I am very choosy about where I leave my girl as she had a bad experience last year. I booked initially with someone less expensive, but went with my gut and changed to Charles at the last minute. I am SO VERY GLAD I did!! I received daily updates and photos of my girl having an absolute BLAST and of her snuggling in their laps...by day 2! My girl rarely gets that comfortable anywhere, let alone that quickly. I had to leave her for 15 days and was very nervous about it until I saw that. When I went to pick her up, I think she was conflicted over whether she wanted to stay or come home with me, and was even a little down the first day...She misses them for sure!! About: I have had high energy dogs mostly heelers and love to take them outside for adventures. It helps me bond with them and teach them to be social. I currently work evenings and bring my our dog out for walks all the time during the day. I love taking him to the dog park and hiking and have room to bring others with me. I mostly take my dog to the dog park and leash him when I take him hiking. I would be able to bring another dog with us when we adventure.

About: My mom used to breed dogs and I was always involved with the dogs and puppies! Plus I’ve love and have been around animals ever since I was a baby! I currently have a pretty open schedule! I am an early bird and enjoy keeping busy during the day. I enjoy having weekends to myself but am more then happy to make exception every once in a while! I will follow a list of what is asked for a client. About: I have grown up with dogs and cats my entire life. I currently have one cat of my own (a Maine Coon/DMH mix). I have spent approximately 5 years working front desk for both veterinary day practice and veterinary urgent care. Working in urgent care trained me in many things including symptoms to look out for and gave me the knowledge to identify when an urgent medical situation has arisen. I'm very patient with shy dogs, having previously adopted one myself. I am comfortable administering oral medication, insulin injections and even ear medication for pets whoa re reasonably well-behaved with receiving them. As of the week of April 18th I'll be working a regular day job again. Eventually this will mean I work from 7 am until 5:30 or 6 pm Monday through Thursday, though it won't be full-time initially. This would leave petsitting pets alone at home for almost 12 hours. Please feel free to check in with me regarding my schedule if your pet(s) cannot be alone for so long and you'd rather not find someone to do a home visit during the day. Pet sitting usually involves me staying at your home from roughly 5-7pm until around 8-9 am. My rate includes as many bathroom breaks as your pup needs and a short walk in the morning and evening (around 10 mins). One trip back to your house during the day for an additional potty break is included. If your pet requires more potty breaks or long walks please also book those when you request pet sitting. I am available for walks or in-home visits. Walks will generally be in your neighborhood. I'm happy to pack of your well behaved pooch for a trip to a hiking trail or park as well, just please consider that transit time and book accordingly if you'd like me to do so. When staying at a client's home I make sure the pet is my priority. I want to make sure pets who are used to receiving lots of love and attention don't feel too depressed without their owners home. If that means your dog sleeps on top of me at night then more cuddles! Have a yard? Let's go out in it and play! Does your cat live for getting pets for the first hour you're awake? I do ask for an outline for food and med times/amounts to make sure I am keeping with a schedule If babysitting in your home, I will be on my own and will abide by any and all requests for keeping your pet comfortable and honoring your rules for maintaining your house in a manner that you will feel like you had never left.

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats my entire life. I currently have one cat of my own (a Maine Coon/DMH mix). I have spent approximately 5 years working front desk for both veterinary day practice and veterinary urgent care. Working in urgent care trained me in many things including symptoms to look out for and gave me the knowledge to identify when an urgent medical situation has arisen. I'm very patient with shy dogs, having previously adopted one myself. I am comfortable administering oral medication, insulin injections and even ear medication for pets whoa re reasonably well-behaved with receiving them. As of the week of April 18th I'll be working a regular day job again. Eventually this will mean I work from 7 am until 5:30 or 6 pm Monday through Thursday, though it won't be full-time initially. This would leave petsitting pets alone at home for almost 12 hours. Please feel free to check in with me regarding my schedule if your pet(s) cannot be alone for so long and you'd rather not find someone to do a home visit during the day. Pet sitting usually involves me staying at your home from roughly 5-7pm until around 8-9 am. My rate includes as many bathroom breaks as your pup needs and a short walk in the morning and evening (around 10 mins). One trip back to your house during the day for an additional potty break is included. If your pet requires more potty breaks or long walks please also book those when you request pet sitting. I am available for walks or in-home visits. Walks will generally be in your neighborhood. I'm happy to pack of your well behaved pooch for a trip to a hiking trail or park as well, just please consider that transit time and book accordingly if you'd like me to do so. When staying at a client's home I make sure the pet is my priority. I want to make sure pets who are used to receiving lots of love and attention don't feel too depressed without their owners home. If that means your dog sleeps on top of me at night then more cuddles! Have a yard? Let's go out in it and play! Does your cat live for getting pets for the first hour you're awake? Want to be left alone? Need some quality laser pointer time in the evenings? Done! My goal is to give your pooch or kitty a friend to hang out with so they don't get lonely! But if they like being independent and just want someone to be alone together with them that's totally fine too!

I am very choosy about where I leave my girl as she had a bad experience last year. I booked initially with someone less expensive, but went with my gut and changed to Charles at the last minute. I am SO VERY GLAD I did!! I received daily updates and photos of my girl having an absolute BLAST and of her snuggling in their laps...by day 2! About: I've been watching dogs for 10+ years! I have a dog of my own so I understand the love and attention they need, especially when their owner is out of town! I'm a very active person - I can run, walk, hike, take your dog to swim, etc. I have experience providing care for younger dogs, as well as older and have administered medicine to dogs as well. I currently work full-time, but have a dog of my own which means I will take the time to carve out time for your dog! I wake up early to ensure my dog gets ample activity before I work, I can take out your dog during my lunch break if needed, and I always take my dog out when I get home after work for an extended period of time. My weekends are typically very free, meaning I have more time to take your dog for a hike, swim, dog park, fetch, or whatever their favorite activity of choice is. My dog is high energy and needs a lot of exercise, so I understand and am willing to do what it takes to ensure yours gets what it needs to be happy and healthy when you are away. I have a fenced in backyard and also a big open field (not fenced in) by my place where I typically take my dog for fetch! My dog is very friendly with all types/sizes of dogs, and is always up to play with other dogs if they want.

Lola is an older sensitive gal, and Sarah is attentive to Lola's needs by spreading extra rugs around the house, and allowing Lola to sleep upstairs in their room. Sarah also takes Lola out on walks, no matter the weather, to keep Lola's old bones moving. Lola settles in easily at Sarah's, and is always relaxed and happy when I pick her up. Finally, Sarah is very easy to communicate with and always responds right away to my communications.”
