About: I have been around all types of pets my whole life. Dogs, cats, birds,even horses. I worked at an animal hospital for 2 years in Georgia and learned about handling, as well as giving medications and some grooming. I am a full time teacher at a local elementary school. I have weekends and most holidays off. I am off work and home by 4:15 during the week and around all the time on weekends except for the quick outing for dinner or the grocery store. Your pet is my priority. If you need me to stay with them overnight I will, if your pet needs meds or shots given I will do that too. I will try to keep your pet on the same schedule you have for them. Feeding as you do and water available at all times. Exercise is important just like snuggle times!

While I was away, my cat’s tail wounds reopened and she had to be taken to the emergency animal center to get them stitched back up. Not only did Mickale pick my cat up from the emergency center early in the morning and drop her off all the way across town at a pet boarding hospital, but she was incredible at communicating with me about what was happening throughout the entire time she was caring for my cat and she went so above and beyond with caring for my sweet kitty. About: Growing up, I have always had pets. We have had both dogs and cats that I had to care for since a young age. As I’ve gotten older, I have been watching friends’ pets when they go out of town. In 2019, I made a Facebook post about my dog sitting that caught many people’s attention. I had many responses that led to lots of pet sitting that summer. Every summer since 2019, my schedule has been completely booked up with pet sitting in my area. I have experience with small dogs, big dogs, puppies, older dogs, and cats. I have experience giving both oral and injectable medications. I have spent time volunteering at the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County, Southern Pines Animal Shelter, and the West Memphis Animal Shelter. I am very comfortable being around both dogs and cats, understanding their body language, and caring for them. I am a social work graduate student in the North MS area. I have an internship 3 days a week and class 2 nights per week. My best availability is Friday-Monday, because I don’t have class or internship on those days. I am unable to bring pets into my home because I have 2 roommates with 4 cats. However, I would love to care for your animals in your home! If your home is accommodating to your pets, then it should be no problem. I also have a car that I can put dogs in to take them to a dog park or to a walking trail.

My family used to rescue dogs and rehome them, so I have experience with a wide range of breeds from Great Danes to Yorkies to all kinds of kitties as well as a range of ages from newborns to seniors. I can bottle feed and administer medicine if needed. I just love being around animals, so I can assure you that your babies will receive the best treatment imaginable with me. All the love you would normally give them will be felt with my care :) I work from home full time and have the flexibility to step away from my computer whenever I need to. About: My animal experience began when I was 10 when we got our first dog. My senior year, I volunteered at Collierville Animal Shelter and fell even more in love with animals. I became a Veterinary Technician in 2014 before I enlisted in the Army and joined my local fire department. About: I have taken care of fur babies since I was a kid. We've had a Tinkerbell (toy poodle), a Bilal (Chow), Red (doberman). As an adult my baby had 2 sets of litters and we had both litters in the house as our babies until we started giving sime of the pups away (hardest thing to do, yes we cried). You can completely trust me to take care of all your pets and their needs when you need help. I currently work as a server/bartender some days and evenings. I will structure my schedule to spend as much time with your pets as possible. I can care for select dogs in my home using a crate for indoor safety, when needed, and keeping them leashed when outdoors. I have two dogs that love playing with other dogs.
About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life. I've volunteered at animal shelters since I was 10. I have watched, cared for, trained, and raised my animals as well as family and friends. I'm very intuitive with animals and never have met one that doesn't not love me. I will treat your animals like just as you would. I spoil mine and love them dearly. I work as a firefighter but we only work 11 days out of the month so time with your fur babies will be plentiful and you and them will definitely appreciate it. I have crate trained all my animals and they all see it as their safe space. I have a big yard that is fenced for dogs of all sizes. My 2 dogs Nugget and Leo are super sweet, obedient, and very loving and playful. Each dog of mine has medication needs so that is not foreign to me at all. I can adjust to your animals needs and wants to make them happy and spoiled as can be.
About: I have taken care of animals since I was 12. I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences with a Pre-Veterinary Medicine Concentration. I also graduated from Tennessee College of Applied Technology as an Assistant Animal Laboratory Technician. With that being, said I have a vast amount of experience on how to care for animals.
