About: I recently lost our 12 year old dog, Kona. I am not quite ready for a full time dog of our own, but would love to care for yours! Kona gave me experience from young dogs full of energy, to seniors needing more quiet and rest. Dogs will be given much attention and love! I live close to trails/open space and are able to provide your dog daily walks. I have two children that also love to help! Potty trained is preferable. I currently work two days a week, home by 3 PM. I live next to lots of trails and open space and enjoy walking daily. I have a fenced backyard to keep your dog safe. I have plenty of space inside and outside of our house for your dog to feel comfortable.

About: I'm a wildlife biologist who grew up with pets of all kinds and I've personally cared for puppies, kittens, and senior dogs and cats. I'm home full-time and only take one client at a time (up to 2 dogs), which allows me to provide 24/7 personalized care in a safe, loving, and playful environment. Your pet will join my family (my husband (also a wildlife biologist), our 2 daughters, and our friendly dog Juniper). Your dog will enjoy full access to our comfortable indoor living areas and large fenced yard. My guest pets have 24/7 access to me and are cared for around the clock! I'm able to offer daily walks and as many mealtimes, potty breaks, and attention as your pet needs. At night, pets sleep inside in whichever arrangement is preferred for them. I know it can be so hard to leave a beloved pet, but I truly like to give them their best life! I'm able to care for well-socialized pets and provide plenty of daily exercise, affection, and cozy resting spots where I'm close by. I have a large, securely fenced yard with shady spots and plenty of running space. I have 2 crates available if needed (unless instructed to use a crate, I do not use them). Reactive dogs are not a good fit for my home.

My entire home is open to pups (human beds and furniture), but will adhere to any rules you have in your home. My neighborhood has a lot of kids and other dogs around, as well as large common areas for running around. Can administer medication via treats or orally. Have experience working with dogs on- and off-leash, as well as in packs. Will be able to transport pups in a roomy vehicle all around town and beyond. My daily schedule is pretty flexible, and I'm open to hosting pups in my house or dropping in at the comfort of your pup's own home. Tell me all about your furry friend. “Teresa was absolutely great with Glacier. Glacier stayed with her for a week and he came home one happy and tired pup. Which says a lot because it takes a lot to make a husky tired. She was also very flexible with me, as I had to change dates around on her a bit. Glacier has to receive zinc pills and Teresa was great about giving him his pills as he came home completely healthy. She also kept me updated on the long hikes they took together. I definitely will be asking her to watch over Glacier in the future.”

About: I recently lost our 12 year old dog, Kona. I am not quite ready for a full time dog of our own, but would love to care for yours! Kona gave me experience from young dogs full of energy, to seniors needing more quiet and rest. Dogs will be given much attention and love! I live close to trails/open space and are able to provide your dog daily walks. I have two children that also love to help! Potty trained is preferable. I currently work two days a week, home by 3 PM. I live next to lots of trails and open space and enjoy walking daily. I have a fenced backyard to keep your dog safe. I have plenty of space inside and outside of our house for your dog to feel comfortable.
