“Memo and Auggie were amazing!! They provided such thoughtful and loving care for my pup while I was out of town. I loved getting the daily "Pupdate" with photos and a note because I was always reassured that my pup had a great day. Memo put all of my anxieties at ease and gave us the best boarding experience we've ever had. They really put all of their energy and attention into making sure my dog was comfortable and thriving. I also appreciated how they were very intentional about making sure staying with them was the right fit from the start. It just goes to show how much they care about providing a great experience for the pup and for the owner. My dog loved his time there and even seemed a little sad to leave when it was time to go home. We definitely recommend Memo's services and will be coming back for sure! Thanks again, Memo & Auggie, you're the best!!”

About: I have lots of experience with all kinds of furry friend from sweet seniors to high‑energy youngsters who need plenty of exercise. I used to have a sweet senior pittie who wasn’t a fan of other dogs but absolutely loved people, so I’m very comfortable caring for dogs who prefer their own space on walks or in social settings. For pups with extra energy, I’m happy to take them on runs or hikes with me to help them burn it off. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I work full‑time but with enough flexibility to adjust my schedule around drop‑ins and walks. I’m able to check in before and after work, and give plenty of attention in the mornings and evenings. On weekends, I have even more availability for longer walks, runs, hikes, or extra hang‑out time. I’m very experienced with dogs who love people but prefer not to interact with other dogs, and I’m careful to avoid stressful situations on walks or in shared spaces. I use positive reinforcement, clear communication, and a patient approach to help every pet feel secure. For more social dogs, I have a shared fenced backyard with lots of other furry friends to play with.

“Ryan is an absolute GEM! I would rebook her to watch my cat any day. She was very communicative and relaxed in scheduling which was amazing. I had a last minute trip pop up for work and Ryan booked with me a week out. I was SO grateful!! She was so kind to my cat, she even cleaned her dishes (which was an extra service from her that was so greatly appreciated). Babs (my cat) can be sneaky and skittish around new people, but Ryan made a great relationship with her in a matter of days. About: Thought I'd try this app out to make an extra buck. I am a lover of all pets, well maybe not spiders. I grew up in the remote country of Wisconsin, with a bunch of farm animals, as well as cats and dogs. Growing up with pets, and farm animals is crucial for knowing animals. I'm always taking my roommates dog for walks, and to the dog park. We have a big fenced in yard in the heart of Missoula. Meru (my roommates female dog) is really friendly and loves all other cats and dogs. I would focus my energy on your dogs and cats of course, but if Meru and your dogs cross paths they'll be best friends for the day. Hope to hear from you, and lend a helping hand with your best friends. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I make sure pets get plenty of attention throughout the day — not just quick check-ins. I’m able to provide regular potty breaks, feeding schedules, playtime, walks, and companionship while keeping a calm, clean environment. I also make time for photo/video updates so owners always know how their pets are doing. I enjoy building routines around each pet’s individual needs and personality. I care for every pet like they’re my own and focus heavily on safety, comfort, cleanliness, and communication. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, energy level, and any special needs so they feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible. In my home, I provide a calm, clean environment with plenty of supervision, attention, potty breaks, playtime, and space to relax. I always introduce pets carefully and prioritize safety at all times. In clients’ homes, I respect their routines and instructions closely to help pets stay comfortable in a familiar environment. I keep feeding schedules, walks, litter boxes, medications, and daily care consistent while also providing regular photo and video updates for peace of mind. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for while their owners are away.

I will provide attentive, personalized care in my home or yours, including a fenced yard for safe play, routine walks, feeding, medications, enrichment, and companionship.
“First, the pup was well taken-care of, happy, safe, all the good things. Second, Aderley was awesome. Quick responses and clear communication. Professional and lovely. She was very flexible to our timing needs which was super appreciated. I would DEFINITELY book Aderley again and am thankful she took care of our dog.”

About: I have been caring for animals since pet sitting for my aunt and uncle’s 3 rowdy dogs as a teen, sometimes up to a month when they went on long trips. I also have cared for dogs of my own for most of my adult life and consider them to be members of the family. My current dog Ron has some special care needs which has taught me to be patient and sensitive to pups who need a little extra care and attention. I would love to welcome your furry buddy into our home and would treat them like another member of the family. I currently work from home so am able to give your pup lots of attention and exercise. I also am a very active person and love to frequent the local trails if that is something you would like for your pup. I have a fenced front and back yard and a dog door that can be locked if need be. I have multiple dog beds and also allow dogs on the furniture (I of course will not allow it if it’s a behavior you don’t want your dog to learn). Like I said, I consider them to be part of the family.

“Alyssa was super easy to communicate with. I was glad Maizey got to spend the day running out her energy with Dolly. Maizey is definitely a handful, so it’s always good when she can get out some of that puppy energy.”

“Teresa is the best! Finn is always excited to go there and has so much fun. Teresa is really great with Finn and has taken him on walks and to the dog park. She also has a great yard for him to play in. Thanks Teresa!”

I will typically take my dog Cedar on a walk in my morning with my tea and then we will snuggle, play fetch, maybe go to the dog park and then go on another evening stroll I love all animals dearly and cannot wait to care for yours. About: I have taken care of neighbors and friends pets throughout my early teens up to the present. I have taken care of mostly dogs and cats but have cared for lizards, hamsters, guinea pigs and fish. I have trained my two dogs commands like sit, down, shake and wait. As a sitter/walker I will love spending time with your pets, as I miss my family‘s pets that are in my home town! I am a full time pharmacy student at the University of Montana so my falls and springs are pretty busy with class. However I will always make time to spend time with the pet(s) when I can. I will always try and make time for a daily walk if taking care of dogs and spend time playing with cats. Back at home I have two dogs and a cat. So I know that trash should be securely placed and poop should be picked up regularly in the yard and in public areas. I love my pets at home and show them lots of affection and love and I hope the people watching would do this too.
“Bella and Erik are super nice and helpful, and my dog Oliver took to them immediately. I'm so grateful to have found such lovely people to take care of my pooch at our new home.”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds. I primarily work with dogs and cats, but I’m happy to care for other animals too! I’ve grown up around animals and currently have two dogs and a cat of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust. I take pride in giving every pet the same level of love, patience, and attention I give my own. I’m experienced with all life stages—from playful puppies to senior pets—and I’m comfortable working with reactive or selective dogs. I also have experience providing extra care for pets with medical needs and will always follow your instructions closely to keep your pet safe and comfortable. I love being outdoors and enjoy hiking, swimming, and exploring trails with dogs. Having lived in the Missoula area for several years, I’m very familiar with local trail systems and great walking spots. I originally started pet sitting in Wisconsin, where I’m from. Whether your pet needs a fun, active walk or a calm, patient companion, I’m here to help. I’d love to meet you and your pet!

About: I’ve always grown up in a household with pets. From dogs and cats, to rodents and reptiles. For small animals or reptile requests, please message me to discuss pricing! I’ve created special bonds with each and every animal, and always love meeting new little friends while i’m out and about. I’ve dealt with special needs from pets such as medications for allergies, anxiety and fear, reactivity, and more. I also spent about a year working in a local pet store where I learned in depth about pet nutrition and supplements, as well as just the basic reasons as to why animals do what they do. I now work at a local animal shelter, so I am experienced working alongside a variety of temperaments, social ability, and sizes! I work full time, but am happy to take on any additional duties outside or around my working schedule. I currently work a set schedule, so I can reliably be available at the same times of day for your pets. I’m available before and after work most days, so if your animal is used to a typical 9-5 lifestyle, we will be a good match. While I’m traveling to your home to meet your fur babies, I’m happy to accommodate whatever you request! One of my pups at home has many special needs and requirements, so I am used to the more hands-on style of pet parenting. Both of my dogs are 50+ lbs, so I am used to large dogs, though I work alongside many small pets in my line of work as well. At my job I routinely work with veterinarians, so I am comfortable administering medications of many kinds. I also have two crested geckos at home that I care for! 🦎 My little lizards have taught me patience, as earning a gecko’s trust is not easy! I vow to be patient and kind working with whatever your pet’s needs may be.

I'm comfortable with a range of pets and temperaments, and I'll communicate with you regularly so you always know how your pet is doing.
About: I have been taking care of animals for over 15 years! I have experience with many different breeds and sizes. I worked at a dog kennel for over 2 years! I also have a furry friend myself, so I am very familiar with what it takes to take care of an animal. I am currently very available to take care of your pets! So I have lots of free time to watch over your pet/pets! I love to get outside and go on walks or hikes depending on your animals needs. I currently don’t have room to board with me but am comfortable staying over or making drop in visits when needed! I have been doing it for years so I know what it takes.
“I would highly recommend Ryan as a dog walker. Gus, our 11 month old Bernese Mountain Dog absolutely LOVED Ryan. She was timely, and very pleasant to work with. Gus is 115 lbs and Ryan had no problem managing such a large playful puppy! We will definitely request Ryan next time we need a dog walker or sitter. Kristi”

“Lucy is wonderful! She did two walks a day for my Golden Retriever while I was out of town! He loves her and would wait by the front door for her each time! She is so sweet and accommodating!”

“I’m so grateful to have found Jennifer on Rover! I immediately felt at ease the minute I met her. You can see how much she loves dogs, treating every dog guest as if they are one of her own. She took such wonderful care of our dog Boots. I was so happy to get an update each day with beautiful photos of our boy living it up while we were away. We will certainly book with Jennifer again. She has my highest recommendation as a loving and thoughtful caretaker.”

I highly recommend Kenneth! Will definitely book again if I ever need a dog sitter in the future.”

“We have never had a anything but great experiences with Rover but Teresa was the absolute BEST! Gracie, who is pretty high strung and doesn’t take to just anyone, immediately felt comfortable with her. Teresa’s easy manner and obvious love of dogs made leaving Gracie with her so comforting! She took her swimming (not once but twice!) and sent photos throughout her stay. I highly recommend Teresa. I’d give her six stars if I could.”

“Chaco was so happy during drop off. She must have remembered Gabby and the family. We enjoyed the pictures and communication while away. Chaco loved her swim in the river, walks with the family, and play time with Juni. Super grateful for Gabby and the family for caring for Chaco. 🐾”
