She was attentive and proactive, reaching out when one of my dogs was whining so we could work together to figure out what he needed. My two dogs have special needs. One is blind and takes daily medication, and the other is deaf. Caring for them requires patience, attention, and flexibility, and Zoie handled it all with kindness and confidence for more than a week. It was clear from the beginning that she genuinely cared about their well being. I also made a mistake with my travel plans, and Zoie graciously kept them an extra night without hesitation. When they ran out of food before their new shipment arrived, she made sure they were fed and cared for until it did. One of my dogs even came home with a toy he became completely obsessed with, which was such a thoughtful gesture and a reflection of how much attention she paid to each dog’s individual personality and needs. Zoie consistently went above and beyond. She was not just a five star sitter. She was a ten. I would trust her with my dogs again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend her highly enough.”

“This was my partner and I’s first time ever leaving our dog Ruth with someone other than a close friend or family member in the 3 years since we rescued her. We were admittedly incredibly nervous about leaving her in a “strangers” care, but Kelly made the entire experience so enjoyable for us. From the very beginning she set up time to get to know us and Ruth and made sure she’d be a good fit for her environment. This initial conversation made us feel much more comfortable leading up to the day we were dropping Ruth off. As soon as we arrived to Glacier dog days, Kelley greeted us with a warm smile and seemed to immediately fall in love with Ruth. She took the time to chat with us about her needs/quirks and let us spend some time seeing her interact with her other dogs (who are also super sweet!). Obviously leaving Ruth was a tough goodbye but knowing she was in such great care made it all okay. While we were gone for almost 2 weeks, Kelly sent us daily updates (sometimes more than once per day) with photos of Ruth on adventures or napping around the property. I can’t begin to explain how comforting this was being so far away from her and knowing she was having such a great time. When we picked Ruth up, she was definitely happy to see us, but didn’t seem like she was ready to get out of there. She gave Kelly a goodbye that showed us how much she really enjoyed their time together and we could tell she missed her our first night back together. Kelly may be more expensive than other options in the area, but we would pay double her rates for the experience we received from her. If you are a nervous dog parent like us and want to make sure your pup is in the best hands possible, Kelly is your person! If we are ever back in the area and in need of a dog sitter, we will use her every time.”
About: I am a full time Physical Therapist living in Whitefish with my boyfriend and our two dogs. I absolutely love animals. I am active and love the outdoors, so I will be more than happy to run or walk your dog as needed. I've been caring for animals since I was in high school and have had experience with all shapes, sizes, and ages. That being said, I have no problem giving medications, training, etc. I am quick to respond to calls/texts and give updates regularly while owners are away or at work and so forth. About: In my lifetime I have been surrounded by animals since birth. Chickens, cows, goats, horses, dogs, cats, and sheep. I’ve always had a strong love for animals. So please just keep in mind that a my day might look available on the calendar but it really depends on what times you want my services. I take my dogs to the dog park as often as I can! They mostly get to go on the weekends. I definitely prefer to take care of animals in my own home just because I do have a group of my own animals but I understand pets being more comfortable in their own homes. When I have meet and greets placed at my house the energy from my dogs are definitely heightened because they are so excited to meet an new friend but ones they get the hellos out of the way the house environment after that is very calm and quiet. We currently live in a single wide mobile home with 3 bed rooms although one of them is designated to my cats 😂 yes they have their own bed room, yes they are spoiled. I grew up with Annie-Belle, an orange Tabby cat who hopped our fence and was never claimed by her previous owners. In my adult life I adopted Kayla, a Siberian Husky mix who adventured with me for 18 lucky years. I have not yet found a new pet of my own, but greatly enjoy the time I get to spend with client’s furry friends. Recently, I have also been housesitting and caring for the gardens for patients of mine while they are on vacation, with or without pets. Over my years in the Flathead Valley I have developed repeat customers that I enjoy interacting with, and look forward to caring for their pets and homes whenever requested as well as meeting new clients. I am available for long-term gigs as well. I can provide as many updates as pictures as you desire while your pets are in my care. I am currently in between Physical Therapy jobs thus have wide availability for the immediate future. I rent at my home and landlords do not allow dogs, so I come to you for doggy day care, overnights, long stays, etc. I am very cautious while petsitting. Even if owners say their dog is ok off leash I at least leash them in the parking lot to load/unload and wait until a quarter mile away from the parking lot to unleash. Not worth the risk of the unknown, especially before you’re certain a dog trusts you and will respond to your commands. I will treat and care for your pets and home like they are my own.
About: Growing up, I have always had dogs as pets ranging from big to small. My family even bred gold retrievers for many years. I will love and take care of your pets like if they are my own. I am a stay at home mom who has plenty of time to take care of your fur babies! My schedule is open and super flexible to take care of your pets needs. “Zoie was an absolutely incredible dog sitter. Five stars does not feel like enough. She sent frequent updates throughout their stay, which gave me a great deal of peace of mind while I was away. She was attentive and proactive, reaching out when one of my dogs was whining so we could work together to figure out what he needed. My two dogs have special needs. One is blind and takes daily medication, and the other is deaf. Caring for them requires patience, attention, and flexibility, and Zoie handled it all with kindness and confidence for more than a week. It was clear from the beginning that she genuinely cared about their well being. I also made a mistake with my travel plans, and Zoie graciously kept them an extra night without hesitation. When they ran out of food before their new shipment arrived, she made sure they were fed and cared for until it did. One of my dogs even came home with a toy he became completely obsessed with, which was such a thoughtful gesture and a reflection of how much attention she paid to each dog’s individual personality and needs. Zoie consistently went above and beyond. She was not just a five star sitter. She was a ten. I would trust her with my dogs again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend her highly enough.”

“This was my partner and I’s first time ever leaving our dog Ruth with someone other than a close friend or family member in the 3 years since we rescued her. We were admittedly incredibly nervous about leaving her in a “strangers” care, but Kelly made the entire experience so enjoyable for us. From the very beginning she set up time to get to know us and Ruth and made sure she’d be a good fit for her environment. This initial conversation made us feel much more comfortable leading up to the day we were dropping Ruth off. As soon as we arrived to Glacier dog days, Kelley greeted us with a warm smile and seemed to immediately fall in love with Ruth. She took the time to chat with us about her needs/quirks and let us spend some time seeing her interact with her other dogs (who are also super sweet!). Obviously leaving Ruth was a tough goodbye but knowing she was in such great care made it all okay. While we were gone for almost 2 weeks, Kelly sent us daily updates (sometimes more than once per day) with photos of Ruth on adventures or napping around the property. I can’t begin to explain how comforting this was being so far away from her and knowing she was having such a great time. When we picked Ruth up, she was definitely happy to see us, but didn’t seem like she was ready to get out of there. She gave Kelly a goodbye that showed us how much she really enjoyed their time together and we could tell she missed her our first night back together. Kelly may be more expensive than other options in the area, but we would pay double her rates for the experience we received from her. If you are a nervous dog parent like us and want to make sure your pup is in the best hands possible, Kelly is your person! If we are ever back in the area and in need of a dog sitter, we will use her every time.”
About: I am a full time Physical Therapist living in Whitefish with my boyfriend and our two dogs. I absolutely love animals. I am active and love the outdoors, so I will be more than happy to run or walk your dog as needed. I've been caring for animals since I was in high school and have had experience with all shapes, sizes, and ages. That being said, I have no problem giving medications, training, etc. I am quick to respond to calls/texts and give updates regularly while owners are away or at work and so forth. My goal is to go through your animals’ daily routine as closely as possible. Thank you for your consideration and I hope to be in contact with you as well as your pets soon! I’m currently working full time as a Physical Therapist and have some flexibility in my schedule to make things as smooth as possible for you and your pup. I work 8-10 hour days and if the location is right, can drop by over lunch for a potty break if needed. I will care for your pet at your home as close as possible to their regular schedule. If a walk morning and night is needed, they’ll get it. If snuggling on the couch is more important, we’ll do it!
