About: My partner and I started our dog sitting and boarding journey out of a deep, lifelong love for animals. Caring for pets has always come naturally to me — I’ve been around and caring for animals of all kinds since I was a child. We’re not just pet sitters; we truly treat every animal like family. About: I've had pets all my life and currently take care of one large dog, 3 small dogs, 1 mini dog, and 5 cats. All the babies are fed every morning and given fresh full water bowls. The 3 small dogs are yard babies so they stay out all day if the weather permits and come inside at night to sleep. My partners large dog is inside but will go out to potty, and out mini is inside and pad trained. 4 of our cats have a few auto litterboxes and a designated room they sleep in at night with plenty of cat towers in it for them. 1 of the kitties currently stay in my room with a normal litterbox because she is newer to the house. I know most people will hear this and think the house and yard must be filthy with all these pets but rest assure our house and yard are clean. Even though I've never sat fur babies before, I feel I have enough experience with my own babies throughout the years to consider myself experienced. I currently do not work and take online college. I stay home all day with the only exceptions being, appointments, date days, or trips to the store. All of our babies sleep inside at night and are not left out after dark. They are all fed in the morning and given fresh water bowl. They get baths about once a week or every other depending. I do groom our mini Malshi, but I don't think I would trust myself to cut someone else's dogs hair. I don't mind bathing dogs or cats though. with having 5 and 5 I'm pretty use to it. One of our pups is very old and is blind and almost deaf. He is as happy as a puppy though. He just takes alittle more patience.

(My weekends are mostly open, but during the summer months we spend a lot of time on the lake/river, so it’s also a plus if you have a dog that loves the water. My dachshund would love a boating buddy!) I have a large, shaded fenced in yard where your pets can freely run and play. When your pets are in my care, they are treated the same as my own. My couch is their couch, and if they want to burrow under the covers or at the foot of the bed, mine will just have to scoot on over and make some extra room, haha. Above I mentioned that crate trained pets are a plus for any time during their stay I have to leave the house. My dachshund is a known chewer/scavenger, so she stays in a large indoor pen if I have to leave the house and it has become a safe space for her.

Did the internship for a couple of months then got a job taking care of the dogs in the kennel for boarding. I did that for about 3 1/2 years. I also have two dogs of my own! I have a large fenced-in yard for safe playtime, they are welcome to my entire home—no being confined to a kennel unless that’s what they are used to and prefer. About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 8. I’ve volunteered at the vet clinic my mom worked at I’ve also saved many strays and helped them find loving homes. I’ve trained my dog many things not saying I’m a trainer but do know some tips and tricks. About: I've been taking care of animals since i was a child. As a professional, I have over six years of animal boarding and dog training experience. I have experience in animal bathing, and administering medications for both cats and dogs. I love working with young animals, but i adore senior pets the most. I would love to take care of your baby! If you are interested in dog training just let me know. I'm experienced in balanced-dog training and have trained over a hundred dogs through housecalls and group classes. For a typical day, it's potty breaks and breakfast first thing in the morning. If I don't have any housecalls, I'll be home with your pet. Your pet will get potty breaks every 1.5 hours on minimum until their last potty break at 8 p.m. Your pet will get 2 walks a day either around your neighborhood or at a dog park. If I do have housecalls to attend to, my work day will cut short so your pet won't be alone for too long. If I'm doing a dog training housecall, the lesson is typically one hour. We will go over one or two commands at a time and we will train the dog until i feel that the client and dog have a good understanding of what's going on. I can usually cover over basic obedience in eight lessons. I try to schedule these lessons once every week, but its all based on the clients schedule. I never let your out of my sight while their are in my care. The only times I would ever leave pet would be to go to housecalls or gather supplies. I will take your pet on walks, training practice and provide them with a bath if you ask me or if they get too dirty while in my care.

He has only been around my husband and I as well as my husband’s parents, who usually keep him when we’re away. They have a dog, but their dog is 8 years old and very calm and quiet. When I realized our family would all be out of town on the same weekend, I was very worried about putting our pup in a large boarding facility for fear it would overwhelm and frighten him. My fears were confirmed when I took him walking one day and we came upon a larger energetic dog. My poor pup was afraid of the friendly dog who just wanted to meet him.
