“It was a first for us leaving our Emmitt for any extended period of time. Lynn and her kiddos were just awesome from the moment we met. My wife's stress level just evaporated once we were able to visit with Lynn and see how comfortable and safe it would be for Em there. Clearly a very genuine pet loving family. It became immediately evident Emmitt felt right at home from the time we dropped him off. Lynn not only sent us photos every day, she was over and above helping with meds Em needed to take daily. We really appreciate you and your family Lynn, thank you and we will definitely use your help again if you'll have us! Jim, Amy and Emmitt”

“Our baby loved staying with Heidi and Seth! It was our first time boarding our dog and we felt very confident that he was comfortable with Heidi, Seth, and their sweet fur babies. They were on the ball with updates that warmed our hearts and put us at peace. We will definitely be booking with them again!”

“Leah has been an absolute godsend for our Loki! We’ve had her stay at our home while on vacation as well as having her drop in to provide him with much needed stimulation and exercise. He is always worn out and happy! He loves her! I recommend Leah 100%!!”

“Melodi did a great job taking care of my kitties! It was nice getting updates and photos while away. This was my first time hiring a pet sitter and Melodi made it a great experience!”

“Nickolas took excellent care of my cat and provided excellent communication. He took care of Gir like his own and enjoyed the silly photos Id get. Thank you so much!!”

“Gabrielle took wonderful care of our cat, Izzy, while we were out of town. She stopped by for the initial meeting, sent a thorough summary of all that we discussed, and then kept me informed daily as to how things were going. She not only took great care of Izzy, including giving her daily medication, she also managed to make friends with her! Izzy is normally very uncomfortable around people outside of our family so that was a real accomplishment. Gabrielle also watered our plants daily. I will definitely call on her again for future pet sitting needs!”
About: I've been fortunate to always have pets in my life, and I currently have a 6 year old black cat named Salem. I've done dog sitting for friends and family in the past, and I've never met a doggo I didn't like. I work remotely as an engineer for a Montana-based company, so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule for drop in visits and overnight stays. I occasionally have to travel for work, but typically have at least a few weeks notice. Unfortunately unable to care for pets in my own home at this time, but I'm happy to stay overnight in yours if needed. Otherwise, happy to drop in during the day for visits, walks, etc.

“They were awesome. They took very good care of sassy mama tended to all her needs and she is a very finicky kitty. I love the pictures knowing that they were here and she was OK. I will definitely use them again if ever needed thank you so much Heidi and Seth”

“Holly was wonderful!! She was communicative & kind. Treated my home with care, and most importantly treated my kitty with the utmost love! He seemed very comfortable with her based on the photos. I truly appreciate her and all she did for my beloved furry friend!”

About: Cats have always been a huge part of my life, and I've been caring for them since I was a kid. Growing up, our family had six outdoor cats and two indoor cats, each with their own unique personalities. Living with so many cats taught me how to recognize their different needs, respect their boundaries, and earn their trust. One of our cats had Feline Immunodeficiency Virus, which gave me experience caring for a cat with special health considerations and reinforced the importance of paying close attention to an animal's well-being and daily routine. I also have experience caring for cats in their own homes. Last summer, I looked after a family friend's cat while they spent two months in Greece, making sure their cat stayed happy, healthy, and on a consistent routine. I also house-sat for a colleague for two weeks while they were traveling across the country. Staying in their home allowed their cat to remain in a familiar environment and gave the owners peace of mind knowing both their pet and home were being well cared for. I'm efficient and thorough when it comes to cleaning litter boxes, keeping them fresh and tidy so cats have a clean, comfortable space every day. One of the things I love most about cats is how intelligent, curious, and independent they are. Every cat has a unique personality, and I enjoy taking the time to build trust, engage them through play, or simply provide quiet companionship on their terms. Whether your cat is outgoing and playful or shy and reserved, I'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you're away.
About: Since I was 10 I’ve taken care of the pets in my family. Bunnies, dogs, cats, fish, gerbils and mice. I’ve given baths, taken dogs on runs, cuddled with kittens, played with bunnies. I’ve had to give medication to animals before. I’m quite active (trail runner) and really open to anything. I work from home so my schedule is flexible. I work remote from home as a video editor and I get to decide my own schedule and hours everyday. That means I get to prioritize your pet or home first! I’ve grown up with animals all my life - so I suppose at this point it is just second nature to be around them. I make sure not to leave often, especially in the first 48 hours, so that I can help keep your pets relax as you leave. I try to spend a lot of intentional time with them up front so they get to know me and trust me. I once had to walk a dog 5 times between 10pm and 2am because it was nervous, but by the next day we were best friends. It just takes time and patience.

About: I’ve cared for so many different cats and they all have their own quirks. My philosophy is to let them come to me, build trust slowly before invading their space too much, and use food/pets to affirm trust! Often, I also “cat proof” rooms and ensure I have easy access to any corners they might go to hide.

About: I'm a wildlife biologist who grew up with pets of all kinds and personally cared for puppies, kittens, and senior dogs and cats. I work from home and only take one client at a time (up to 2 dogs), which allows me to provide 24/7 personalized care in a safe, loving, and playful environment. Your pet will join my family (my husband (also a wildlife biologist), our 2 daughters, and our friendly dog Juniper) and will enjoy access to our large fenced yard and comfortable indoor living areas. My guest dogs have 24/7 access to me. I work from home on part-time contracts and care for our family dog while kids are at school. I'm able to offer daily walks and as many mealtimes, potty breaks, and attention as your pet needs. At night, pets sleep inside in whichever arrangement is preferred for them. I know it can be so hard to leave a beloved pet. I truly like to give them their very best life! I'm able to care for well-socialized pets and provide plenty of daily exercise, affection, and cozy resting spots where I am never far. I have a large, securely fenced yard with shady spots and plenty of running space. I have 2 crates available if needed (unless instructed to use a crate, I do not use them). Reactive dogs are not a good fit for my home.

Any time I am in town for work I will always work with Brianna :)”

“Victoria was wonderful, made herself available at the last minute to schedule walks for my pup when I had to leave town unexpectedly. She came to meet us to make sure there would be no issues, and when my pup decided that walking wasn’t going to work for her (she’s a sensitive rescue), Victoria adapted and turned the walking session into a hang out session and sent me pictures of treats and greets.”

About: WE LOVE DOGS! Heidi has been training dogs in some capacity since the age of 8 years old and has been pet/farm sitting for many years. Heidi is an attentive sitter who has also been a licensed veterinary technician since 2011. Having worked in emergency medicine and critical care for over a decade she has gained a variety of skills and a multitude of knowledge about what to do in an emergency. We both feel very comfortable with medication administration (oral, injectable, topical, etc.) as well as monitoring for health concerns while you are away. We are also well versed in how to deal with minor to major injuries or illnesses if that were to occur while you were away. We try to keep your pet's schedule the same as yours best we can. With Heidi currently working from home this is much more easily achieved. Our home has a fenced yard for our own pups, dog friendly environment and no furniture off limits household. We do have one cat but she is good at reading dog energy in a room.
About: Thought I'd try this app out to make an extra buck. I am a lover of all pets, well maybe not spiders. I grew up in the remote country of Wisconsin, with a bunch of farm animals, as well as cats and dogs. Growing up with pets, and farm animals is crucial for knowing animals. I'm always taking my roommates dog for walks, and to the dog park. We have a big fenced in yard in the heart of Missoula. Meru (my roommates female dog) is really friendly and loves all other cats and dogs. I would focus my energy on your dogs and cats of course, but if Meru and your dogs cross paths they'll be best friends for the day. Hope to hear from you, and lend a helping hand with your best friends. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I make sure pets get plenty of attention throughout the day — not just quick check-ins. I’m able to provide regular potty breaks, feeding schedules, playtime, walks, and companionship while keeping a calm, clean environment. I also make time for photo/video updates so owners always know how their pets are doing. I enjoy building routines around each pet’s individual needs and personality. I care for every pet like they’re my own and focus heavily on safety, comfort, cleanliness, and communication. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, energy level, and any special needs so they feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible. In my home, I provide a calm, clean environment with plenty of supervision, attention, potty breaks, playtime, and space to relax. I always introduce pets carefully and prioritize safety at all times. In clients’ homes, I respect their routines and instructions closely to help pets stay comfortable in a familiar environment. I keep feeding schedules, walks, litter boxes, medications, and daily care consistent while also providing regular photo and video updates for peace of mind. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for while their owners are away.

“Our boy Cashew is still in the thicket of big-dog adolescence, and at 70lbs it can feel like steadying a runaway train, but Reid has been beyond wonderful with Cashew since the start! Reid is compassionate with our boy without letting him get away with unsafe behaviors, and now that I’m working 12hr days, I can trust that my boy will be exercised, exhausted, and excited to sleep until I’m back home. Choosing someone to bring into your home, while you’re not there, to temporarily *take your dog* is an undeniably stressful decision. Reid has made that process effortless, putting my entire family at ease, and I cannot recommend his services enough!”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and currently have 2 large breed dogs. I have experience working with dogs of all sizes and many different temperaments, as well as working with reactive dogs on leash. I worked for a short while in the boarding portion of a vet clinic and have experience with overnight care of dogs and cats who needed very specific care such as specific foods and medications. I currently work part time, mostly remote and have flexible hours so I can fit home visits and dog walks pretty easily into my day. I live in Hamilton, so the closer you are to Hamilton the more likely it would be that I could help with short notice. I have a car and am happy to drive your pup to the park. I am usually unavailable on weekends but could most likely make something work Monday through Friday! I cannot have dogs at my house but I am available to come to your house for visits during the day (I need to be home with my own pups overnight) and could spend a few hours there working remotely if they need a little more time together. I would love to get them out for a walk or even short hike as well!

About: I’ve always loved pets and animals and after moving to Missoula am missing the two dogs I had with my younger sister so I’m looking for pets to connect with and care for while I don’t have any of my own. I work for Competitive Timing, a company that runs electronic timing for races and other running events. Because of that, I’m often gone traveling on weekends but during the weekdays I’m free to do whatever it is your pets would need and keep up their normal routine. I try to make the transition as seamless as possible caring for your pets in your home, on their usual routine, giving them lots of love and attention so that they feel safe and comfortable with me.

About: I was born and raised in the bitterroot valley and have never left! I have house and pet sat since I was 12 and have always loved it. I’ve cared for pets as well as livestock such as chickens, goats, and even horses and a donkey! Aside for animals, I have cared for house plants and gardens. I am happy to clean your house and make it my priority to leave everything better than I found it! I can stay overnight night or perform simple daily checkups. And if all you need is someone to walk the dog (or dogs!) I’d love to take them for a stroll to the park or along a quiet river path! I have always grown up around animals and know that they have needs besides my own. That stated I always have time for morning and evening feedings or walks, and I am also happy to make time in the afternoon if required! At home I start my day making sure the pets and livestock are fed, watered, and comfortable even before myself! Whenever I can I check up on them to make sure all is well. If a fence is broken or a gate ajar I won’t hesitate to fix it!
About: I have had pets in my life since I was in diapers. They are my emotional support animals, my friends, and my family. I am sitting here typing this while my 9 month old lab sleeps on my lap. I am a compassionate and patient person, and I also really enjoy going on long walks :) I currently make my own schedule and it is different than most peoples. Which works out great for pet sitting. I am available multiple days a week if needed. I have a fenced in yard, and a very friendly black lab. I will love your pet's, but I will also give them space if they need it. I can take your pet around the block, or on a 5 mile hike. I am obsessed with my pets, so I know what its like to trust someone else to care for them.

About: Hi! My name is Courtney, and caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a mom who was always bringing home abandoned and rescued animals, so our house was never short on furry (or feathered!) family members. I was also raised on a farm where we cared for two horses, a donkey named Abigail, goats, chickens, rabbits, six outdoor cats, two indoor cats, and two dogs. Growing up in that environment taught me the responsibility, patience, and dedication that quality animal care requires. It also showed me just how rewarding the bond between people and animals can be. Today, I have a 13-year-old Golden Retriever named Mia, who is truly my whole world. Caring for her through every stage of her life has deepened my understanding of what pets mean to their families. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your beloved companion, and I don't take that responsibility lightly. I recently graduated with my master's degree from the University of Montana and currently have a very flexible schedule while I search for my next career opportunity. That means I can provide dependable, attentive care and work around your pet's routine, whether they need walks, playtime, companionship, or lots of affection. I believe animals are some of our greatest supporters, and there's nothing more special than the unconditional love they share with us. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, loved, and comfortable while giving their owners complete peace of mind. I'll care for your pet as if they were my own and keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing they're in good hands. I can't wait to meet you and your furry family members! I recently graduated with my master's degree from the University of Montana and am currently searching for the next step in my career. Because of that, I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to your pet. Whether your dog enjoys mountain hikes, neighborhood walks, trips to the dog park, or long games of fetch, I'm happy to tailor our time together to match their energy level and personality. For pets who prefer a slower pace, I'm just as happy spending quality time providing companionship, enrichment, and plenty of cuddles. Since I have open availability, your pet won't be left alone for long periods and will receive the attention, exercise, and care they deserve. Your pet's safety, happiness, and comfort are always my top priorities. I understand that every pet has their own routine, personality, and needs, and I take the time to follow your instructions carefully so they feel as comfortable as possible while you're away. I live at the Corso Apartments in central Missoula, which features a large, well-maintained dog park right on the property. We're also located directly next to the Milwaukee Trail, making it easy to provide safe, enjoyable neighborhood walks or longer adventures for dogs who love to explore. Whether I'm caring for your pet in my apartment or yours, I'll make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, affection, fresh water, meals on schedule, and lots of love. I'll also keep you updated with regular photos and messages so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind, knowing your pet is in caring hands.
About: I had two labs growing up, since I was in 3rd grade. My parents taught me how to properly walk, training and feed the dogs. Also, having fun and playing! I am an early riser so I enjoy morning walks. I would love to hang with your pup morning and evening. I work in the healthcare industry! I love helping people. I will be available all day Saturdays. I don’t own any pets, I will in the future. I respect fences, and toys that are easy on the dogs mouth. Keeping a clean environment for you and your dog is important to me. I have been through some professional training as well.
About: I am a reliable dog and cat sitter, and have several friends and coworkers who can attest to this. Pet sitting brings me so much joy! Unfortunately I’m not in a place to have pets of my own, so I thought this would be a great way to spend time with animals and make some extra cash! My schedule is currently fairly flexible, as I am hybrid remote and on summer hours! I can do pretty much any day/time of the week, though this may change seasonally. I make sure to spread my time and love evenly between pets, respecting their space but giving them lots of scratches and playing with them when they want or need. I am always down to go for walks, play fetch, or just hang around the house together!

“Chaco was so happy during drop off. She must have remembered Gabby and the family. We enjoyed the pictures and communication while away. Chaco loved her swim in the river, walks with the family, and play time with Juni. Super grateful for Gabby and the family for caring for Chaco. 🐾”

“Nicole was so amazing! She took such good care of our 2 pups and sent us regular updates. We have one high energy dog and one who has some health issues that limits her amount of exercise and Nicole worked with both of them to make sure they got what they needed! We will definitely be using her again”

Communication was excellent throughout with lots of photo updates. She even got my dog a small stuffed animal as a holiday present. Would book again.”
“My golden retriever gets so excited every time she stays with Nick and Margie. Nick takes very good care of my girl, sends photos, is a great communicator and gives updates. I always feel very confident and comfortable leaving town knowing she is going to be well taken care of and also have such a fun time playing and snuggling. The best! We will keep coming back.”

About: I still get excited with every booking - I’m that crazy lady that can’t stand to walk by a dog without saying hello. love animals more than I love most people (haha!) and would be happy to show your little one some love! I’ve managed a farm with goats, horses, and sheep as well, so happy to take on those sitting gigs as well! I work Mon-Thurs, typical 8-4 hours, out of the home, but I can come home during my lunch break to care for your pet! As a pet-sitter, I love to keep your pet entertained! I’ll ask you what they like to do best, and I’ll try to show them the best time while you’re away, in hopes that it feels like a vacation for them, too!
About: Hello! A bit about me: my name is Elena and I’ve had animals for as long as I can remember, mainly cats and dogs. If you know me, you know I will stop and say hi (and hopefully pet) any cat or dog I meet! Both my partner and I have grown up with animals and would love to welcome your pets in our home. My partner and I can coordinate our schedules so potty breaks can be every 4 hours or less when we both are home during our days off! We don’t have any pets at home, so rest assured that all our energy will go towards taking care of your pet! We have a lovely fenced backyard and live in a very quiet neighborhood, close to many amenities and parks!
