I also work at Camp Bow Wow and have a lot of experience with animals. “I CANNOT express enough how amazing Michael is. He was prompt responding to me. Easy to navigate having him come and meet my boys to see how everything will work. He kept in contact with me and even stayed a little more to love on my boys since I was gone for a week. I came home and my house wasn't a wreck, my boys were happy to have mom home, and my litter box was perfect. I was able to relax and visit with my family because I knew my boys were being taken care of. He sent tons of pictures and videos and loved them the way I do. I can't say enough good. About: I've been caring for animals my whole life; I grew up on a farm with 15 horses, many chickens, goats, and of course lots of cats & dogs. I've been professionally caring for animals since 2011 where I worked as a vet tech specializing in rehabilitating competition horses. I have the perfect property for playing with large groups of dogs with a lot of fenced-in land. I work from home, and I spend most of my weekends working on projects around the property, making both my weekdays & weekends perfect for dog sitting. I have a double-doggy-door system; the first doggy door in the kitchen leads to the screened-in back patio, then the 2nd doggy door goes from the patio to the fenced-in back yard so dogs can go use the bathroom whenever they need. I take frequent breaks from my computer and play with the doggo’s! I live on a peaceful 6-acre property off a dirt road surrounded by cow and horse farms. 1-acre is fenced in off the house just for the dogs - with beautiful oak & pine trees that provide a lot of shade. The screened-in back patio has carpeting, dog beds, & fans. Inside the home, there are extra dog beds & toys in every room. I have a senior female dog who mostly keeps to herself, and a very loving and energetic girl who will play endlessly with any dog of any size. I have an in-&-out cat that has his own space. “my dogs LOVE mia and their family! i usually get home from a trip and get the cold shoulder or anxiety from my boys. this time i think they miss mia as much as they missed me! mia sent me frequent photos and in every single one my boys were having a blast 🧡 i could tell mia really cared about their wellbeing! their medication schedules and my one boy being on prescription food makes me nervous about going to a kennel with so many dogs that they could potentially get looked over. no shade to those businesses but with senior dogs needing specialized care im so grateful we found mia. will definitely be repeat customers!”

About: I’ve wanted to be a Veterinarian ever since I was little. I’m very gentle and understanding with each pets needs. I provide love in the care I give!! I also work at Camp Bow Wow and have a lot of experience with animals. I am on South Alabama’s campus with classes every morning but on the days I don’t have work I’m free to help you along with open weekends! I also live 20 minutes away from home so I’m not far. And I am always willing to negotiate! I help with the need of potty breaks and food and water for the benefit of each pet. I am always paying attention to the actions and behaviors!!
