murphy. She’s the best and does great with other dogs!
About: Howdy! My name is Emily and I’d love to hang out with your doggo(s)! I was raised in a home where the pets were just another one of the kids! I moved to Missoula about 8 years ago with my now husband (who is from here) to go back to school and return to my familiar roots in the mountain west. Previous to living in Missoula I was a professional dog walker and pet sitter for a company called Woof Walks in Oakland, CA (please feel free to ask me about my off leash adventures!) While I'm no longer working with animals full time, I'd love to continue to provide pet care services. I understand how hard it can be to find a dog sitter, let alone someone you feel comfortable leaving with your beloved pets. Whether I get to spend time with your dog just one time or on a reoccurring basis, I would love to have the opportunity to take care of your animals! I am currently workng remotely from home so I have a very flexible schedule when it comes to taking care of your beloved fur babies! When I'm pet sitting, I adjust my day to revolve around you dog(s) and their needs! While I work remotely from my computer, I have flexibility to accommodate any feeding and walking schedules + play time and cuddles in between!
About: I have been working at a dog kennel for the past 2 years now, and I absolutely love it! My responsibilities include walking dogs, feeding, cleaning, and administering medication. I feel very comfortable around all kinds of dogs, and I know how to properly work with dogs with different personalities and needs. I work at the dog kennel 3-4 days a week but I am available in the morning, evenings, and overnight if needed. On the days I do not work I am available all day to walk and socialize with pets. I have a trip planned in August, so July and September are more open for me. In my home I have two dogs who are friendly and love company, we also have a big yard and lots of cozy dog beds. I am also available to stay at the pets home since that is usually more comfortable for them. I have house sat many times and dogs are often happier when they are in a familiar space. When I house sit I make sure to maintain a clean and safe environment within the home for the family and for the pets.

About: College student wanting to care for your pets! I’ve been pet-sitting since I was 9 years old and love them all. I’ll cater to your needs. I will be a college student and am looking to dog walk or visit between classes during the week. I will work with you on time and duration. For house pet-sitting I’m flexible to when I am free so reach out and ask about my availability! I respect the home I care for the dogs in and respect the rules set for their pets. I’m attentive to the dogs needs during my stay and make them top priority.
About: I grew up with dogs my whole life and have had cats as well, so I'm comfortable with both. Most recently I've been the go-to sitter for my neighbor's cat during her extended trips away — sometimes up to a month at a time. Animals tend to be at ease around me, and I bring the same calm, unhurried attention to pet care that I do to everything else. Your pet will be well looked after and genuinely enjoyed, not just managed. I’m reliable, quiet, respectful of your home, and happy to follow detailed instructions for your pet’s care. I work from home on a flexible, part-time basis, which means I'm around most of the day and can give pets consistent attention and company. I'm available for drop-in visits, and house sitting throughout the week with good advance notice. I'm attentive, calm, and take pet care seriously. For in-home sitting I treat your space with care and keep everything exactly as you'd want it. I'm comfortable with a range of pets and temperaments, and I'll communicate with you regularly so you always know how your pet is doing.
About: I've been petsitting for almost a decade! I've worked with all kinds of pets & personalities, and have experience giving oral medication! I'm also pet CPR certified! I'm a current full-time student at the University of Montana! Despite this, I'm available most mornings & evenings, with breaks between classes to give your critters some love. I'm also free most weekends & can give extra attention then! I make sure to leave things as I found them! I will clean up any messes from your pet while I'm there, and make sure the house is kept clean & safe for your pets.
“Lucy is wonderful! She did two walks a day for my Golden Retriever while I was out of town! He loves her and would wait by the front door for her each time! She is so sweet and accommodating!”

She got long walks on her favorite trails and playtime with Emma’s dog, Brody. Emma is very experienced and confidently handled Cleo’s personality quirks and occasional reactivity. She also sent detailed updates and absolutely gorgeous photos. I would trust her with Cleo again in a heartbeat.”

“We were just in town for the Griz game, but she took them on a nice long hike while we were at the game. She sent pictures of the dogs having a fun time”

She was very sweet with our dog, and took care of him as if he were her own. Memo seemed very intuitive to our dogs needs, and adjusted things so he would be more comfortable. About: I have lots of experience with all kinds of furry friend from sweet seniors to high‑energy youngsters who need plenty of exercise. I used to have a sweet senior pittie who wasn’t a fan of other dogs but absolutely loved people, so I’m very comfortable caring for dogs who prefer their own space on walks or in social settings. For pups with extra energy, I’m happy to take them on runs or hikes with me to help them burn it off. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I work full‑time but with enough flexibility to adjust my schedule around drop‑ins and walks. I’m able to check in before and after work, and give plenty of attention in the mornings and evenings. On weekends, I have even more availability for longer walks, runs, hikes, or extra hang‑out time. I’m very experienced with dogs who love people but prefer not to interact with other dogs, and I’m careful to avoid stressful situations on walks or in shared spaces. I use positive reinforcement, clear communication, and a patient approach to help every pet feel secure. For more social dogs, I have a shared fenced backyard with lots of other furry friends to play with.
“Maeve had an awesome time with Nick and Margie! She really enjoyed the large fenced in yard and having another dog to play with. We will definitely be booking again!”

“Aderley was incredible with our sweet dog Riggins. She kept us up to date on his day and took beautiful care of him. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone! Your dog would be so lucky to be watched by her!”
