About: I've never pet sit professionally but have helped friends out a lot for many years. I've had my own pet throughout my whole life, including a cat currently. All animals seem to love me as much as I love them. I've been told by many people that their dog usually don't like people, when they come right to me. I'm currently unemployed which gives me plenty of time for your fur babies! I'm able to board, visit or stay with your babies. I have a fenced yard with a dog door into the office. She was also very flexible with me, as I had to change dates around on her a bit. Glacier has to receive zinc pills and Teresa was great about giving him his pills as he came home completely healthy. She also kept me updated on the long hikes they took together. I definitely will be asking her to watch over Glacier in the future.”

We knew right away that Zoe would be okay because when she wandered around Erica’s place, she seemed to feel right at home and even though we brought a large crate for her, Erica said “Oh I won’t use it unless I happen to leave the house”. And she said she might just sleep on my bed! When we were on vacation we had a bit of chaos due to lost luggage and the photos Erica sent were so perfect because we knew Zoe was happy so that calmed my crazy nerves! She sent us daily updates and even said we could extend our vacation and leave Zoe longer if we wanted to !!! About: As a kid, I always wanted a cat. My grandparents had farm cats who would occasionally sneak out and let me pet them, but it wasn’t until I was an adult that I got my own little girl. I’ve been a cat dad ever since, with three of my own. I have also cat-sit for several friends of mine, and take it as a personal challenge to get each and every one to love me.

About: WE LOVE DOGS! Heidi has been training dogs in some capacity since the age of 8 years old and has been pet/farm sitting for many years. Heidi is an attentive sitter who has also been a licensed veterinary technician since 2011. Having worked in emergency medicine and critical care for over a decade she has gained a variety of skills and a multitude of knowledge about what to do in an emergency. We both feel very comfortable with medication administration (oral, injectable, topical, etc.) as well as monitoring for health concerns while you are away. We are also well versed in how to deal with minor to major injuries or illnesses if that were to occur while you were away. We try to keep your pet's schedule the same as yours best we can. With Heidi currently working from home this is much more easily achieved. Our home has a fenced yard for our own pups, dog friendly environment and no furniture off limits household. About: I have had pets in my life since I was in diapers. They are my emotional support animals, my friends, and my family. I am sitting here typing this while my 9 month old lab sleeps on my lap. I am a compassionate and patient person, and I also really enjoy going on long walks :) I currently make my own schedule and it is different than most peoples. Which works out great for pet sitting. I am available multiple days a week if needed. I have a fenced in yard, and a very friendly black lab. I will love your pet's, but I will also give them space if they need it. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and currently have 2 large breed dogs. I have experience working with dogs of all sizes and many different temperaments, as well as working with reactive dogs on leash. I worked for a short while in the boarding portion of a vet clinic and have experience with overnight care of dogs and cats who needed very specific care such as specific foods and medications. I currently work part time, mostly remote and have flexible hours so I can fit home visits and dog walks pretty easily into my day. I live in Hamilton, so the closer you are to Hamilton the more likely it would be that I could help with short notice. I have a car and am happy to drive your pup to the park. I am usually unavailable on weekends but could most likely make something work Monday through Friday! I cannot have dogs at my house but I am available to come to your house for visits during the day (I need to be home with my own pups overnight) and could spend a few hours there working remotely if they need a little more time together. All animals seem to love me as much as I love them. I've been told by many people that their dog usually don't like people, when they come right to me.
